Secrets and Lies—Unauthorized

My heart is in the happy position of a country which has no history or debt. Our friendships and intimacies are only calculated for strong life and health. People reap only the harvest they have sown in the World. Even in this life, God is righteous. This Thanksgiving, let us not forget about those who have suffered a loss of a loved one. The pressure of grief is sometimes such as to prompt us to seek a refuge in voluntary death. Everybody thinketh their own grief greatest. For most people, the feeling of loss and sadness fade with time and support. Some people, though, experience grief on a deeper level. When the situations surrounding their loss are unusual, we may forget that death may be a natural part of life. The grief does not go away. Instead, it may lead to fear, anger, hatred, and aggression. Ben Crawford experiences immense grief because they experienced immense loss. Understanding the way grief and modern views of masculinity interact may help explain how some people view Ben Crawford as privileged and ruthless. Sorrow is a deep emotional distress that is caused by the loss or distance of a loved one. Sometimes intense sadness and yearning for a loving relationship may occur, and it may be challenging to control. People who have unwanted distance from a loved one may feel vulnerable or worthless. It typically changes one’s views of the World and the future. Understandably, there is a lot of work to get through emotionally when you lose someone you love.

Grief usually follows a predictable pattern that starts with shock or emotional numbness. A person may be in a dazed state where they how no emotion because they cannot accept the reality of their loss. Then they will experience sharp pangs of grief. These re episodes of painful yearning for the person that has departed or moved on. Sometimes the one left suffering will sometimes have anguished outburst of anger because their desire to have you back in their life is intense, and they may form relationships or friendships with others and pretend that they are you. They may hear your voice, or see you vividly in their dreams. A person who experiences a loss may even try to resurrect you by bargaining. That means they are making deals or offerings with others or a higher power to bring you back. The person suffering the loss begins to dwell how they could have avoided losing the one they loved in the first place. The powerful reactions of grief gradually give way to apathy, demoralization, and deep despondency because the person is facing a new emotional landscape with a large gap that cannot be filled. Life seems to lose much of its meaning. They may also experience insomnia, loss of energy and appetite. Not everyone reaches the stage of acceptance. They cannot and will not let go and have a deep faith that you will return. In the TV show, “Secrets and Lies,” the lead character, Ben Crawford experiences these stages when his son is kidnapped and killed by someone he loves. He spends months trying to figure out what happened and even blames himself and suspects that he may have killed his own son. No one else in Ben’s life seems to experience as much pain as he does about the loss of his son, mostly because they were upset that he had been born and blame the boy for breaking up their family. The mother of Ben’s son even convinces herself that Ben raped her because she was trying use the birth of their son to break up his marriage and win Ben back, but when her plan did not work, she reported him to the police.

However, Ben remained resilient, he was able to cope with the loss of his son, even though the people in his life tortured him mentally and physically. Ben remained emotionally stable through the process. Some people who experience psychopathological conditions, such as depressive symptoms, will return to their normal level of functioning after a period of healing. Others, like the mother of Ben’s son, will experience chronic dysfunction, which is a psychological symptom that may not heal as quickly as those following a traditional recovery trajectory. Chronic dysfunction in their everyday life can be traced to the grief and troubles with resiliency. In people who do not initially shows signs of distress, symptoms may appear months later, and if they are trying to replace the loved one with someone new, this is when the substitute is rejected. Regarding trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder may not manifest full diagnostic criteria until six months or more after the traumatic event. Ben Crawford’s trajectory is that of chronic dysfunction, but the symptoms were delayed. His losses affect him throughout his lifespan, he was disowned by his father, rejected by his wife, and even his children looked down on him. This guides Ben’s wild and reckless behavior. His lack of love makes him act out in anger and hurt because he is trying to release his pain, and may not be aware. Ben Crawford was diagnosed by Detective Cornell with persistent complex bereavement disorder (PCBD). In PCBD, the feelings associated with grief last longer than expected for the bereavement process. This process was intensified because Ben had no idea the boy was his son, but had spent time with him and loved him, until Ben was accused of murder of the boy and a DNA sample was taken. What makes matters more challenging is someone Ben loves deeply and sees everyday killed his son out of a jealous rage. Though the time frame is longer, PCBD involves the same symptoms as bereavement. PCBD, which some joking call “Politically Correct Baby Daddy” in this case may also be diagnosed when the loss is traumatic in nature.

If the trauma leads to post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), a person might also exhibit symptoms of both PTDS and PCBD. In a case like Ben Crawford, PTSD is a reaction to avoid constantly being reminded of the trauma and PCBD is preoccupation with the loss. As you can see, grief for men can be complicated by a phenomenon known as normative male alexithymia, a mild condition wherein men are unable to put their feelings into words. This stems from the social engineering that says if men express emotions they are weak. So when people interact with Ben Crawford, the notice he is very intense, he does not talk much and he generally seems sad, depressed or like he is ready to fight. Ben does not want to be seen as feminine because he already feels like a victim, but does not want anyone to know that. So anything that is feminine, like smiling and expressing joy, is inherently seen as undesirable by Ben. He wants his wife, who is about to divorce him, and his children and friends to see him as a Roman God, a pillar of strength, control, power, and masculinity. Ben also wants people to know he is in control, so he manipulates his loved ones, but he is doing it out of love. He wants them to see that he really loves them and his tyrannical ways are his means of protecting them. Ben Crawford also takes risk by trying to resurrect his son. The more dangerous the risk, the more masculine the individual (some of these scenes did not make it into the mini-series, and the director actually recast the show with all new actors, only retaining Detective Cornell as producers thought the content was too mature for audiences).

