Now that We are Here, What Should We Do About it?

The body responds to extreme experiences by secreting stress hormones. These are often blamed for subsequent illness and disease. However, stress hormones are meant to give us the strength and endurance to respond to extraordinary conditions. People who actively do something to deal with a disaster—rescuing loved ones or strangers, transporting people to a hospital, being part of a medical team, pitching tents or cooking meals—utilize their stress hormones for their proper purpose and therefore are at much lower risk of becoming traumatized. (Nonetheless, everyone has his or her moment of greatest strain at which someone or something gives way under stress because the situation becomes critical.) If you felt unsafe with people as a child, you may have developed a very special talent, or a very special relationship with nature, animals, books, art, music, sports and so forth. #RandolphHarris 1 of 5

Childhood suffering created many people whose self-reliance resulted in extraordinary achievements. It also created many people who are content engaging in solitary activities like reading, exploring outdoors, being an artist, or doing scientific research. You may have many more strengths you are not aware of because of having been less fortunate than other children in how you were nurtured and raised. Keep in mind that within our vulnerabilities lie the seeds of our greatest strengths. People who are terrified need to get a sense of where their bodies are in space and time and of their boundaries. You do not need to retraumatize yourself to do this work. Choose a time of day when you can talk to someone, or go for a walk, or to watch a movie, or do anything else that is safe and constructive and soothing. Going back in time is difficult work when you are looking at painful experiences. Proceed at a safe pace and use your favorite self-soothing practices to protect yourself. #RandolphHarris 2 of 5

Keep in mind that you are no longer a child, and you have choices that you did not have back then. Humans are apparently a unique species in that we possess the advanced neurological circuity and cognitive architecture necessary to reflect on our own existence and ponder questions of the metaphysical nature. Our species also explores religious and spirituality through storytelling. As humans, we are motivated by the goal of self-preservation and the prospect of death is unsettling so we endeavor to be more than mortal. For instance, psychological studies reveal that giving people reasons to believe in life after death reduces the anxiety surrounding death. Anxiety compromises mental health, so beliefs that help people cope with anxiety about death proves advantageous for psychological functioning. #RandolphHarris 3 of 5

Love is an energy field created by all living things and it surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together, and is something that connects all life, but is also external. Real love is blind devotion, unquestioning self-humiliation, utter submission, trust and belief against yourself and against the whole World, giving up your heart and soul to the smiter. The fear of beginning a new relationship can become greatly intensified by failed relational attempts. Some people react to failed relationships by becoming more extreme in the avoidance patterns. Others use the experience of being wounded to sharpen their weapon against subsequent partners or would-be partners. Failures to communicate successfully in past relationships can cause people to set up rigid rules for their new relational efforts. Thus, can happen when someone feels inadequate, attacked, or betrayed in an earlier relationship. #RandolphHarris 4 of 5

Today increasing numbers of people use some sort of chemical either to produce emotion or eliminate it. Sometimes the same people will take a drink when happy and when depressed. A few people are learning that when we accept ourselves for emotional beings, as well as intellectual and social beings, we can find more beneficial and feel good about the expression of our emotions. The strain of any strong emotion can be reduced if it is first of all accepted and acknowledged and then guided into channels of expression that do not harm oneself or others, or do not make the individual feel guilt or shame afterwards. Consciousness is a state of awareness, how aware you are of what is going on, who you are, and what the reality around you is like. Human beings have always been interested in change and variety in their states of consciousness. #RandolphHarris 5 of 5

It is All in Your Mind—It is Just a Silly Phase You Are Experiencing

I come from a land in the Sun-bright deep, where golden gardens glow, where the winds of the north, becalmed in sleep, their conch shells never blow. The Greeks believed the Earth to be flat and circular, their own country occupying the middle of it, the central point being Mount Olympus, the abode of the gods. The circular disk of the Earth was crossed from west to east, and divided into two equal parts by Sea, as they called the Mediterranean, and its continuation the Euxine sea, the only seas with which they were acquainted with. Around the Earth flowed the River Ocean, its course being from south to north on the western side of the Earth, and in a contrary direction on the eastern side. It flowed in a steady, equable current, unvexed by storm or tempest. The sea, and all the rivers on Earth, received their waters from it. The norther portion of the Earth was supposed to be inhabited by a happy race named the Hyperboreans, dwelling in everlasting bliss and spring beyond the lofty mountains whose caverns were supposed to send forth the piercing blast of the north wind, which chilled the people of Hellas (Greece). #RandolphHarris 1 of 10

Their country was inaccessible by land or sea. The Hyperboreans lived exempt from disease or old age, from toils and warfare. On the south side of the Earth, close to the stream of Ocean, dwelt a people happy and virtuous as the Hyperboreans. They were named the Ethiopians. The gods favored them so highly that they were wont to leave at times their Olympian abodes and go to share their sacrifices and banquets. On the western margin of the Earth, by the stream of Ocean, lay a happy place named the Elysian Plain, whiter mortals favored by the gods were transported, without tasting death, to enjoy an immortality of bliss. This happy region was also called the “Fortunate Fields” and the “Isles of the Blessed.” We thus see that the Greeks of the early ages knew little of any real people except those to the east and south of their own country, or near the coast of the Mediterranean. Their imagination meantime peopled the western portion of this sea with giants, monsters, and enchantresses, while they placed around the disk of the Earth, which they probably regarded as of no great width, nations enjoying the peculiar favor of the god and blessed with happiness and longevity. #RandolphHarris 2 of 10

Much like the early Greeks, a noteworthy characteristic of all autonomous racial and ethnic groups is ethnocentrism—the tendency to judge the customs of others and view life according to one’s own cultural standards. Groups that share values, norms, and beliefs with the dominant group typically are highly regarded, like in the Greek myth the mortals on the Elysian Plain where highly favored by the gods and were allowed to enjoy immortal bliss. In contrast, those judged to violate important norms are scorned and rejected much like the way Ryan Lochte was for acting up in Brazil. Often times, celebrities think that they can get away with unlawful and unethical behavior because they are loved by so many and that people will overlook their transgressions. Laws, rules, and regulations define social morality. They are often very little help in the growth of personal morality. The reason for this is not hard to understand. Ryan Lochte behavior violated legal standards, and although he is a prestigious American Olympian, he was scorned by being charged for filing a false crime report, and rejected by Speedo (a brand of swimming gear) for his bad behavior, causing him to lose a lucrative endorsement. #RandolphHarris 3 of 10

Our culture imposes a variety of behaviors on us. Some are values—definitions of what should be prized and what should be disallowed. Other culturally imposed expectations take the form of norms of the society. Our word “normal” comes from this term which means the standards or guidelines by which we measure behaviors or by which others measure them. You often hear people saying they do not know what normal behavior is, but we all have a clue about what is acceptable and what is unacceptable. Sometimes, however, people may do things that might be considered atypical (unconventional) because of reasons we are unaware of. The reasons for atypical behavior is not necessarily because of a mental imbalance, but it could be because of a situation a person is in and unable to escape from at the time. Each culture selects for certain personality traits. The group’s needs dictate that certain characteristics, attitudes, values are going to be more acceptable than others. Simply put, personality traits that interfere with the smooth and efficient running of society will get that individual into difficulty. #RandolphHarris 4 of 10

That may sound a little unclear, but stated differently, it means that each of us must find some way not only of meeting our own personal needs, but also of helping to meet the larger (though not necessarily more important) needs of other people. Groupthink has become an epidemic in modern society and with the internet it is really easy for people to select targets and label them a certain way often times to eliminate competition or cover up an atrocity. Groupthink is a mode of cognitive process that people engage in when they are deeply involved in a cohesive in-group, when the members’ striving for unanimity override their motivation to realistically appraise alternative courses of action. Groupthink is often used to destroy a person by targeting them, ruining their reputation by capitulating a lot of negative stories about an individual long enough to alter the public’s perception of them, and make them look like a threat, while covering up the fact that this person has been terrorized by a group of people. Groupthink is often a successful way of bullying people because it is rooted in excessive cohesiveness and a resulting pressure to present a united from to those outside of the group. #RandolphHarris 5 of 10

