Love Must Suffer in this Stern World–Why Did You Come Now?

What we feel matters much more than what we know. Mystery and disappointment are not absolutely indispensable to the growth of love, but they are, very often, its powerful auxiliaries. Strong wind, earthquake-shock, and fire may pass by: but I shall follow the guiding of that small voice which interprets the dictates of conscience. The narrowest human limits are wide enough to contain the grandest human emotions. However, I cannot feel them anymore, you left me lost in mental corridors, cannot find my way out anymore. Just like a ghost, I hear you whisper, “Never let go,” I still remember. Run through my dreams, I have got to find you, all that I need is someone to rescue me. Shallow sorrows and shallow love lives on. The love and the sorrows that are great are destroyed by their own plenitude.  Our naked feelings make haste to clothe themselves in propositions which lie at hand among our store of opinions, and to give a true account of what passes within us something else is necessary besides sincerity, even when sincerity is unmixed. #RandolphHarris 1 of 11

We have no right to intermeddle with people’s feelings when they would not tell them themselves. There are some feelings which are too tender to be suffered by the World. As if you are waiting in my long-time memories, you beckon to me as if you are whispering, as if alone forever in longing. You come to me step by step. Deep heart, deep thoughts, your deep voice. I hear your voice echo. Your heart is calling to me. Never say die. When a person can say what one likes with the certainty that every word will be reported, and speak to those around one as one manifestly their superior, one always looms large. I am now trying an experiment very frequent among modern authors; which is, to write upon nothing: When the subject is utterly exhausted, to let the pen still move on; by some called, the ghost of wit, delighting to walk after the death of its body. Why did you come? Where were you? It seems like it is a bit late, but we finally meet. Do you love me? Is this fate? I keep hearing your sweet words echo to me, “Everlasting flame, or everlasting dishonor—nothing between!” #RandolphHarris 2 of 11

You are smiling in front of me, I tightly hold your hand nest to you. I look at you with eyes overflowing with love. A song automatically comes out with my especially light steps. Is it because it resembles you? This melody is beautiful. I beseech you not to measure the firmness of my faith, by the fewness of my words, but rather think that the overflowing waves of good will will leave no passage for many words. Why do I keep smiling? Why do I keep looking at my phone? People around me keep saying that I changed. Why am I like this? Why do I keep thinking of you? In long discourses, one good thing drives out another, till all is forgotten. I guess the love I dreamed of is you. A song automatically comes out with my especially light steps. Air and manner often express more than the accompanying word. Each moment is possible only because of love. In the state of love, we wake up every morning and give thanks for another day of life, and seek to make life better for everyone around us. Because of the inner peace, we have the ability to perceive the thoughts and feelings of others on a spiritual level. #RaandolphHarris 3 of  11

The highest glory of human beings is that we were created in the image of God. Experience includes the perceiving of relations; it does not consist merely of individual sensations that need to be related by the understanding. In the realm of mental functions, all simultaneous states of consciousness and intellectual and emotional activities are perceived as unity. The concept of a substance, whether of a physical or a psychical substance, is not that of a bundle of qualities, but is a unity of qualities and relations. We can sometimes actually perceive a causal nexus as opposed to a mere sequence, and this experience is the origin of the category of cause. For example, when our thought processes are governed by some interest or mood, we do not first experience the interest and only subsequently its effects; rather, we are aware of the interest and its effects all at one. Thus, we directly experience causality in our own internal activity. Without this, we would not be conscious of reality. We transfer this awareness of causality to natural phenomena, although this projection is superfluous for scientific purposes where only lawlike sequences of events are needed. #RandolphHarris 4 of 11