Ben Crawford’s inability to voice his feelings is common in many men, and societal pressure to act in a masculine fashion directly interferes with the processing of grief. Out of fear of his feelings, Ben turns to substance abuse and becomes angry, hateful, and everyone can tell he is suffering as his dark soul shines through, and at times his baby blue eyes appear black as night because his grief becomes more intense overtime and this turns into anger and rage. He chokes his wife and steals her money, then cheats on her; is he trying to be her? It was truly a “Single White Female” moment. He even tries to pass the cheap copy off as his wife, she is pretty, but does not hold a candle to his wife. Ben’s grief is transformed into anger and he blames his family for the loss of his son, as he throws something at the wall, he finally breaks down and cries, as he falls to his knee screaming, “I hate them!” Ben Crawford’s wife finally divorces him, takes his kids, and moves on. She meets a new man, and Ben almost ruins her new marriage with his antics and drama. However, she was able to put some distance between her new life and Ben, and saved her marriage. Ben Crawford is finally released from prison, after claiming he murdered his son, to protect someone he loves. He changes his career, changes his partners, starts drinking, doing drugs, having sex with a lot of people because he is attempting to surpass his emotions through willpower.

One night, after a Halloween party, Ben wakes up feeling like his intestines were reorganized and pounded, he concludes that he was drugged and raped by two fat gay guys, who had been in his hotel room that night. However, no one believes that Ben was raped because the was seen taking pictures with the guys, posting them on social media, and have even admitted to picking guys up off the street to party with him. One inspector tells Ben, “You are a got damn liar! You took this guys back to your hotel room to play cards?!” A reporter, however, defends Ben Crawford and explains that he may have “jet lag,” and been unaware that he may have enticed these men to violate him. Still, no charges were filed. Ben Crawford, now alienated by friends and family, is still trying to resurrect his son, and tells people, “Nothing can stop that now!” Everyone thinks Ben has lost his mind. He is trying to get away from the darkness by making things right. Fatherhood is a complicated thing—as is parenthood itself, of course—but this father has a different role to play in the child’s life than the mother does. Ben does not know it, but his son came back to life. He sees him on Twitter, and hears all of these wild stories about how no one knows where this boy came from, how his mother rejects him, and how people literally attack the young man. Although time has passed, Ben starts to suspect this is his son, and they start chatting. The young man has no idea he is talking to his father, and he has no idea that his father has been spying on him and following him around. You see, a strong father-child bond correlates with that child being able to regulate his emotion states in a healthy way, exhibit social competence, make friend, have meaningful relationships, and few psychological and behavioral difficulties. This young man is having so many problems because society believes that his father betrayed him, and he was brought back from the dead, but has no idea.

Ben’s son spends time trying to figure out what is wrong with him and why people hate him. He even gets involved in dark sciences and finds an explanation, and when he tries to explain some of his theories to his only friend, she tries to kill him and tells him that he is off kilter. The funny thing is that this happens on a Summer day, it is 100 degrees Fahrenheit and she is wearing a heavy scarf around her neck. This case study or mini-series is a cautionary myth about why boys need a strong father figure, what happens with the identity of a child is conceal from the producer, and how using dark science can have consequences. The losses Ben Crawford endues—and the brutality by which those losses turn him into a fearsome monster shows us that redemptions is possible through faith and love of his son. Ben Crawford finally gets to look into the eyes of his son, for the very first time in years, and he smiles. We can choose God as our ruler by seeking out and practicing true worship based on God’s word, the Bible. We can reject darkness as our ruler by keeping out of politics and war, as Ben Crawford did. Darkness uses his power to promote immoral, harmful practices. When we reject such practices, some friends and relatives may not understand and ridicule or oppose us. So we face a choice. Will we associate with people who love God? Will we obey his wise and loving laws? If we do, we prove that Satan lied when he claimed that under pressure no one would do as God says. God’s love for mankind guarantees that evil and suffering will end. Those who demonstrate that they believe this will enjoy life on Earth forever, and you loved one will return also and you will have peace.

Nothing is Surer [than] the Heart

Our hearts are often larger than our wills. There are those who like not to be detected in the possession of the heart. Can you feel pain and suffering? Most people can feel pain, so why is it that many like to hurt others instead of making them feel loved and accepted? When people are apparently being tortured others marvel at how well they endure the suffering, and to justify the inhuman behavior, some might convince themselves that other members of the human population are not human, or they do not have a soul, and because of that it is okay to abuse them. And if these beings are soulless, the abuser believes the creature does not deserve any consideration when it comes to how it is being treated. Many of us are but sorry hosts to ourselves. Some hearts are hermits.

Some people live lives that are not their choice and have to deal with unbelievable circumstances. And everyone they interact with, consistently, is not necessarily nice to them. They live isolated lives and are working hard to overcome their burdens. Some of these people who are striving to be successful have worked hard than many you know and they invest every dime of their saving into their business, without know if it will ever be successful. Every time they make a purchase for themselves, it kind of makes them depressed. You cannot always decide for yourself whether your own heart is cold or warm. So it is important to be loving, kind, considerate, and humble to everyone you meet.

Some people have goals that are independent of their culture, and as a result they may face shame; amusement; feelings of superiority, annoyance, ambition; and aims of self-preservation and increasing power. These people are capable of intelligence, goals, emotions, and pain. And they also care about other people and the environment. However, it seems no one cares about these extremely motivated people, even though they display enormous care, love, and loyalty towards others. When others are hurt, extremely motivated people are disturbed, shocked, and depressed by these maladaptive behaviors. The first mistaken impulse of an undisciplined heart.