The more cohesive a group is, the greater is the danger of groupthink. This is especially true as the size of the group increases. When celebrities and authority members and regular citizens and family members come together and target a person, almost no one will believe the victim, so these people are able to do whatever they want from raping a person, beating them, locking them away, forcing them into slavery, and keeping an individual under constant threat, and they may even get away with selling people. Critical thinking and effective decision making are scarified when members are overly concerned with reaching agreement, avoiding conflict, and preserving friendly relations in the group. The concurrence-seeking norm is so firmly established in the group system that critical faculties are often paralyzed seemingly without notice. Frequently, members fail to see issues that should be challenged, positions that should be question, and alternatives that should be explored. Even if they do recognize such problems and see that they are actively hurting and terrorizing an individual, they choose to go along in order to get along. And sometimes their objective becomes more important than the life of their target. #RandolphHarris 6 of 10

Because some politicians, celebrities, and reporters have so many connections and power, they are often able to circumvent their law and may elicit members of the public to help them and offer them legal protections and money or status to help them accomplish their goals. However, when two or more people or groups agree to commit an illegal act or to accomplish a legal objective by illegal means, they are guilty of a conspiracy. A conspiracy is a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful. Being the target of a conspiracy is scary because you do not know who to trust and there is really no one you can turn to for help, until the situation gets so out of control that the public and law enforcement start to notice and investigate. I was racking my brain. What was I going to do? Feeling like I was going to be killed, I had to honestly ask myself, what could I offer, how I was genuinely qualified to help people win their struggle for human rights, and my own in the process. My life became inseparably committed to doing research and journalism, while I waited for someone to help me. And my behavior may be atypical because of the situation I am in. #RandolphHarris 7 of 10

I had enough experience to know that in order to be a good organizer of anything which you expect to succeed—including yourself—you almost mathematically analyze cold facts, and everything you do has to be strategic and well thought out. It almost causes you to become more like a robot because if people are conspiring against you, you cannot do the things normal people do. For instance, the love of your life pretends to be helping you, but is actually involved in the conspiracy against you, but they are your only source of support and you are unsure. This individual may publicly deny you and cheat on you and wait on you to catch them in the act of cheating, in a public area. A normal person would “Go off,” but because you have be labeled you have to just act as nothing happened, and if you say anything make sure it is quite so it does not seem that you are harassing them because facts are often overlooked when there is a real conspiracy. People will not pay attention to the fact that you have been established in this community and this well-known individual moved here just to set you off. What they will see is you lost your cool and now you have to pay for what you did. And then others will come forth with stories about how unstable you are and your life is over. #RandolphHarris 8 of 10

I had, as one asset, I knew, an international image. No amount of money could have bought that. I knew if I kept reaching out to others and trying to help people and sharing information about how to deal with life that people would eventually see that I was a good person. And even though people come up to me and physically attack me in public, poisoned me, vandalized my car, broke into my home while I am in bed, threw things at me while I was walking, stole from me, and physically attacked me, made rude comments, and tried and jump me again, I just had to be aware of where I am and still be extremely careful. I knew if I said something newsworthy, people would read or hear of it, maybe even around the World, depending upon what it was, and someone would eventually want to help me in return. I have not yet been saved from my situation, I still have to be very careful. However, the situation with Ryan Phillippe and his fan page and the reporters really heightened the intensity of the situation, and while people are not totally aware of everything I have been put through, they have all seen things and heard about many of the things that have been done to me and are fed up with the situation. #RandolphHarris 9 of 10

So in life, do not be faint and give up, but find out the reason you have not received; increase the intensity of your search and examine the evidence. What someone means for your harm, God will turn it around. For most of us, prayer simply becomes some peaceful religious expression, a matter of mystical and emotional fellowship with God. If we will search out and examine the evidence, we will see very clearly what is wrong. There is no use praying unless we are living as children of God. And I am very thankful for the reporters, community members, medical team, fire fighters, and authority figures who have actively played a role in keeping me safe. This human is a guest house. Every day is a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all. Treat each guest honorably. The dark thought, the same, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond. #RandolphHarris 10 of 10

The Winchester Mystery House

In addition to its wealth of testimonials from ordinary people witnessing extraordinary things, keeping a lid on all the paranormal beings inhabiting The Winchester Mystery House is a daunting job. https://winchestermysteryhouse.com/
Love is a Stronger Passion than Vanity
A really interesting dichotomy is growing and not being comfortable with the way I look and having some limitations, and being made fun of because of my skin color and ethnic background caused me to get more into doing things, like writing and photography to make myself more attractive to employers. I have yet to feel that I have accomplished anything great, although I have capture over 200,000 original images in two years and in that same time span, produced over 1,162 essays, which are usually two pages long, so I have been super busy. Although I have not been recognized for my talent, I sat back and looked at what I do with my time. I used to spend 16 hours a day doing research and writing and an hour exercising. However, now I have become so efficient that I can produce the same amount of research in 4 to 6 hours and I spend anywhere from 1 hour to 2.5 hours a day exercising and eat mostly salads and drink a lot of water. The time I spent cultivating my mind and body is more than equivalent to a full-time job because I do this seven day a week, every day, and that about 56 hours. In fact, in 8 days, I walked 35 miles for exercise so I am pretty serious about taking care of my body and mind. #RandolphHarris 1 of 5
Now, here is where the contrast comes into play, although people tear me down and try to claim my efforts as theirs and call me unattractive and other cerebral names, they also break down my features and compliment me on them individually and also ask me to share my essays and photos with them. For instance, I let my hair grow back, after shaving it for years, in 2010, and I am not kidding you, I get compliments or comments about it nearly every day, most of them are good, people love it. They also take the time to compliment me on other features like my nose, lips, legs, and eyes and some actually love my skin color. This made me really, I actually invest a lot of effort into my mind, body, and soul and clearly people love my attributes. There are a lot of good looking guys, but it makes me feel good, in a way, to have become such a spectacle. On the other hand, although I have done a lot with my time, I still have not accomplished anything—not even a relationship and so at times I feel that my life lacks direction and I wonder where this will end up taking me. #RandolphHarris 2 of 5
Sometimes I feel like I am just floating through life and very focused, but I want to do more. I see myself one day working for a corporation and feel like I have gained enough knowledge about other cultures and general education that I feel like I would be an asset to any team. Through literature and research, filtering my thoughts and being able to have considerate commentary is a skill I have crafted. For instance, one might ask, “Is it good that the mobile application ‘Pokemon GO a good thing?’” The average person would reply, “Yes, because it is increasing the numbers of people who go to parks.” However, that may not actually be a true answer. While it is good to increase the number of visitors to the parks, you also want to make sure they are going for the right reasons. If people are going to the parks in much larger numbers, and not there to enjoy the nature, be instead walking around in big group, hunting for mythical digital characters on priceless statues, memorials, and at all times of day, they may actually be abusing the parks and disturbing the environment and costing taxpayers more to maintain them, not only that, but it disturbs the animals because they cannot feed and hunt like they are used to doing. #RandolphHarris 3 of 5
Perhaps I have spent so much time preparing for life that I may have too much to say, but at least you will get an honest and well thought out response and not a cliché or a sound bit from the media. When we look at our lives, we will see the residual of past life crises which are still unresolved. Thoughts and feeling about the events tend to occur and color our perception, and we will note that they have disabled us in certain areas of life. At that point, it is wise to ask ourselves if it is worth paying the continuing cost. Now that we have some mechanisms by which to handle these residuals, they can be uncovered. The residual feelings can be investigated and let go of so that a healing can take place. This brings us to another emotional healing technique that becomes powerful once the major event has passed. That is to place the event in a different context, to see it from a different perspective, and to hold it in a different paradigm with a different significance and meaning. #RandolphHarris 4 of 5
It is said that most people spend their lives regretting the past and fearing the future; therefore, they are unable to experience joy in the present. I am just doing the most ordinary thing in the World. Copying a master’s work was the means by which a student learned the higher form of learning. The ideal relation between the student and master is little by little, the student appropriates the style of his master. That is how all natural things, and all creatures, have derived from the divine intellect. Everyday business of beginners is equal in its creativity to God’s handiwork in nature. The master’s idea is comparable to the divine intellect because the master is to the student as God is to humanity. When you do not get everything you need, the deprivation can help you become very resourceful. You learn some great survival skills, like not passively waiting for someone else to provide it for you. If you have witnessed a lot of dysfunctional behavior, it may have helped you learn how to avoid potentially harmful situations and people. If you grew up with abusive or impaired parents, it may have strengthened your determination to be healthier in your own adult life. Love is in all things a most wonderful teacher. #RandolphHarris 5 of 5