It is impossible for us to have living and vital intercession unless we are perfectly and completely sure of God. Intercession is prayer that pleads with God for your needs and the needs of others. However, it is also much more than that. Intercession involves taking hold of God’s will and refusing to let go until His will comes to pass. Intercession is warfare—the key to God’s battle plan for our lives. However, the battle ground is not on this Earth. We are not fighting against humans. “We are fighting against forces and authorities and against rulers of darkness and spiritual powers in the Heavens above” (Eph. 6.12). Intercessory prayer takes place in this spiritual World where the battles for our own lives, our families, our friends and our nation are won or lost. And the greatest destroyer of that confident relationship to God is our own personal sympathy and preconceived bias. Identification with God is the key to intercession, and whenever we stop being identified with Him, it is because of our sympathy with others, not because of sin. Darkness is more eligible than light to those whose deeds are evil. #RandolphHarris 5 of 11

Never sympathize with someone who finds it difficult to get to God; God is not to blame. It is not for us to figure out the reason for the difficulty, but only to present the truth of God so that the Spirit of God will reveal what is wrong. When the truth is preached, the Spirit of God bring each person directly to a vital connection with God Himself. When we ask God for wisdom, His desires will become the focus of our prayer. “Let God change the way you think. Then you will know how to do everything that is good and pleasing to Him” (Romans 12.2). And if we ourselves are free with the liberty of Christ, others will be brought into that same liberty—the liberty that comes from realizing the absolute control and authority of Jesus Christ. Next, bind the work of Satan, knowing that Jesus has given you authority “to defeat the power of your enemy” (Luke 10.19). If God shows you the identity of specific spiritual strongholds that are at work, take authority over these strongholds in the name of Jesus Christ. And always remember that “God’s Spirit is in you and is more powerful than that one that is in the World” (1 John 4.4). #RandolphHarris 6 of 11

How can we argue about God’s power in the other stars from the laws which he has given for our rule in this one? Take comfort as you begin the spiritual battle, and know that you are not alone: Jesus Christ is also interceding on your behalf. “Jesus is able to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them” (Heb. 7.25). The only men and women our Lord will use in His building enterprise are those who love Him personally, passionately, and with great devotion—those who have love for God that goes far beyond any of the closet relationship on Earth. When God inspects us with His searching and refining fire, will He detect that we have built enterprises of our own on the foundation of Jesus? Perseverance means more than endurance—more than simply holding on until the end. Entrust yourself to God’s hands. Is there something in your life for which you need perseverance right now? As poisonous adders lurk beneath the cover of the most delightful shrubberies, so falsity and deceit are concealed under alluring language. #RandolphHarris 7 of 11

Philosophy is the investigation of what mind and nature have in common. Maintain your intimate relationship with Jesus Christ through perseverance of faith. Even though you cannot see him right now and cannot understand what He is doing, you know Him. The Devil may work against us, but God sends us men and women when we need them. God deadens all other sensations, or rather absorbs them all in the love of Him. Some are drawn by love, others are drive by terrors, to their Divine refuge. Philosophy is the science that studies the most general laws of the psychical and of the real. To be real means to have effects. The realty of our own mental states is the first datum. We recognize the reality of external objects as they affect us, having first acquired the idea of causality internally. We experience the self-evidence of such judgments as 2 X 2 = 4, and this self-evidence cannot be further reduced. It is the subjective aspect of truth. Truth itself is that property that which is thought, not a function of the thinker. I must will to obey, and I must will to receive God’s Spirit. When God gives me a vision of truth, there is never a question of what He will do, but only what I will do. #RandolphHarris 8 of 11I openly declare to God that I will be faithful. I will to be faithful—and give other people credit for being faithful, too. Empirical psychovitalism is the view that feelings, thoughts, and volitions can be stimuli for the physical nerve process. Evolution did not dispose of the problem of teleology, since life itself, whose origin from nonliving atoms is so mathematically improbable, requires an explanatory hypothesis. In God essence and existence are one. In infinite beings, essence and existence are really not distinct. The distinction is solely one of reason, a mental or logical distinction, for to assert a real distinction presupposes a knowledge of existence, and this would entail an essence of existence. It is in nature of created being to be contingent. Every creature is being in virtue of relation to God, inasmuch as it participates in or in some way imitates the being of God. When we hold on to things we should let go, refusing to forgive, remembering the worst, we only poison our lives. The root of bitterness will always produce bitter fruit. Bitter people do not have good relationships. They are too negative in the psychology of engagement with everyday life. #RandolphHarris 9 of 11