However, when the tables are turned, and these highly motivated people are punched, strangled, and hit in the head no one seems to care, and this can trigger deep psychological reactions in the participants that makes them feel like they are toys, not human, or somehow less valuable. Extremely motivated people are highly evolved or have been very well educated. They think more deeply and deliberatively. Often times watching scary movies disturbs them because they care about the feelings of the people in the film, and think to themselves, “This could be real, look at how good the emotions are, they are better actors in this film, than most people are in real life.” Their brains react to stimuli the same way it would if the events were actually happening in front of them.

Yet, many people tend to keep these highly motivated people at somewhat of a distance, they hold back from them as if they are not human. As a result, they live in casual abandonment, and this makes them have excessive worry and fear; because of that no one ever really gets to know them. When they are hurt, the general public seems to display laughter and joy, not the horror of injury or death. It is as if people think, “We do not care about them so it is okay to hurt and kill them.” When these outsiders are on the edge and others think they may be contemplating suicide, groups of people are more likely to bait them or try to hurt them so they destroy themselves. Nonetheless, research indicates the people actually like the pictures of these non-human, fake people, more than real humans. Overall, these fake people are not disliked more than others, nor do they appear to be very realistic, but there is something about their genetic code that drives some people crazy.

Because of the way they are treated, these highly motivated people feel more anonymous, some wear sunglasses all the time, or tend to avoid large crowds. However, they are easier to kill, and it is easier for people to watch them being killed, but no one will march or put on demonstrations for them. Scientist say this is because they keep their faces partially covered and you do not see them often so you have no idea they are suffering. You cannot see their emotions and typically see no bruises nor broken bones, and they appear to be happy, so it does not register to others that these fake humans are being hurt and feel pain. These fake humans are not out in public hollering and screaming, nor do they fight with others.

So the question is, how do we make people care about these toy humans? Why should they be mistreated? Well, some think that if we push religion and more people learn to believe in God that it will foster more concern for people that are looked at as outsiders. Blessed are those who have regard for those who are delicate; the LORD delivers us in times of trouble. The LORD will protect you and preserve your life; God will bless you in the land, and not surrender you to the desire of your foes. The LORD will sustain you on your sickbed and restore you from your bed of infirmary. God knows the secrets of the heart. I do not know what heart means. I sometimes fancy that it is a talent for getting into debt, and running away with other men’s wives.

It is Always the Right Time to have THE TALK!

Do you think I am eligible? Perhaps I should just be an associate member. Each person has a passion for detail. In a diverse World, various life-forms interact and work together as equals. Men and women work side by side and even sometimes there are dogs hired as a species to comfort, guide, and protect human. Sometimes birds are even put to work, alongside humans, to make sure a mine is safe, and the air in your house is breathable. However, some who may seem intelligent make irrational generalizations about other lifeforms and genders. Sexism and racism echoes throughout America, even though it is supposed to be an egalitarian society. The news is so frequently reporting on racism, gender bias, and animal abuse to alert the public that deviant behavior is counterproductive and disrupts social and economic progress. In certain situations, we all are considered minorities, even white men.

Some with antiquated ideas believe that if women and ethnic minorities could think for themselves that they would eliminate other segments of the population. All members of the human and animal population can move, have audio capabilities, but just by looking at them we are not always able to determine their physical or mental states. No matter what jobs they are assigned many women, men, and animals excel at the task at hand because they are properly trained for the job and have relevant experience. There are African American doctors, women lawyers, dogs as police officers, and Caucasian basketball players, for instance; and they are can make the decisions necessary to build a long term career.

Some people think that just because some take jobs that others many not think is suitable for them that they should be paid less or simply be overlooked in the hiring process. And many people believe that there is white privilege in America (white men are preferred in all situations and positions), but that is not always true. Some women actors are paid less their male counterparts, and some say it is because they do not have as many action scenes or may need time off for maternity leave. Others say African American men do not make good managers, are not good with money, and should have service jobs. And in many low income housing projects, young white men are overlooked when they apply because several people do not feel they qualify because of their perceived privilege. Then there are people who do not think dogs should be allowed in restaurants as guides because of sanitary issues.

Is it unusual that people have these opinions? Likely not. People make judgments about people without knowing their plans, intelligence levels, or physical abilities, and I can understand not everyone is dog friendly, but I have never heard of a dog having bedbugs. I think it is going to take a while to fully integrate dogs into society, however. For people to overcome their generalizations and stereotypes, they need to find a place where they can freely interact with others and express their concerns, and have a chance to talk them out. However, some people label others because the individual being judgmental has an agenda. So sometimes people discriminate not because of inexperience, but because they have an agenda. Therefore, it is easy to think people are stupid if you cannot understand them.

Frequent exposure to other people and cultures can increase empathy. Yet, you have to understand, some people know that they are not best suited for the job, but try to stay a majority because they want to give benefits to their people. And many of you might blame white men for doing this, but black people do the same thing. Sometimes when blacks come into powerful positions, you will notice a shift in the culture of the company. If it is a public company, where you do not have shareholders and performance obligations, it is easier to hire people who may not be qualified for the job, and even replace people who have been with the company long term because there is no one auditing records and expense accounts. So you will start noticing professional whites being replaced by blacks with untraditional hairstyles, and you may even hear gangster rap playing while they are working.

In a private corporation, maximizing profits and productivity is essential. Jay Z, an African American rapper recently became co-owner of a professional baseball team. Many people were upset about this because I believe Jay Z was the first non-Caucasian to own a sports team. However, his money was green and it paid the bills so people got over their feelings. Under his direction, the sports team went on to continue to be great. Reese Witherspoon is a Caucasian American Oscar winning actress. If you win an Oscar, you are known to be one of the best at your job. However, there are many who believe that because Reese Witherspoon is woman that she should automatically make less than a man. Nonetheless, she is noted to be one of the best actresses in Hollywood and many of the top performers can make about $20 million USD for each film.