Slay All Day the Darkness of Prejudice and Ancient Pride

Why, brothers and sisters, civilized mankind has never known such an orgy of greed and lust that causes you great pain like the religious bigot, when they are sufficiently disposed to avenge a hostility against their opinions with the weapons of sublunary warfare. It is hard to remove early-taken prejudices, whether of liking or distaste: people will hunt for reasons to confirm first impression, in compliment to their own sagacity: nor is it every mind that has the ingenuousness to confess itself mistaken, when it finds itself to be wrong. However, if you can take the truth, it will cure you and save you from what otherwise would be a certain death. God has given me some sharp truth. It is like a two-edge sword; it is something that could either help you or hurt you. I know you do not realize the enormity, the horrors, of these so called humans, but have you noticed most animals actually display more price, sense, and peacefulness than the average person? I want you, when you leave this room, to start to see all this whenever you see another person. Oh yes, they are deviant. I just want you to start watching them, in their places where they do not want you around. #RandolphHarris 1 of 5

Every time see you another person, think about their deviance you are seeing. Once thought to be rare, it is now found that multiple personality disorder is relatively common; and so, research into the phenomenon has become increasingly prominent. It has been shown that the different personalities in the one body have different physical accompaniments. There are, for instance, changes in the electroencephalographic brain waves, as well as changes in their handedness in handwriting, pain thresholds, electrical skin responses, intelligence quotient, accent, vision, cerebral hemisphere dominance, language. Thus, when the personality that believes in allergies is present, the person is allergic; but when another personality is present in the body, the allergies disappear. One personality may require glasses, and another may not. These different personalities actually have notable differences in intraocular pressure and other physiological measurements. #RandolphHarris 2 of 5

On the lower levels of consciousness, which are characterized physiological needs: air, food, water, sleep, the sex and other lower levels of consciousness that reflect egotism, there is so much concern with self-gain that there is little energy or thought given to the effect on others. The lower levels limit our consciousness to personal concern, but on this level social issues become important, and energy is expended focusing on deficiencies. The greatest promise of the computer, then, is that it will show us that we are lost. However, it can also show us what to do when we are lost, that the most meaningful activity when lost is the activity of play, which is also allowing the soul of the World its play. The manic urge to create a technological World arises when soul can no longer be felt as a creative force in the World. Strengthening the forces of soul, or imagination, can gradually bring about a balance—a balance that does not require abandoning technology but considerably diminishes the fantasies invested in it. #RandolphHarris 3 of 5

When the soul creates, it does so in terms of qualities, and only as its action is severely impaired are we prone to take speed as a substitute for soul making. This World is a living being. It is flowing of living light that is in some way mysterious. In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the merciful, all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all Worlds, the beneficent, merciful master of the day of judgment in which we now live—thee alone do we serve, and thee alone do we beseech for thine assistance. Guide us on the right path, the path of those upon whom thou have bestowed favors—not of those upon whom thy wrath is brought down, nor the path of those who go astray after they have heard thy teaching. I bear witness that there is no God but thee. The World is full of a range of possibilities within which life occurs and determine how full or empty human experience can be. #RandolphHarris 4 of 5

Life can be still, but it is also a complex arrangement of visual elements: lines and shapes, lights and color, space, and, despite the fact that it is a still lifetime. Upon first encountering life, most people sense that immediately there seems to be a process of its own direction and flow, creating a sense of the wanting to represent one’s longing for the infinite, as it is contained at the moment of the genesis of life. The idea comes to haunt me all the time–precise, controlled, mathematically rigorous, logical and rationally organized. The lifestyle on this level shows a balance of work, enjoyment, and love. There is a desire and a capacity to love and to have loving relationships. Therefore, on the level of courage, we really start becoming conscious. There is an overall sense of strength and harmony, which present opportunities for growth, development, and new experiences and these become the predominant aspects of life. #RandolphHarris 5 of 5

Letting Go of Bad People and Bad News

Anger may vary all the way from rage to mild resentment. It includes revenge, outrage, indignation, fury, jealousy, vindictiveness, spite, hatred, contempt, wrath, argumentativeness, hostility, sarcasm, impatience, frustration, negativity, aggression, violence, revulsion, meanness, rebellion, explosive behavior, agitation, abusiveness, abrasiveness, smoldering, sullenness, pouting, and stubbornness. These variations of anger are well exemplified by the daily news on television, and celebrity fan pages. Anger may come up about the technique of surrender itself. Anger that is one emotion that people are expected to let go of. However, it is a feeling that, in the past, has been valued by some as a source of power and control. Still, we have to realize that this unsual emotion of anger is a feeling that does not relinquish immediately. Fortunately, right outside my door was a light that cast a glow into my room. The glow was enough to provide me with a sense of love and protection. That was enough for me to get by once I adjusted to the isolation. I continued to just enjoy the glow. #RandolphHarris 1 of 5

I never will forget how shocked I was, when I discovered how exploitive celebrities, the media, and fan pages can be; it was totally horrorifying what a group of people had made of my life, like it was their job to obsesse about me, spy on me, and torture me. It made such an impact upon my mind and bodt that psychology became one of my favorite subjects because I wanted to heal myself, as there was no one who understood. People who pretend to be good and do good things commit some of the World’s most monstrous crimes, sins, and the blood that is on their hands is almost impossible to believe. The way I was treated really opened my eyes to the horrors of life for how I was totally degraded as a human being. I read the descriptions that made of me and saw those illustrations, but they do not realize the atrocities their words and games have caused in my life. The media has a lust for me and began to ply the intern and my personal life to plunder and take power. A collective group of people have launched a criminal conquest over my life and possessions. #RandolpHarris 2 of 5

It is a sad day when the media decides they want to enslave an individual, as if I am a commodity on the market for glutted, cannibalistic forces to carve up. My life has become a game of chess for these people, a game of naked exploration and power. I have provided you with indisputable proof that the collective media acted with deviance in virtually every contact they had with me. Yet, they profess ignorance about why I dislike them, my mind cannot help flashing back to the things they did to my car and head and back, and about how the blood forebears what happens when you are trusting and helpless and have no family or friends. Imagine, reporters, and community members declaring war on a private citizen because they are allowed to get away with it. In obedience to the pain-principle, therefore, the first system is quite incapable of introducing anything into the thought-nexus. The system cannot do anything but wish. #RandolphHarris 3 of 5