When we are bitter, it affects our attitudes and taints everything about us. What issues in our life is God saying to you, “Get over it?” God says, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in Heaven. He causes his Sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and unrighteous” (Matthew 5.44-45). Acrid bitterness inevitably seeps into the lives of people who harbor grudges and suppress anger, and bitterness is always poison. It keeps your pain alive instead of letting you deal with it and get beyond it. Bitterness sentences you to relive the hurt over and over. Forgiveness is the economy of the heart. Forgiveness saves the expense of anger, the cost of hatred, the waste of spirits. Forgive people who are spiritually illiterate and cannot read your nature, as they have little or no education of God. Father God, I recognize that You are not surprises by what was lacking or hurtful in my past or present. You know every hardship and hurt, every unfair and difficult situation I have faced and ever will face. I choose to let go of things that are holding me back from the fantastic future you have for me. #RandolphHarris 10 of 11

God, I choose to forgive others as You have forgiven me, and I ask that You cleanse any poison of bitterness out of my life. I believe that You are moving me forward and will thrust me into my destiny. I have learned this simple principle acceptance, and believe and declare no disappointment, no bad break, and no injustice will keep me from my destiny. God will take what is meant for my harm and use it to my advantage. I will not only come out of difficult times, but will also come out better, stronger, and increased, with ten times as much joy, peace and victory. I am compelled by God to have faith and God is consuming my life, for it is His. It is better to fail in an attempt to exercise faith than to let it lie dormant and fruitless. God never belittles those who attempt to follow Him, but He does chasten those who refuse to attempt anything for Him. I am serious about fulfilling my destiny by taking a step of faith to put actions behind me because I want to live the full and abundant life God has promised me. I believe that I will find the power to do what I could not do before and that extraordinary things are going to happen. I am expecting a miracle. #RandolphHarris 11 of 11

Love in all Things is a Wonderful Teacher

I wish I could blink an eye and restore life. It was a deathless legend when wise people ruled originally, people lived happy lives following nature. At the beginning of the World, there was a charming ideal golden time when people were loving and loved by God. People did not have to suffer death for at the end of the day they were transported to a dreamy Heaven. In the golden age, they Earth brought forth bounteous fruits for them and no one had to suffer labor. Their lives were one of perfect bliss. They weather was agreeable, one could sleep on the plush grass under a tree or build a house. The water was fresh and sparkled and the air was clean, cool, and sweet. Life was totally devoted to God and people have been awakened by His Spirit. There are some people who are totally unemployable in the spiritual realm. We must develop the distinction between things in our power (the power to give or withhold assent and to use external impressions) and things not in our power (external impressions, our body, and the rest of the inexorable World). There is an innate moral predisposition which can be actualized by education of left to decay. #RandolphHarris 1 of 7

The proof that our relationship is right with God is that we do our best whether we feel inspired or not. We must give equal weight to the two focuses of Stoic ethics, inward self-control and useful citizenship in the cosmospolis that s that Universe. The goal of Stoicism was to make the personal and political lives of people as orderly as the cosmos. Their love of nature was as superior to local convention or political power, and above all their belief in the autarkeia or autonomy of the virtuous humans was key. They laid down rules for the validation of truth claims. There is in their physics no qualitative difference between God and the rest of the Universe; God is the reason of the World, soul of the World, and the creative aspect of the Universe. The stuff which he informs comes from Him, is sustained by Him, and differs from Him only by being more relaxed and less creative. Living according to the benevolence and orderliness of the Universe produced a consequence of such a life of spiritual peace and well-being; the happy condition of the soul when it resembles God. Having achieved this ultimate goal, one’s life is as autonomous, as uniform, and as benevolent as God Himself. #RandolphHarris 2 of 7