Also, so Matthew Ryan be denied income based housing because he is Caucasian? Many would argue, “Yes, because he can get a job everywhere and everyone loves white people.” However, discrimination is illegal, and if he qualifies, then one segment of the population should not be entitled to receive all the discounts the government offers to those who may need temporary help. There are others who are just lazy and looking for discounts and are preferred because of the color of their skin. And all of the sudden, you will see an influx of people from other areas and the culture of the neighborhood changes.

This is also a reason people do not want to accept refugees because 76 percent of them tend to disproportionately take housing and government benefits leaving citizens with no assistance, even though they have paid taxes, and may have gotten injured, which caused their income to decrease substantially. And while these long term legal citizens are struggling to pay bills and trying to hide their financial problems from their friends, others are getting discounted rent and paid to stay home, watch TV, and run amuck in once prestigious neighborhoods, terrorizing peaceful citizens.

Before we make decisions about people, we not only want to know how intelligent they are, but another important questions to ask is whether or not they can feel emotions, suffering, pain, and if they have empathy for us? It our culture, we often see people who are highly educated, but they have no emotions. They do not care about the people they hurt because they have an agenda. In our everyday understanding of psychology, many typically think of reason and emotion as two different things. Still, that is not always the case. When looking at mental states things become more complex.

To some, motivation, desire, suspicion, interest, and intuitions are also considered emotions. So before you hire or elect someone based on race, culture, sex, or gender, figure out their mental state, think about the feasibility of intelligence without emotion. Just because someone looks like you, or you think represents you, remember, they may not like you and their goals could be totally different than yours. There is a big difference between behaving professionally, and actually being professional. Try to get a sense for a person and see if they actually care or are pretending to care. Do they really feel anything for you or the things that you care about, or are they just looking to make this money, and flip the script?

During an interview or conversation, you may want to ask questions that make people uncomfortable. Many people give general answers or intelligent answers, but do not really understand what they are saying, or are just trying to evade the subject, and impress you. So sometimes it might help you to play the Mock Trial Game, in which you give them a situation, and ask them if they were in your position, how would they handle it? The good thing about the test is you can get a feel for not only a person’s intelligence and mental state, but you also can detect their agenda.

The smaller partners in alliances can be sure that if they do not write their own histories their individual experiences will be written very small in the pages of recorded history, if only because it is not easy for the historians of the larger partners to find out much about that experience, and they are to chronicle it only in a broad and general way. For example, everyone was so happy to have the first black Mayor of a certain city. However, when a journalist sound down to interview him, and asked what are your plans for our great city, the prospective mayor told the reporter that he planned to drastically change the city, he wanted to fire people, audit records, cut budgets, and re-urbanize the downtown district, and implement gentrification in poverty stricken areas. He also stated that although he was not rich and famous, he had been a victim of racial profiling for driving his Ferrari through a low income neighborhood, with the music blasting, as at a high rate of speed.

For many, this sounded like a good plan and the mayor seemed like a great fit, but no one took into account all the suffering he would cause people because people did not take the concerns, abilities, or lifestyles of the historians into consideration; and if the mayor had an agenda or wanted revenge, a great deal of suffering would be inflicted on the city and its people. While it might seem like a good idea to stereotype and want to see the first this and that, we need to figure out people’s motivations and treat others fairly. Moving uncivilized people into a high rent district cost the city millions because of all the service calls. Pricing people out of poor neighborhoods increased dependency on the government. And you can read about the rest in the Sacramento News and Review.

The Gift of Blood

As poisonous adders lurk beneath the cover of the most delightful shrubberies, so falsity and deceit are concealed under alluring language. Darkness is more eligible than light to those whose deeds are evil. Most people strive to become greater than they once were. Healthy individuals purse enlightenment and power so they can be contributing members of society, and they keep working and growing, always looking for improvement. Their entire life is spent gaining more knowledge and implementing what they learn to leave the World better than they found it. However, sometimes in life people face setbacks, but great people know perseverance is the key to success. Most people have a strong desire to do more in life than they are currently doing. Unauthorized and abhorrent thoughts will sometimes invade the best human heart. However, people who have a mindset of lack and limitation focus on what they do not have and worry about losing what they have and this creates jealousy and conflict. Thoughts are very important. Did you know that in the central nervous system, sensory and motor signals can move around as fast as 220 miles per hour, and you consciously perceive them over a matter of seconds? So when you focus on what you do not have and how much others have, this experience will reduce your personal growth. Every noisy evil is missed when it is taken away.

Some people have learned to appreciate and enhance the World that exists and they are generally happy, loving, and giving. Conversely, people who operate on lack and limitation are more possessive, envious, and jealous. They spend their time plotting and gossiping. Research has indicated that people who are more concern with improvement of society would make the World more generous, appreciative, confident, and trustworthy. A work of grace in the soul discovereth itself either to him that hath it, or to standers by. How can we argue about God’s power in the other stars from the laws which he has given for our rule in this one? Many people have been manipulating religious teachings to justify their bad behavior, because they can always ask for forgiveness, and they also are down trotting of this World. Some people think that this alleged after life will be so much better than the current World that they do not take this life too serious. However, after you pass away, there is not proof that you will be in a better place, you may just be erased from the World and that is the end of your existence. Other people are so self-obsessed that they will make sure to make the best of this life so they have no regrets. From whence our greatest good springs, our greatest evils arise.