It is amazing to see the deviance in the media, their preciousness, and exclusiveness, and vanity, while they continue to subjugate me, and my bloody, sweaty back that helped build their empire for nearly a decade. However, what they do not realize is deviance and greed can cause one to be hated around the World. If this were to remain so, the activity of thought of the second system, which needs to have at its disposal all the memories stored up by experience, would be obstructed. However, two paths are now open: either the work of the second system frees itself completely from the pain-principle, and continues its course, paying no heed to the pain attached to given memories, or it contrives to cathect the memory of the pain in such a manner as to preclude the liberation of the pain. These feelings are always unpleasant and range from mildly uncomfortable to painful. One of the most prominent negative feelings that blocks success in professional life that of envy. #RanolphHarris 4 of 5

It is not simply that some people see the other person’s achievement and feel envy. Rather, the other person’s achievement triggers in many a feeling of lack or inadequacy about themselves. It activates the feeling that they are not accomplishing what I should be accomplishing or maybe they think their accomplishments will not be received well by others or go unnoticed. Envy is painful because it arouses an individual’s own sense of inferiority. Many people feel increasingly dissatisfied and unhappy in their jobs and alienated from their colleagues. I am motivated because I do not compare myself to others. I do the best I can with what I have, and to have so many successful people oppressing me and harassing me, you all must know you are inferior. #RandolphHarris 5 of 5

The Unconscious Collected Papers Lecture at Third IPC at Munich

Dear Ryan Phillippe:
Everything that can become an object of internal perception is virtual, like the image in the telescope produced by the crossing of light-rays. I do not think you love me, I think you are using me to promote your brand and image, to help you regain favor with the World. You let your fans and reporter attack and slander me to the point that I have been sent to the emergency room several times. Thus far, we have developed our psychology on our own responsibility; it is now time to turn and look at the doctrines prevailing in this situation, and to examine the relation of these theories. You parade your friend in front of my face, on purpose. The problem of the unconscious in psychology is the forcible statement, less a psychological problem than the problem of psychology. As long as psychology disposed of this problem by the verbal explanation that the psychic is the conscious, and that the unconscious psychic occurrences are an obvious contradiction, there was no possibility of a physician’s observation of abnormal mental states being tuned to any psychological account. It really hurt my feelings that your fan page pretended to be you to procure naked pictures of me and then you all launched an attack on me and posted my pictures online with horribly offensive comments that deeply hurt me to my core and soul. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 9

Over the past few years, you have thoroughly embarrassed me and I want to leave the country. You come to places you know that I will be and show up with your friends and you hold hands with them and invite them into your house knowing that it will hurt my feelings and that I do not have anyone to talk to and turn to for comfort, while you guys do the Watusi and twist. If we look more closely, we may observe that the psychological consideration examined in the forgoing descriptions require us to assume, not the existence of two systems near the motor end of the psychic apparatus, but two kinds of processes or courses take by excitation. It is like my life is a game for you all and it is fun for you to hurt me and try to claim my property and life’s work as you own and hunt me and try to contain me so you all do not have to pay for the damaged you have done and so no one officially goes on record and tells the public what has been going on. And as soon as I speak up for my human rights, you people threaten me and get in groups and write bad statements about me, and pretend as you did nothing to physically and emotionally hurt me. However, this does not disturb you or anyone else. For critics are many and always in a position to replace the truth with something which comes closer to an unknown reality. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 9

Let us not try to correct certain views which may have taken a misconceived from as long as we regarded the two systems, in the crudest and most obvious sense, as two localities within the psychic apparatus—views which have left a precipitate in the terms repression and penetration. As soon as you see me physically improving, you do it all over again. I am in so much pain that I just want to tune out the World and sleep. I want to stay in bed all day. And no matter how many years I spend telling you and others that you are hurting me, no corrective actions are made to contain the people who are actually violated my human rights. If I did this kind of thing to other people, corrective actions would be taken against immediately, but you all are allowed to have free reign to torture me. Thus, when we say that an unconscious thought strives for translation into the preconscious in order subsequently to penetrate through to consciousness, we do not mean that a second idea has to be formed, in a new locally, like a paraphrase, as it were, whilst the original persists by its side. And similarly, when we speak of penetration into the consciousness, we which carefully to detach from this notion any idea of a change of locality. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 9

The situation is not only the phenomenon that permits us to base our psychopathology on psychology. I have to keep my body in shape. I know I look great, thin, full head of hair, but look at my eyes, it is like as soon as you see them clearing up, you act up again so I will drink and ruin my health. You used to spend time with me, but now I feel like you are using me and I want badly to break away from this. I want to me someone new, someone who will actually prove that they love me. I attempted to interpret a number of psychic manifestations from everyday life in support of your perspective and tried to understand you, but you just act even more bizarre, get more distant, and do even more abrasive things to hurt me. This conception underwent elaboration and modification when it was recognized that the essential character of a preconscious idea was its connection with the residues of verbal ideas. I feel like no matter what I do for you it is never enough, and you all will keep hurting me and slandering me until I am dead. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 9

I therefore assume that the course taken by any excitation under the control of the second system is bound to be quite different mechanical conditions from those which obtain under the control of the first system. Everyday my head, spine, and visceral organs are hurting and you do absolutely nothing to help me. An interesting train of thought now presents itself if we consider the relations of this inhibition of discharge by the second-system to the process of regulation by the pain-principle. Let us now seek out the counterparts of the primary experience of gratification, namely, the objective experience of fear. Let a perception-stimulus act on the primitive apparatus and be the source of a pain-excitation. There will then ensure uncoordinated motor manifestations, which will go on until one of these withdraws the apparatus from perception, and at the same time from the pain. On the reappearance of the percept this manifestation will immediately be repeated (perhaps as a movement of flight), until the percept has again disappeared. However, in this case no tendency will remain to recathect the perception of the source of pain by hallucination or otherwise. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 9

On the contrary, there will be a tendency in the primary apparatus to turn away again from this painful memory-image that you helped manifest, immediately, if it is in any way awakened, since the overflow of its excitation into perception would, of course, evoke (or more precisely, begin to evoke) pain because it will force you to deal with the reality of what you, the media, your fans, and others have done to me in an effort to gain fame and profit and as a source of joy and entertainment. This turning away from a recollection, which is merely a repetition of the former flight from perception, is also facilitated by the fact that, unlike the perception, the recollection has not enough quality to arouse consciousness, and thereby to attract fresh cathexis. This effortless and regular turning away of the psychic process from the memory of anything that had once been painful gives you us the prototype and the first example of psychic repression. We all know how much of this turning away from the painful, the tactics of the ostrich, may still be shown as present even in the normal psychic life of adults. #RyanPhillippe 6 of 9

We need to be aware that we have unwittingly become injustice collectors and many of you have hypocritical eyes. It is no different from what happens in some of America’s topmost circles, I see them nightly with my own eyes, and I hear them with my own ears. The hypocritical circle you are involved in talk about my “low morals.” However, who has the lowest morals if not people who would use someone who is struggling and injured as a source of revenue and entertainment? And not only that, but the “upper-class” recently had details published about a group of suburban housewives and business women and mothers operating as professional call girls in a ring. It was like they were “certified to hoe, even they mother hoin,’” said one young man. In some cases, these wives were out prostituting with the agreement, even the cooperation, of husbands, some whom even waited at home, attending the children. And the customers, “Some 16 ledgers and books and smartphones with names of 200 Johns, many important social, financial, political, and media figures, were seized in the raid Friday night.” #RyanPhillippe 7 of 9

The media reports are full of a cluster of people riveted, often on odd subjects you would never think of. It has been proven to us, dipping into the science of human behavior, that the only difference between many of you and the people in prison is you have not been caught yet. Expounded injustice collecting in international relations are making other nations wrong and it is actually the primary objective. Many people are unconsciously programmed to believe that injustice collecting is normal. In contrast to this habitual pattern, which is destructive and weakening, the letting go technique freed us from keeping close account of the wrongs made against us. Our attention is freed up to see the beauty and opportunity around us. I am not getting anywhere with you nor the media, you have not helped me advance my career, but instead helped to slander me, physically injure and make me even more of a target. Anger is binding, not freeing. You all are connecting yourselves to my life and holding me in your life patters. You have no control over your own life and just allow this nonsense to happen. #RyanPhillippe 8 of 9