The means to the achievement of this goal was virtue. All the cardinal virtues are of a piece, impossible without the others, and they are basically attitudes, not just actions. One is intelligence (knowing what is good and bad); another is bravery (knowing what to fear and what not to fear); and a third is justice (knowing how to give everyone what properly belongs to his or her); and the fourth, competing with the first for importance in the list, is self-control (knowing what impressions to assent to, what passions to moderate or extinguish). At first, there seemed to be for the Stoic a sharp distinction between the virtuous person (the wise person) and the rest (the fools), but as Stoicism modified its ideas, many things once considered totally indifferent to the wise people came to be spoken of as “advantages” to be used (though not needed). Healthy, property, and honor were among these advantages; their opposites were disadvantages to be avoided (but not at all costs), and the things totally indifferent (adiaphora) to the wise people became things like paying of debt with one piece of money rather than another. #RandolphHarris 3 of 7

Like all other individual nature, Stoics were of service to their fellow creatures, to their family under the Fatherhood of God, the logos spermatikos. Regardless of national conventions or laws, regardless of property, race, rank, or birth, one must always be cognizant of the creative fire each rational being possesses. The virtues of the Stoics was far more than a means to individual spiritual well-being; it was their absolute duty for promotion of a cosmopolis that would be the very image of the rationally ordered physical World. There was a rejection of a dualistic ontology (that there are two sorts of substances, material things and minds) and a defense of a dualism of attributes—physical and mental—combined in a single entity, the embodied mind, which has both physical and mental attributes combined somewhat as the primary and secondary characteristics are united in a material object as it is apprehended in naive perceptual situations. This view of the self entailed a corresponding reanalysis of the mental attitudes of cognition, feeling, and conation. #RandolphHarris 4 of 7

The term conative activity covers all psychophysical processes which are directed to a goal (whether anticipated or not.  What could be more natural than for humans, hemmed in by the inexorable realities of labor, pain, sin, and death, to escape in imagination to a lovely wonderland where things are the exact anthesis of the stern condition of primitive life? Such flights of fancy are so very true to human nature. There is nothing easier than getting into the right relationship with God. Conation is divided into practical and theoretical conation. Practical conative activity is directed to producing actual changes in the objects and situations with which the subject has to deal with in the real World. Theoretical conation is directed to the fuller and clearer apprehension of such objects and situation. Speaking of situations, a man was recently disabled in a surfing accident and suffered a spinal cord injury. He was engaged to get married to a young lady, and his injury did not change her feelings towards him. They still plan on getting married. #RandolphHarris 5 of 7

Clearly, that young lady is practicing the Stoic principals and her love and duty to the man she loves overtakes any future hardships, financial, physical, or emotional that they may endure. That is amazing because many people view disabled people as being unnecessary or unwanted and thus is or becomes burdensome. It is nice to see that theory of disabled people as being disposable and undesirable is an expression of the human’s mind capacity to generate myths. The beloved lover is always called happy, and happiness is considered as a well-fleshed indifference to sorrow outside it. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute to the beauty and harmony of the World by showing kindness to all living things and, thereby, supporting the human spirit. That which we freely give to life flows back to us because we are equally part of that life. Like ripples on the water, every gift returns to the giver. What we affirm in others, we actually affirm in ourselves. If you totally abandon yourself to God, He immediately says to you, “I will give your life to you as a prize.” #RandolphHarris 6 of 7