Some entitled people think so much of themselves that they do not spend much time paying attention to their actions nor how they might be perceived by others. Whereas, people who are suffering or struggling to survive, and may have less than others, often times are humble because they do not feel good enough about themselves or do not have the time to become narcissistic. Their levels of self-obsession requires them to prove themselves to themselves, and as they grow their self-esteem will increase, along with their feelings of being loved and belonging. My heart is a desert island, and my soulmate lives in it alone. Nonetheless, some people have no hearts to break. There are many ways of showing the heart. Deep, deep, and still deep and deeper must we go, if we would find out the heart of a man. Emotionally healthy people are more accepting, they love themselves and others, they are simple, independent, realize how important others are, express creativity, and display tolerance. When they inspire others, they do so for the sake of others, not for their own interest. However, sometimes when you inspire people, they get attached to you, and you become their energy source, and when you want to let go, it leaves them wanting more from you. They may feel like you belong to them, and sometimes this can put you in an awkward situation. Maybe you just wanted to uplift them, for a short period of time, but now they might want you to stay in their lives.

Although we have certain intentions, life has plans that we may not be aware of. When you inspire someone and they become attached to you, it could be because you are their soulmate and do not even realize it. The two of you identify through a process of energy fields, and belong together. You connection has opened the Universe to this other person, they become curious about you, and want to explore your World and wonder what experiences await them and what they have been missing when you were not in their lives. Your soulmate is attracted to you because they are ready for new and unusual experiences. When they are with you, they feel things they have not observed with others—their thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and beliefs grow and improve. They notice that they appreciate reality a little more. You inspire your soulmate to think new thoughts, accept change, help their imagination grow, you teach them to appreciate beauty, enjoy cultures, become more intelligent. When around you, your soulmate is more curious, has a desire for adventure, creates new fantasies, their thinking goes from pack mentality—to individual thinking, and they become more flexible, value emotions, and their vocabulary increases, they also learn to value emotions more.

Tales from a Dead Heart

You leave me feeling cold and with a bitter beer face. I pray to God every day for salvation. When I day dream, I imagine being in my own house with a nice yard, and spending time in my backyard making sure my plants and flowers look perfect. I also wish God would put warm and loving people in my life, who enjoy the time we spend together. So many people spend time examining your past, even when you were not with them, and get upset about past relationships. You know when someone cares about you, but when they are with other people, and you are constantly alone it may not always seem that way.

A little angel provides you with beautiful things so that it can temporarily buy your silence, and that is a blessing. One lives in a nice place, with many nice items and that is also nice. My life is nothing like I dreamed it would be, not yet anyway. I feel like right now is a period of transition, and God is working things out so I can be in a better place. I never know where you are or what you are doing, but people always see you around town with your Tinder dates. I originally thought my compassion would bring you back to your light side, but it seemed to only help your further your personal ambitions.

Some people are willing to commit a murder to gain power, and I imagine that is not something one can so easily let go of. Being thankful, expression compassion, accepting others, and helping those who require assistance can be helpful in overcoming or possibly preventing psychological disorders. However, striving for person gain, lack of compassion, and not accepting others are generally associated with psychological disharmony. It may be tempting to some to be selfish and not care for others, but research indicates that life offers more benefits to those who are caring and this often leads to mental health and stability.

Sometimes people feel like their lives have been dismembered and reattached. This can probably cause extremely powerful changes in the mind and body of an individual. While the maturity gained from hardship, we all wish there was a path one could consider a cake walk. When a person is injured or loses an ability, other parts of the brain will compensate and make others functions stronger. Moving away from a warm loving home, to an apartment in the cold city and always being alone can be a challenge. Things that you have gotten used to are suddenly no more.

While other people cannot really experience what you are truly going through, even when they claim they can, there is still sense embedded in your soul source code waiting to return to a similar environment, and this creates a disparity between what your sensory system expects and what is actually happening. Just like unusual issues arise in people’s bodies who have had serious surgeries and things removed, because the central nervous system is not good at forgetting about disappearing body parts, the same thing may happen in your life when you are taken out of your natural environment.

Some people pray and dream that their lives will return to normal, and they will once again be in a large, warm, loving house, but no matter how hard you work, you have no idea when this will happen? I guess it is good to have faith and know it will be soon. Your faith still exists, and is anticipating your life will return to normal. Some of your personality may have been pruned, but there has also been an expansion of consciousness. Other energies take over, and help you to function. This will make people think you have changed, that you feel different, and maybe you even look different to them.

When you meet people who resonate with you, you are able to open up and it reminds you of who you used to be. However, the people in your past have also changed, and you may not always like what you see. I know sometimes we try to tolerate people’s blustery and slick personalities, but at some point we become detached, and they are not as much of a part of our lives as they used to be. This is you just trying to accommodate yourself and prevent from having so many harsh interactions with others.

Life in the city could be like being at work all the time. This may have been what you wanted at one point, but being isolated and having so many shallow connections drains the soul. Other people cannot understand what you are going through because they have friends, lovers, and others in their sphere who care about them. For you, many of the people you see every day are like computers, most irrelevant, some okay, and a few others you would like to get to know, and have been seeing around, but do not know how to operate that data base so you do not embarrass yourself.