You all are stuck in the negative pattern until you let go of the energy of anger and its little payoffs of righteous indignation, feeling wronged, and the desire for revenge—I did not do anything to you people. Maybe it is time for me to let you go because you will not help me get out of this situation, you seem to enjoy it and want to perpetuate it and this is having a devastating effect on my health. I am even considering contacting the United Nations and letting them know how you guys are abusing me since no one will stop nor help me generate revenue so I can remove myself from this hostile environment. In life, although you are attracted to certain people, it may not be exactly the same person who constantly recurs in our life. I feel that you have other options that you enjoy more and love to spend time with and I no longer want to use the images of you, nor represent you. I am ready to let go of you and move on. This way, by releasing you, I am free to experience emotional and physical comfort and ease, gratitude for the daily opportunities to grow and heal, and mutual caring with another without the subtle “strings attached,” improvement in health, and more life energy. These breakthroughs will allow me to move up to a more effective and effortless state of inner freedom. #RyanPhillippe 9 of 9

Playing Ostrich–Wit is a Playful Judgment

How aesthetic freedom consists in the playful contemplation of objects is characterized by the condition that we expect nothing from this object—especially no gratification of our serious needs—but that we content ourselves with the pleasure of contemplating the same. In the contrast to labor, the aesthetic attitude is playful. Aesthetics usually pertain to the appreciation of the beautiful, as opposed to the functional or utilitarian, and by extension, to the appreciation of any form of art, whether overtly beautiful or not. The aesthetic sense is mean to satisfy our desire to see and experience the gorgeous. However, life sometimes demonstrates and represents other truths, other realities that seem to have little to do with a purely aesthetic response to the World. The architecture of living involves an intricate choreography of leaps and arcs, a sense of the futility (and comedy) of human activity, and a dramatic sense of contrasts between light and dark, stasis and motion, and we can see as part of the country is in a major drought and burning, while the other half is flooding—fire to water.

It may be that from aesthetic freedom there also results a kind of judgment, freed from the conventional restrictions and rule of conduct, which, in view of its genesis, I will call the playful judgment. This conception contains the first condition and possibly the entire formula for the solution of our problem. Freedom begets wit and wit begets freedom. Wit is nothing but a free play of ideas. Since the time immemorial, a favorite definition of wit has been the ability to discover similarities in dissimilarities, id est (that is), to find hidden similarities. We can jocosely express this idea because wit is the disguised priest who unites every couple. He likes best to unite those couples whose marriage the relatives refuse to sanction. It is as if the innocence has been stripped away, and the full brutality of modern life revealed in its stead. This can cause us to ask some difficult questions. Can the ugly aspects of love be enjoyed? Can the ugly be made, by the heart, to appear beautiful, and if so, does that cause us to ignore the reality of the situation? The psychological mechanism of denial which is, in common language, called playing ostrich.

We see people denying reality every day, in various forms of refusing to face the inevitable. All the warning signs are there, but the person does not take heed. Thus, the man who is obviously in the process of losing his job tends not to notice. These partners in a marriage that is going down the drain take no corrective action. The person with poor mental hygiene ignores all of the symptoms and avoids medical attention. The politicians fail to look at social problems, hoping they will go away. Whole countries are oblivious to the precarious state of existence, exempli gratia (for the same of example), the 9-11 attacks. The building manager ignores the warning signs of having a functional barbeque grill chained to a face near shrubs, and a dumpster, in a parking lot, which the residents frequently use. We have all experienced regret that we did not pay attention to the warning signals of trouble ahead. In some witticisms, there is no question of comparisons or discovery of similarities that a large number of these witty judgments refer to the wit that the humorist possesses and not to the wit that he produces.

There is clearly the contrast of ideas, sense in nonsense, and confusion in clearness. Wit is the voluntary combination or linking of two ideas which in some ways are contrasted with each other, usually through the medium speech association. The contrast remains, but is not formed in a manner to show the ideas connected with the words, rather is shows the contrast or contradiction in meaning and lack of meaning with words. The Crucifixion of Christ is one of the most tragic and horrifying depictions in history. Many people cannot bear to look at his lifeless body mounted in a cross because rigor mortis has set in, Christ’s body is torn with wounds and scars, his flesh is a greenish gray, his feet are mangled, and his hands are stiffly contorted in the agony of death. It was assumed that people would find solace in knowing that Christ had suffered at least as much as they did. The ugly and horrible are transformed into art, not least of all because, as Christians believe, resurrection and salvation await the Christ after his suffering. The line that runs down his backside is, in fact, the edge of a double door that opens to reveal the Annunciation (the announcement of the Incarnation by the angel Gabriel to Mary) and the Resurrection behind.

In the latter, Christ’s body has been transformed into a pure, unblemished white, his hair and beard are gold, and his wounds are rubies. It may thus have many meanings. We lend a meaning to an expression, knowing that logically it does not belong to it. We find in it a truth, however, which later we fail to find because it is foreign to our laws of experience or usual modes of thinking. We endow it with a logical or practical inference which transcends it true content, only to contradict this inference as soon as we finally grasp the nature of the expression itself. The psychological process evoked in us by the witty expression which gives rise to the sense of the comic, depends in every case on the immediate transition from the borrowed feeling of truth and conviction to the impression or consciousness of relative nullity (law—an act or thing that is legally void). The mechanism of wit is produced through the succession of confusion and clearness. By an excellent witticism from Heine, who causes one of his figures, the poor lottery agent, Hirsch Hyacinth, to boast that the great Baron Rothschild treated him as an equal or quite a famillionaire when this is something incomprehensible, inconceivable and enigmatic. Brevity alone is the body and soul of wit.