Often times, being alone in a city can attract some darker adaptions of people into your life, and this can change your perception about the World. These syndrome arise when people have been watching you and talking about you to the point they think they know you, but their knowledge does not functionally represent who you are, as it is based off of myopic observations and the opinions of others. Things may have happened to you, and you may try to express them to your spouse, but they flat out tell you, “You’re lying, that never happened”

Do not get offended, sometimes it is hard for people to acknowledge what happened because it really hurts them and upsets them, so they have to pretend it is a lie. Other people will flat out tell you, “You deserved it!” And these could be people you love, which helps you detach from their cold and blustery personalities. Although this is not the perfect life for you, some might be jealous because you seem to be successful, people who live in the city, due to high cost of living and all the walking, tend to be thin. Some are bitter because they are married with children, not exactly happy, and have a mom body, and they see all the perceived freedom you have.

You will be able to sense how people take to you, and it can be a good thing, maybe some might not even be aware of what is going on. Like the guy who works a few blocks from your apartment, you two have been seeing each other in person for years, recognize each other, but do not know anything about each other. Suddenly, you two walk into the supermarket at the same time and are all in each other’s way, but it is almost like a playful flirting. Not to make the situation awkward, you walk around with hopes and knowing that you two may see each other again, soon. So you continue in your empty relationship, you love the person you are with, but he is more interested in his work and his Tinder dates. Because you love this person, you stay in the relationship, but you never know what God has in store for you. Maybe the loving bond and spending time together will return to your cold marriage, or maybe someone new will come along? Maybe you will get a huge bonus at work and move and be able to focus on something else altogether, but only time will tell.

This guy you were flirting with at the supermarket might represent your phantom husband. He is tall, thin, attractive, nice hair, and seems to have a pleasant disposition. These are all the things you want, but you are still thankful that your real husband loves you, even though he is more interested in his work and prostitutes he hooks up with on Tinder. The supermarket phantom husband allows some light to enter your life and allows you to experience being looked at with compassion. You would have loved to bump into him and have him hug you. The only way to resolve your issues is to talk to your husband and letting him know you want more out of your cold marriage, but you fear letting go because you love him and maybe he has something wonderful in store for you. Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins.

It All Comes Out Like Blood

When thou art a father, thou wilt be capable then only of knowing what a father can feel. Some people do not want to get too attached in this lifetime or in this World, so they choose not to marry or form a relationship, at least for some time, because they believe that a relationship might manipulate their emotions and distract them from their purpose in life. For example, Paul was a pre-med student, in college, he was gay and did not date because he was uncomfortable with his sexuality. However, he met a guy for a study group, and one thing led to another, and they bonded. The two started dating, and Paul fell in love with Tim. However, one day, Paul went to visit Tim and found out that Tim also had a lady friend that he had been seeing. Paul was so distressed that he broke up with Tim, and was so depressed that he flunked out of college, and as a result, he never graduated from college. In this situation, Paul’s attachment to a specific outcome causes him to experience dark emotions, which are a trait of evil.

The past of one’s experience does not differ a great deal from the past of one’s knowledge. Attachment refers to expectation of pleasurable experiences like being around loved ones and the unwillingness to experience changes or let go of changes. Forming an affinity for particular people or the result of being connected to someone and expecting a beneficial outcome could cause you to experience unnecessary suffering. A way to remain detached is to accept situations are they are. The person who accepts a situation is neither happy nor sad, but at peace with the inevitable. When we have expectations and try to change situations, this causes us to struggle against something that cannot ultimately be avoided and this will only increase a person’s psychological distress. Experience is the child of thought, and thought is the child of action. We cannot learn men from books. Experience is an article that may be borrowed with safety, and is often deadly bought.

Acceptance is one of the qualities many healthy people struggle with. If we fail to practice acceptance, we may attempt to control fate, as well as the lives of our loved ones, and this could cause you to become obsessed with the fear of losing people close to you. I know some people who feel isolated tend to hang on to loved ones who are mean to them and do them wrong because they would rather be mistreated than be alone. However, you have to let go of people who abuse you because the emotions you pick up from them may consume your life and put obstacles in place and block people who really love you from getting close to you. We have to experience fear, even if it means being alone. In our eagerness to explain impressions, we often lose our hold of the sympathy that comprehends them. Experiential avoidance and disconnection from one’s values are tied to many psychological disorders, such as addiction and impulsivity, depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and even suicide.

The experience of the World, being learned, cannot easily be forgotten. People driven by experiential avoidance often become impulsive, angry, and even aggressive, all of which violate the practice of God laws. For example, Ryan was hurt as a young man, and has several children, so he takes his anger out of his former wife, and another young man he subsequently meets. Failure to practice acceptance, which Ryan was unable to do, results in him being a bad person. Experience will inevitably teach us that the laws for a wise and noble life have a foundation infinitely deeper than the fiat of any being, God or man, even in the groundwork of human nature. Was every any dazzled with the moon that used his eyes to the beams of the Sun? Variety of disappointments ought to give more penetration. The actual experience of even the most ordinary life is full of events that never explain themselves, either as regards their origin or their tendency. Exploring is delightful to look forward to and back upon, but it is not comfortable at the time unless it be of such an easy nature as not to deserve the name.

As children of God, we must learn to conquer arrogance, narcissism, and foster perseverance. Above all, as children of God, we are required to practice self-discipline. It is important to practice patience, restraint, love, honesty, and trust. Patience is an especially important quality because if we are hasty, this can lead to anger, impulsiveness, and cause of to make poor choices, which will take us away from the path of the righteous. Self-discipline teaches us good values, such as spending time with loved ones, obtaining an education, and being kind and compassionate to others. These are principals that we learn through religion. People of God are honorable, and they gain knowledge as a form of defense and guidance, but are taught never to attack nor harm anyone. We must use our knowledge and abilities to protect others.

Through compassion, we acknowledge the suffering of others, have a desire to help the, alleviate that pain, and do some kind act or expression with the intent to make them feel better. Ryan is clearly in pain, but the young man was trying to help him, which leads Ryan to erroneously believe the young man is weak, and he takes advantage of his kindness. Compassion toward others requires great strength of character and even has been found to reduce psychological suffering. However, do not let your compassion for others cause your psychological pain. Clearly Ryan requires professional help. Compassion and love should never be used and abused and people who do that are on the path of the dark side. Sin has a habit of persisting, and is remorseless in its choice of vehicles.

Great Nations Eat

Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed. Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

Ryan Phillippe tries to be neutral, he wants to stay out of the political minutia between the government and the TV news reporters, he did not want to be a savior, nor did he want to be part of the problem. However, Ryan makes a decision that his family and others need him most, he shows that is a righteous guy. Many others would have just ignored the call for help or would have decided to be a bad guy. Others stand by idly while the Mayor attacks Ryan’s son. Where do the good qualities in Ryan come from? Outward ceremonies will not compensate for the want of virtue. The impulse of love are so subtle, and the influence of false reasoning, when enforced by eloquence and passion, so unbounded, that no human virtue is secure from degeneracy. Like the rainbow, Peace rests upon the Earth, but its arch is lost in Heaven. It is amazing what war will do for commerce, as well as what it does against it!

Virtue is the only nobility. Virtue alone is true honor, true freedom, and solid, durable happiness. People should not neglect their virtue. We already know that trauma and learned helplessness is potentially debilitating. However, we want to look at something better. Others also are required to see that the World is still beautiful and we can help save it and others. Currently, we are seeing how our currently leaders are acting cruelly and turning the World into a prison. Where is something with true authority to clean this up and make a change for the better? I am for war, if to give you a chance to find out who your friends are. An officer may resign when an unjust war is declared; and ought to resign, and refuse to be accessary to the homicide which it occasions. Prejudice or not, confidence is not a bad thing when a conflict is unavoidable.

There is a dignity in conscious virtue. Virtue consists of wisdom and knowledge, humanity, justice, courage, temperance, honesty, love, transcendence. Different strengths contribute to virtue. Virtue consists in actions, and not in words. Virtue is so dear to the human heart, that when her form forsakes us, we pursue her shadow. Did ever mortal hear of a man’s virtue. The human virtue humanity, for instance, includes the strengths understanding, integrity, bravery, persistence, and vitality. So what is goodness? By desiring what is perfectly good, even when we do not quite know what it is and cannot do what we would, we are part of the divine power against evil—widening the skirts of light and making the struggle with darkness narrower.

Expressing virtuous actions, even when it presents an extreme risk or a potential cost to oneself, is a righteous because there is not guaranteed benefit for you, so you are being truly altruistic. Running out into the conflict to save his son, during the critics’ attack on the Capitol Castle is an ongoing situation, and shows that Ryan is a righteous guy. Ryan wants more power and control, he sees that his son is a good person because he sacrifices so to uplift and inspire others and show them beautiful holograms that they have probably never seen. Ryan’s son, Randolph, also makes people feel special by telling them about the good things they do and why people like them. Ryan sees that his son possesses courage, honor, intellect, and altruism to become a master.

Ryan’s son is trying to build his own corporation and news station because he wants to make people see the World is good and the true purpose of reporting is to provide a free education so because can give back to the World, and support the government, which will have us maintain a stable economic system, and eliminate poverty and war. Randolph’s intrinsic motivation shows that he has a desire to help the community establish peace and serenity. Randolph is able to meet his goals, although incomplete, but at least partially by displaying faith, love, loyalty, determination, and compassion. Prudence is a virtue, equally with generosity; and a man may be unjust to himself, no less than to another. Nothing, humanely speaking, can deserve higher respect than a profession in which a man devotes the labors of his life to the support of justice.

Unbelieving people can claim that there is no true altruism because every beneficent deed allegedly involves potential benefit to oneself, even if that benefit is merely the joy that comes from putting a smile, from ear to ear, on the face of another. Trust me, trying to debate with the critics is a waste of time. They will drag you into a feeble verbal war to try and stir up insecurities, hurt, anger, and pain. Altruism and good exists because people are putting their lives on the line to bring you education and they are using their own money out of their own pockets, nothing is free, yet they are not asking for money from anyone. If we count the act of helping others, despite personal risk or costs, it proves that there are good people in the World.

Comparing bids: Two contractors bid on a home remodeling project. The first, Ryan, bids $9,350.00 for the entire job. The second contractor, Rick, will work for $27.50 per hour, plus $4,500.00 for materials. He estimates that the job will take 150 hours. Which contractor has the lower bid? Well, this second bid, from contractor Rick, if done on schedule will cost $8,625.00, which is less than Ryan’s offer by $725.00. So Rick’s bid for the job seems to be the better deal, as you may save $725.00. However, if Rick has to put in more hours, the price of the project make increase, whereas Ryan is telling how much he will charge no matter how many hours he has to put in. Helping appears to go with the natural requirement to interact with others. Who shall put his finger on the work of justice and say, ‘It is there’? Justice is like the Kingdom of God—it is not without us as a fact, it is within us as a great yearning.

So on this deal, you would need to understand that often times projects come in over budget, and if someone is giving you a set price, you may want to consider taking it so your project gets completed. Trying to save $725, with Rick’s deal, could cost more in the long run. Empathy, that deep emotional concern whose absence can indicate psychopathy, is one of the greatest predictions of altruistic behavior. Empathy is more complex than it may sound. Affective empathy involves feeling sympathy, compassion, or even distress in line with the way others feel, whether that means taking the perspective of real people or identifying with legendary characters. Feeling and knowing pave the way for the actions we call altruistic. Good people endeavor to go good things. Justice is certain and inflexible.