Shattered Glass, Blood Everywhere, and the Broken Heart
I give the flower of friendship to all sincere people, but I only share the sweet fruit of love with you. I like to gaze at you in silence, and be gazed at the same; I wish to be deeply loved by you and love you as deeply. We are already getting inklings that there is something within us that we had hitherto unsuspected. These are indicated by those episodes of perfect stillness and peace in which we have great clarity, understanding, and heightened sensitivity to beauty. The built environment reflects the natural World and the conception of the people who inhabit it of their place within the natural scheme of things. A building’s form might echo the World around it, or it might contrast with it—but, in each case, the choices of the architect may reveal their attitudes toward the World around them. The architecture of the vast majority of early civilizations was designed to imitate natural forms. Ra was an ancient Egyptian God and was symbolized by the rays of the Sun descending to Earth. I have trodden these rays as ramps under my feet. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 7
In acceptance, we enjoy the experience of harmony. We feel as though events are flowing. We feel secure. We can be of service to others without a feeling of self-sacrifice. There is a feeling: I am okay. You are okay, and it is okay. It is a feeling of belonging, connectedness, fullness, loving, understanding, and the feeling of being understood. It is a feeling of caring, warmth, and self-worth. Because of the security of this state, we can allow ourselves to be soft, mellow, and natural. There is a joy, and we feel “in tune” and relaxed. There is a feeling that it is all right just to be ourselves. I am the Moon, following the Sun forever. Even if it is short of a part, but it still is around in the end—indeed, when it is short, but it is still around. Hand in hand, let us pass all the joy and happiness to each other. I pray to Heaven for letting happiness at any moment fill our time and space. I do not dare to describe my unhappiness and require your love. The only thing I want to do is that we look at each other quietly. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 7
Do you remember the days we used to take photos for memory? Imagines of you occupy my mind. My consciousness at those moments flashes with the flashing lamp, you are Heaven on Earth. Tell me that I will always be the one that you want. Do not know what I would do if I were ever to lose you. When I look at you, I see Heaven on Earth. I will fall off the edge of my mind for you. I fell in love with you and everything that you are. Nothing I can do I am really crazy about you. Tell me that I will always be the one that you want. True love does exist in the World. Although we are far away from each other, I have waited all my life for you. Waking up and you are next to me, wrap me up in your arms and back to sleep. Dreams of you, your image leaves on the negative and in my heart at the same time. I would move across the World for you. Just tell me when, just tell me where, I will come to you. Take me back to that place and time. Our hearts are connected through we are far from each other. I care for you and you care for me. I miss you so much. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 7
True love does exist in the World. The lost will not be lost forever and the existent will not be existent forever. Life is like that, sometimes happy and sometimes sad. These are the moments of breaking through into the experiencing of our real inner being. The memory of those moments is never forgotten. When they first start to happen, we do not know what they mean. We think they are accidental. Just due to chance. We attribute the feelings to external events such as the beauty of a Sunset, holler if you hear me, can I get a witness. Watch your fingers because you might be burned. If you have ever been to Heaven, this is nice. As you can see, fortunately I am cold as fire. I will make you feel like Heaven twenty-four seven. Circumstances that slowed something else to happen allowed a certain stillness, we were allowed a moment in which we were able to experience something other than the chatter of our own mind. The way you smile, the way you taste. What is running through my mind is you up in my face. Take me higher and just wipe away my fear. When I am with you it is my heart beat that I hear. Wrap me up in all your love, it is the oxygen that I need. It is like you got me hypnotized, I am in a trance. I hope you know, I am your biggest fan. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 7
You have something that I really want, come here, we do not even have to talk, lay back and let me tell you what I am thinking. We do not even have to talk because I like you. With this incessant, restless play of sensations, feelings, thoughts, emotions, and memories can these bright stars really be your eyes? Your eyes are stars to me, in the vast ocean of life, navigating me to the dawn. Intoxicating, I am a lush. The walk you walk, the way you talk, I get the tingle, I want to mingle, that is what I want. The most beautiful face in the World is yours, interesting sense of style, ten-million-dollar smile, the warmest chest in the World is yours, the strongest arms in the World are yours, the purest heart in the World is yours. You come to me, I feel like taking in a refreshing air; I got my eyes on you and I cannot let you get away. Whether it is now or later, I got you. Come to me like a deep sea in whose arms I am lightly floating. Could it be that, beyond the turbulence of the World and our own mind, there is silence? A realm of peace that is always waiting? Or is a nightmare keeping you up instead? If you think you are hurting you have not seen anything yet. You are going to see me in your dreams tonight. My face is going to haunt you all the time. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 7
Poor baby, are you feeling guilty for what you did? Was in really worth it was she everything you were looking for. I hope you know you cannot come back because everything we had is broken like shattered glass. I promise that you are going to want me back when your World falls apart like shattered glass. Are you having problems focusing throughout the day, do you find yourself still calling my name? In this state we are automatically nurturing and supportive of others without any feeling of a blood sacrifice. Was it really worth it? Was she everything that you were looking for? You like men. You are going to see me in your dreams tonight, my face is going to haunt you all the time. I promise you are going to want me back when your World falls apart like shattered glass. Nothing seems to be the way that it used to, everything seems shallow, God given me truth, in me, now tell me somebody is watching over me. And that is all I pray, that someday I will understand in God’s plan, and what he has done to me. Maybe someday I will wake and you will see me running away. Do not run to fast my dear, why do you not stop, stop and listen to your tears, it is all you have. Tears from the Moon, fall down like rain, but tears from the Moon, cannot wash away the pain. #RyanPhillippe 6 of 7
I pray that someday you will understand God’s plan and what he does to you. Maybe someday you will wake understand no moment will be more true, than the moment I look at you. You see somebody is watching over you because of the inner security and feeling of abundance, there is generosity and ease of giving, with no expectation of return or record of keeping, such as, “Here is what I am doing for you.” When we are in a state of acceptance, we love our friends instead of being critical, and we are willing to love them in spite of their limitations, which we willingly overlook. Love me, hate me, say what you want about me, but all of the men and women are wanting to if you seek Amy. To dwell in states of unconditional love and imperturbable peace becomes the inner sim, more important than any other achievement. Do you want me because I belong to someone else? I feel you watching me and I am bored because I have been waiting here forever. I will do anything, I will do anything for you, compromise myself, and I will become solitude. Being flexible was supposed to prove my love to you. You take advantage at every chance you get. You break my heart at every chance you get. You love more at every chance you get. You will protect me, but you are lying. You are using my love as a weapon to watch me. Stop haunting me, it should be easy, as easy as when you stopped wanting me. #RyanPhillippe 7 of 7