Proof must be built up stone by stone. The end crowns the work. It is not enough that Justice should be morally certain; she must be immorally certain—legally, that is. Denying oneself to benefit others, we call good. Exploiting others to benefit oneself, we call bad. Tormenting others to achieve self-important satisfaction, we call evil. The Mayor of the City of Sacramento, the city manager, and many of the TV reporters have been labeled as evil and extreme bullies. Empathy plays an important role in altruistic behavior and its absence features prominently in a psychopathic personality, but we tend to perceive the greatest evil when monsters such as Kevin Maurice Johnson (Mayor of Sacramento) and John F. Shirey (City Manager of Sacramento) actually enjoy their cruelty.

The leadership in Sacramento operates in its own methodical way—chaos and corruption. These rouges and criminals shake things up—disaster. Ryan and Randolph may be a threat to people who like chaos and corruption because they accomplish great things directly by caring, and evil people see them as cheating them out of their fuller lives. When men are about to commit, or to sanction the commission of some injustice, it is not uncommon for them to express pity for the object of that or some parallel proceeding, and to feel themselves, at the time, quite virtuous and moral, and immensely superior to those who express misfortune at all. Ryan is for doing justice, and leaving mercy to Heaven. Kings are accountable for injustice permitted as well as done. Before spending billions on an arena, I would like to remind you, 20 percent of families are starving and cannot even afford Thanksgiving dinner.

Fear is the Child of Ignorance

Battles become weariness. Carnage bores at last; death becomes the normal condition of things, and ceases to interest. Nations at war are wild beasts. The passions of these hordes of men and women are not an example for a living soul. Our souls grow up to the light; we must keep eye on the light, and look no lower. Nations have no worse than a soiled mirror of themselves in mobs. My son asked me, “If everyone is always wishing for peace, why do we have wars, why did people attack Paris, France?” Although the answer is really complicated and has a lot to do with natural resources, politics, power, and religion, war actually comes down to a couple of things—fear and a lack of empathy. People who start wars are scared and cannot understand the feelings of other people.

Some fear, however, is good. Because you do not want to get hurt, you fear danger and that keeps you safe. You love your family and fear what would happen to them if you could not support them, so sometimes fear is good because it will encourage you to do good things to avoid something bad from happening. However, nothing is so potent as fear well maintained. Fear of others who are unique can lead to deviance and abuse; fear us advancement can lead narrow mindedness; and fear of pain can lead to avoidance.

Nothing confound like to sudden terror, it thrusts every sense out of the human mind. When fear and hate are combined, they become terror. In subtle forms, fear and jealousy causes people to feel entitled and mean, it also creates a culture of bullies. In more extreme forms, this deadly psychological aggregate leads to severe domineering or even genocide, as saw in Paris, France on 13 November 2015, like what happened at the Radison Blu hotel in Mali. When you stigmatize a person and view them as less than human, you feel it if your God given right to do whatever you want to that person.

Let us look into ourselves and fear. Psychopathy refers to a set of behaviors within a person who expresses a lack of empathy and emotional literacy; an individual who appears to make no distinctions between right and wrong, and who feels no guilt about destructive or antisocial behavior. This lifelong mental illness is high in fearlessness and callousness, and they are hazardous to people in their way. Sometimes psychopathic individuals can become productive members of society, like TV new reporters, channeling their fearlessness and lack on inhibition into constructive activates.

So yes, it is possible your boss or coworker has a mental disability and that is why they are so evil, and seem not to care about their bad behavior. Their dangerously large egotistical behavior allows them to manipulate others through intimidation and manipulation as they see fit. Psychopaths tend to exploit others, they are grandiose, selfish, and delight over controlling and hurting others. People become psychopaths because of posttraumatic stress, substance abuse, and traumatic brain injury. Whom we fear more than love, we are not far from hating. For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

Beauty Comes from Love

She is a queen, and therefore beautiful. Life is a journey without an end. Wherever I go, even to the ends of the Earth, I remember clearly your smile, your teaching, your voice, and your spirit! Self-respect makes you dignified; self-esteem makes you free; self-reliance makes you struggle upward; self-confidence makes you firm…all of these make you ahead of others on the road to success.

Your beautiful blue eyes are like artic pools, the blue looks deep and steady into my spirit and stands for stamina. The price we pay for avoiding the pain of being fully alive is that we are excluded from the pleasure as well. Emotions are the means by which we make contact. We may talk angrily or warmly toward another; both are good contact is established only if it has the support of our emotions.

The way to love other people is to express what we feel—anger and love—without aiming to hurt feelings. Open but reverent communication is how to make love in our lives. Time goes by slowly, but your eyes are in my heart forever: they are as pure as crystal, as light as the moon, as deep as abyss and as white as snow. Now I gaze at your eyes and you are so quiet that there is only hope for the future.

For three years we have shared the sunshine; for thousand days, we have enjoyed our friendship. May the past years be beautiful memories in our hearts forever. I adore great and famous people; however, I would like all the more to dedicate my reverence and praise to you. You have with a burning feeling warmed and invigorated everyone’s heart. We love you, you are pretty, and your eyes are as deep as the blue sky. Not only do you have knowledge, but also have a reasonable heart.

Ideal is beautiful and I am directed by you, the voyage of life is tough and you help us pave our way. There are no engineers, musicians, or scientists without you. There is no spiritual civilization without you. What a great occupation it is, and you gain the whole social respect. You are bright kindling and igniting the light of everyone’s inner heart. The power of beauty, when paired with compassion, is irresistible.