We All have Our Own Stories—It is Contained in Only Four Words
Not long ago, on a beautiful late Summer day, early autumn kind of day, I was strolling through the garden in a state of wonder and confusion about love. The weather has just turned, past events were dreams in my memory. The water drops on the green leaves turned into tears of my missing for you. When I think of you, I remember the many beautiful dreams we wove together. I cannot hide my dear missing for you. You are far away from me, but your voice sounds near my ears, I miss you in my heart, every day, and every night of departure. I had taken my favourite path, and went across L and 16th street, as I passed the flowers vendors and bakery stands, tears of departure comfort the pains in my heart. In my heart there is a secret. It is contained in only four words—I miss you sorely. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 14
I cherish your true love in my heart, and I do not care if we are together, as long as we love each other. Love is forgiving, nurturing, and supportive. It does not proceed from the mind; rather, it emanates from the heart. Love focuses on the essence of a situation, not the details. It deals with the comprehensive view, not the particulars. As perception is replaced with vision, love takes no position and see the intrinsic value and lovability of all that exists. May we love each other forever. Each star is bright and each flower is fragrant, and whenever I remember you, I remember your love for me. This aspect of love differentiates in each individual. There is the ability to see things in the abstract, to conceptualize, to be objective, and to make rapid and correct decisions. Love and reason have enormous utility in problem solving. Science, philosophy, medicine, and logic are expression of this level of love. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 14
What is the basic feeling that I have been ignoring? Outside, the new moon shines bright all around, but the lonely lamp on my desk is dim. How I wish this small piece of paper would take to you my restless yearning. How tranquil! How quiet! What silvery moonlight! Where are you, my dear? When can we sit together by the window, enjoying this quiet tranquil evening? To my surprise, the basic feeling that had came up was grief. The heartache was associated with not wanting to be separated from someone I dearly love. Faraway mountains cannot cover the afterglow just as I cannot hide my dear missing for you. Trickling rain during the Summer express my endless longing. Oh, the raindrops of my yearning, will they fall on your beautiful golden hair and moisten your heart? The fear of loss of our relationship has weakened me due to your absence. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 14
Your voice still lingers in my heart like the murmur of the seawater wafting in the silence of an audience of a pine forest. Individual human interaction produces cardiovascular changes that can be rather easily monitored. Such changes range from minimally significant heart reactions in healthy people to major heart reactions that can even be deadly. These clinical observations offer an important and different perspective on the relationship between companionship and health. In the macroscopic, statistical overview, the lack of human contact seemed to be the crucial force leading to premature death. However, both the presence and the absence of human contact can be critical forces leading to disease and premature death. An understanding of the relationship between health and companionship must include a recognition of the potentially devastating impact of terribly unpleasant human interactions. The mere presence of another human being is obviously not an unmitigated blessing for one’s health, for unpleasant human interactions may even be physically destructive. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 14
In this regard, the heart of human companionship clearly involves something that goes far beyond the mere presence of other human beings. I always say in the mornings, to myself, that the hard weather will be over in the end and the way of melancholy will not be too long. A long night brings back the past happenings that seem to have happened yesterday, which makes my heart no longer as tender. Who will gloss over my loneliness and I will say no more after the delta breeze passes by. The idea of being alone, all alone, in the face of danger terrifies children and adults alike. We all seek human reassurance. The child frightened by the darkness of night reflexively caries out to its parents for reassurance and comfort. There is a quality about human companionship in life-threatening situations that helps accentuate its biological and psychological power. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 14
Throughout the first nightmarish 1941 Winter of the siege of Leningrad, Russia SFSR, Soviet Union, in World War II, when the last road to the city was severed, the city’s radio station remained on the air to reassure the people that they were not alone. When the radio announcers were too weak or cold to play music or recite the news, they would then on a metronome which monotonously clicked back and forth, echoing through loudspeakers on the streets to reassure the people they were not alone. When the seeds of love is sown into our hearts, you have to water it with loyalty and I have to cultivate it with sincerity, and then the fruit it bears is sure to be happiness. The clash of souls touches off the flashes over the Winter bougainvillea and we walk hand and hand into the World youth. #RyanPhillippe 6 of 14
Apart from physical torture and death, solitary confinement has long been recognized as one of the most dreaded of human experiences. And those who endure unusually harsh prison environments frequently credit their survival to the strength they were able to derive from their fellow humans. In interviews with survivors of concentration camps, during World War II, many of the survivors listed the strength they were able to derive from their fellow prisoners as the most significant factor in their will to live. One the other hand, many victims who were suddenly torn away from their loved ones succumbed to a syndrome that was labeled “musselmann” by their fellow inmates. Unable to relate to others in the camps, they often gave way to profound despair, lost hope, and perished. #RyanPhillippe 7 of 14
However, while almost everyone would agree that human relationships are critical to survival, it is not at all clear just what it is about the presence of another loving human being that is so important, especially in life-threatening environments. It is this lack of clarity about a phenomenon universally recognized as important that has lead us to reexamine two environments in which sudden death is an ever present danger: coronary care units and a hospital shock-trauma unit. We studied the effects of human contact in an especially intimate way by monitoring the hearts of patients whose lives were in mortal peril. Unlike other life-threatening environments, these units held patients who were totally helpless; they could not seek out other human beings, but were instead forced by their physical weakness to wait until someone came to their bedside, and it is clear that human interactions can alter heart rhythm. Since cardiac arrhythmias (improper beating of the heart, whether irregular, too fast, or too slow) in the wake of a heart attack are the primary cause of sudden death, understanding the effects of human contact in these environments is vitally important. #RyanPhillippe 8 of 14
Coronary care units are specialized hospital areas that have gradually evolved over the past century. These units were developed when it was recognized that many cardiac patients, who might have been saved with appropriate medical care, were needlessly drying after suffering heart attacks. Of special concern was that many of these patients were already in hospitals and had appeared well on the road to recovery. Not infrequently it was noted that nurses would check on these patients, report that they looked quite healthy, and then return a few minutes later to find them dead. He looked healthy and strong and was talking, so I turned my back for a moment. He was recovering. Next thing I knew he was grasping for air and died. And every night, I lay in my bed alone fearing I could be next and like there is no one I can trust nor depend on. #RyanPhillippe 9 of 14
These sudden, unobserved hospital deaths led to the realization that these patients ought to be placed in special units and watched constantly for a few days after a heart attack. If recurrent cardiac complications did occur during this period, then the medical personnel could at least take immediate measure to aid the patient. One of the major sources of complications stemmed from the fact that there is a marked rise in the incidence of abnormal heartbeats in the first 24 to 72 hours after a heart attack. These abnormal beats have the potential for seriously disrupting the normal rhythm of the heart and can lead to ventricular fibrillation (a life-threatening heart rhythm that results in a rapid, inadequate heartbeat) and sudden death. It is the occurrence of these abnormal beat which makes it imperative that a person is taken to a hospital as soon as possible after a heart attack. During this crucial period, even if a patient feels better, his life can be in mortal peril. #RyanPhillippe 10 of 14
The medical effectiveness of the coronary care personnel to recognize cardiac problems before they developed into major difficulties. These coronary care units were convincingly established when it was shown that the incidence of sudden death dropped by 45 to 50 percent in hospitals that were equipped with these facilities and had specially trained staff, who have medications developed so that the medical staff could quickly give medications needed to help suppress the incidence of cardiac arrhythmias as well as promptly inject any other necessary medications. Special equipment for delivering emergency treatment should the patient’s heart suddenly “arrest” (this is, stop beating) was also developed. However, the single most important development was the introduction of specialized training courses—given not only to cardiologist but to all the medical staff, including resident physicians and nurses—enabling all coronary care personnel to recognize cardiac problems and save lives. #RyanPhillippe 11 of 14
Because handling emotional crises is very a difficult problem for most people, some details were required. There are several techniques to help move through emotional disaster much more quickly, and with a better resolution, than allowing it to run out on its own. It is alright to consciously disassemble and let go of emotions in bits and pieces. The emotion can be reduced in intensity by sharing the feeling with close friends or mentors. By merely expressing the feeling, some of the energy behind it is reduced. It is also alright in this circumstance consciously to utilize escape mechanisms, such as watching a play in the theatre, going to the park for a walk, or taking a nap, playing with your pet to get some distance from the upsetting situation. When the feeling has been reduced in its sheer quantity and intensity, it is best to start letting go of small aspects of the situation rather than the overall situation and the accompanying emotion itself. #RyanPhillippe 12 of 14
To state this in a differ way, a man loses his job after many years with a company, and now is in an overwhelm of despair. By utilizing the mechanisms already described, some of the emotion can be reduced. What he can look at, then, are some of the small trivia about the job. For instance, could he let go of wanting to have lunch on Thursdays where he always had lunch (frequently paying the bill and leaving a large tip)? Could he let go of wanting to ride up the same elevator? Could he let go of the attachment to his desk? Could he let go of the attachment to the secretary and her friendliness toward him? Could he let go of the attachment to his computer? Could he let go of seeing the same boss every day? Could he let go of this feeling of familiarity with the background noises in the office? Long parting, but the time for interview had come; before the judgment-seat of God, the last and second time. #RyanPhillippe 13 of 14
The process of surrendering these smaller aspects of losing a job, which may seem trivial, is that it gets the mind into the mode of releasing problems, and this take courage; the negative feelings have been acknowledged and worked through; consequently, they have lost their charge. The light of love shines on our daily life as the lightning turns the mediocre gullies and lush forests into legendary tree canopies. Your love-lit eyes are like sparkling stars, dispelling loneliness from my heart. These fleshless lover met, a Heaven in a gaze, a Heaven of Heavens, the privilege on one another’s eyes. No lifetime set on them, appareled as the new unborn, expect they had beheld, born everlasting now. A paradise, the host, a cherubim and seraphim the most familiar guest. This being comfort, then, that other kind was pain. Some think it service in the place where we, with late, celestial face, please God, shall ascertain! (www.thedeedle.com) #RyanPhillippe 14 of 14

God be Praised for Lover’s Young Dream
We might picture love to be like Sunlight, and when you first fall in love the first inklings of Sunlight are just beginning to grace through the caverns of our mind. Soon your heart will be flooded with light and love. In contrast, negative thoughts like the doubts, fears, and resentments that we hold, which dim the light of the Sun making it barely come through. However, we all have the power to heal by removing the clouds of negative energy and allow the colourful rays of the Sun to perform their own personal magnetic power. As we consistently let go of resisting our fears and allow them to be surrendered, the energy that was tied up in the distress is relinquished and now becomes available to shine through the windows of our soul as the energy of love. Unconditional love has the greatest power of all, and that love is the energy that is celebrated. Unconditional love is a beneficial regard that means in personal relationships, we convey to our partners and families the sense that we will continue to value and care for them regardless of what they do or say. Unconditional love means that we may encourage a person to talk about even the most embarrassing or painful concerns, and good ones, too. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 9
We require unconditional love to grow. There are some people who did not grow up knowing that someone would love them no matter what happened, and they are somehow scarred or emotionally crippled for life. Nonetheless, one has to realize that it not true. While people who have experienced a great deal of love in early life has fewer fears and a head start, this same love is intrinsic within all of us. By the very nature of our being and by the very nature of the life energy that flows through us and empowers us to breathe and to think, we all have that same vibrational energy level of love within us. I know that my mate will continue to love me no matter what I say or reveal. In an earlier marriage, I could never express any serious concerns without my spouse getting defensive or not understanding where I was coming from. As a consequence, I quit talking about things that really mattered. What a relief it is to be with someone who I can tell what is on my mind without worrying about the consequences. The purpose of communication is to provide a message that has some impact on the listener. We can sit down and imagine the quality of generosity and let go resisting it. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 9
There is an uncanny similarity involved in interpersonal disasters, marital difficulties, or the loss of a loved one. All human interaction—can be completely understood only when they are viewed within the larger context of the entire interpersonal life experiences of the individual. We have the unconscious fantasy that fear is keeping us alive; this is because fear is associated with our whole set of survival mechanisms. We have the idea that, if we let go of fear, our main defense mechanism, we would become vulnerable in some way. In reality, the truth is just the opposite. Fear is what blinds us to the real dangers of life. Fear is the greatest danger that the human body faces. It is fear and guilt that brings about disease and failure in every area of our lives. The cardiovascular systems of young healthy subjects changed far more during an experiment in which they are were asked to tell a story about a series of ambiguous pictures then did the cardiovascular systems of comparable subject who were suffering from essential hypertension. It was noted, however, that individuals suffering from hypertension uniformly remained distant, uninvolved, and socially insulated from the experimenter, while healthy individuals readily and even eagerly interact with the experimenter. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 9
There is clinical evidence to suggest that hypertensive patients are sensitive (both in the direction of amelioration and worsening of the medical status) to the vicissitudes of emotional interchange with physicians with whom they have established long-standing close emotional relationships. The insulating device we describe here and elsewhere may be looked upon teleologically as protection erected by these patients against their vulnerability in such close relationships. A circular type life-style exists for patients suffering from hypertension. Given their propensity to show exaggerated cardiovascular changes during various social interactions, such individuals try to protect themselves from cardiac reactions by socially insulating themselves. They try to remain detached and aloof in many social situations, a strategy which leads to exaggerated social “over-in-volvement,” with elevated blood pressure responses, when they do begin to interact. That emotional stress is a frequent precipitating factor in the development of congestive heart failure. Congestive heart failure is a serious medical problem that occurs when the heart is unable to completely pump out all the blood that returns to it. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 9
When the heart cannot completely pump out all the blood that returns to it, this leads to a situation in which the venous blood returning to the heart begins to back up, since there is still blood in the chambers of the chambers of the heart. Congestion, or an accumulation of fluids in various parts of the body (for example, in the lungs, legs, arms, or abdomen), results from the heart’s inability to maintain adequate circulation. It has been shown in 24 of 25 consecutive cases of congestive heart failure that the oneset of the crisis of congestive heart failure had precipitated the “emotional stress.” Sudden death of a son, desertion by a wife, desertion by a husband, rejection by a husband—the emotional events all seemed to involve the loss of some type of human love or the loss of security gained from human contact. In almost every case, the emotional crises involved types of interpersonal disasters similar to those that have been observed by other investigators. It has been noted that interpersonal life histories of these patients were most likely of major significance in predisposing them to develop cardiovascular disease. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 9
In our study, factors leading to congestive heart failure were for the first patient desertion by relative. The second patient died because of a relatives’ refusal to take care for her. The third patient because a death of a son. The four patient was desertion by one son and landlady; serious accident to other son. Patient five because of illness of mother; argument with wife. Six patient was desertion by wife. Seventh patient was sudden death of husband. Eighth patient heart failure was due to husband’s death rejection by relatives. Ninth patient was rejection by husband and son. Tenth was because marriage of daughter; wife’s leg amputated. Eleventh death by heart failure was due to desertion by husband. Twelfth was rejection by children. Thirteen death by congestive heart failure was because of desertion by brother and sister-in-law. Fourteenth was because of rejection by employer. Fifteenth was due to rejection by husband. Sixteenth death by congestive heart failure was because of rejection by employer. Seventh was eviction from home of 18 years. Eighteenth patient suffered congestive heart failure because of eviction from home of 17 years. The nineteenth patient died of congestive heart failure because of a loss of pseudomasculine defenses. #RyanPhillippe 6 of 9
It is suggested that lack of social support, coupled with a variety of interpersonal stressed, had led to total circulatory collapse. The lack of love or sudden loss of love was the last in a series of unpleasant events which finally made the individual feel that they could not continue to accept a bad situation. In patient number three, for instance, the sudden death of a son, who had been living with the patient for many years. Although the patient had not mentioned the fact of his son’s death or talked of his relationship with him, it was learned through social services contacts that there had been an extremely close relationship between them. They have been living together, and the patient had been quite dependent upon him. Following the son’s death, mild congestive heart failure developed. On hospitalization, digitalis intoxication was found to be present. Digitalis intoxication includes fatigue, weakness, nausea, and anorexia, and it is a reflection of the patient’s underlying heart disease. Fear is itself the greatest danger that the human body faces. So it is really not a good idea to play games with people’s lives and threaten to take their loved one away, it could very well stress them out and lead to heart failure. #RyanPhillippe 7 of 9
Can we not care for our bodies because we appreciate and value you them, rather than out of fear of disease and dying? Can we not be of service to others in our life out of love, rather than out of fear of losing them? Can we not be polite and courteous to others because we care for our fellow human beings, rather than because we fear losing their good opinion of us? Can we not do a good job because we care about the quality of our performance and we care about our fellow workers? Can we not perform our job well because we care about the recipients of our services, rather than just the fear of losing our jobs or pursuing our own ambition? Can we not accomplish more by cooperation, rather than by fearful competition? Can we not drive carefully because we have a high regard for ourselves and care for our welfare and those who love us, rather than because we fear an accident? On a spiritual level, is it not more effective if, out of compassion and identification with our fellow human beings, we care for them, rather than trying to love them out of fear of God’s punishment if we do not? Three infants who had been deprived of parental love initially failed to thrive while in the hospital. These infants began wasting away until the physician provided them with the warm interpersonal support, given exclusively by one or two nurses (mother surrogates). All three infants significantly improved after this nurturing car was introduced. #RyanPhillippe 8 of 9
Infants deprived of parental love failed to develop strong attachments to people. Their lack of interest extended also to objects. They did not show anxiety in the presences of strangers or distress when a person or a toy was removed. Still, it is rather easy to dismiss much of the research showing the destructive effects of social deprivation as irrelevant to must human situations. After all, few children in the United States of America are raised in total isolation. These kind of cases are highly unusual, even extreme. Nevertheless, they hint at the potential effects of the kind of partial social deprivation that appears to be growing in our society. Perhaps the most direct theoretical link between such early psychological trauma as the loss of one’s parents and subsequent physical illness can be drawn from the fact that adult psychopathology itself leads to serious problems in interpersonal relationships. And almost all psychiatrists believe such problems stem from early childhood. Those people who are unable to form close personal ties in adulthood would likely appears in the mortality tables. Human life is like a shadow, no sooner seemingly enjoyed than vanished. A true hearted lover forgets all trespasses, and a smile cureth the wounding of a frown. Because of you, gardens are so gorgeous. The Earth is full of love in the air. I will remember your spirits forever. #RyanPhillippe 9 of 9