Once we become willing to give love, the discovery quickly follows that we are surrounded by lobe and merely did not know how to access it. Love is actually present everywhere; its presence only needs to be realized. Love expresses itself in many ways. Certainty is the mark of the commonsense of life—graciously part of the spiritual life. Love facilitates healing. It transforms life. Once you become loving, there are certain things you can never do again. Forgiveness is an aspect of love that allows us to see life events from the viewpoint of grace. We forgive ourselves for the errors we made when we were less evolved. In the energy field of love, we are surrounded with love, and that brings gratitude. We are thankful for life and all the miracles of life. We are uncertain of the next step, but we are certain of God. A soon as we abandon ourselves to God and do the task He has placed closest to us, God begins to fill our lives with surprises. The life of God exhibits itself in this spontaneous way because the fountains of His love are in the Holy Spirit. Love suffers long and is kind. #RandolphHarris 7 of 7

God’s Benevolent Care for Humankind

Every moment the fetters of reality cut the sharpest welts in my flesh. However, my own I remain. Religion seems to be losing ground among intelligent people, because after such people begun to disbelieve the existence of the Devil, the next step was to doubt the reality of God. That is why passionate anti-intellectualism stresses the will and the instincts as opposed to reason. At the center of this vision is the human individual, of whom alone we can have certain knowledge; each individual is unique, and this uniqueness is the very quality one must cultivate to give meaning to one’s life. If you believe in both God and a Devil, you can thank God for all the good things in the World and then blame the Devil for all the negative aspects of reality. However, once the Devil is dismissed, God becomes responsible for all the blessings in the World and all of the evil. Good is virtuous only because there is evil, and God is the Most High because there is a Devil. As evil is not mere negation, so the figure of Satan in religion is not mere idle fantasy. #RandolphHarris 1 of 9

Feeling does not stay to calculate with weights and a balance the importance and magnitude of every object that excites it; it flows impetuously from the heart, without consulting the cooler responses of the understanding. According to the account in the second chapter of Genesis in the Holy Bible, Satan (the Devil) is the father of science, for h introduced Eve to make Adam taste of the fruit of knowledge, and people worshipped the serpent for that reason. Revolution, in overthrowing an established order, seeks to create another order; it implies a faith in institutions. Rebellion is the action of individuals seeking to rise above the condition they reject; it demands that one rise, or exalt oneself. Revolution is a social or political act; rebellion is an individual act, and therefore appropriate to the egoist. If rebellion prospers, the state will collapse. In rebellion, the use of force is inevitable and is the war of each against all, in which the egoist fights with all the means at one’s command. Crime is the assertion of the ego, the rejection of the sacred. The aim of egoist rebellion is the free wielding of power by each individual. #RandolphHarris 2 of 9

The end of this process is not conflict, but a kind of dynamic balance of power between people aware of their own might, for the true person realizes that excessive possessions and power are merely limitations on one’s own uniqueness. This assertion is based on the absence of submissiveness in others; the withdrawal of each individual into one’s uniqueness lessens rather than increases the chance of conflict, for as unique you have nothing in common with the other any longer, and therefore nothing divisive or hostile either. If we are truly surrendered, we will never be aware of our own efforts to remain surrendered. Beware of talking about surrender if you know nothing about it. In fact, you will never know anything about it until you understand that John 3.16 means that God completely and absolutely gave Himself to us. In our surrender, we must give ourselves to God in the same way He gave Himself for us—totally, unconditionally, and without reservation. Art thou to put a bound to the divine will, and to say, thus much I will bear, and no more? #RandolphHarris 3 of 9

The discipline of suffering heart is an essential lesion that a child of God must learn. The danger is that we tend to look back on our times of obedience and on our past sacrifices to God in an effort to keep our enthusiasm for Him strong. However, when the darkness of dismay comes, endure until it is over, because out of it will come the ability to follow Jesus Christ, which brings inexpressibly wonderful joy. There is certainty that our own personal needs will be met; therefore, there is a shift in relationship so that the focus is on the welfare and happiness of others. This is facilitated by the fact that, at this level, there is no longer neediness in the dependency on other people, because there is nothing we feel we need to get from them. In a relationship of loving acceptance, minor imperfections are no longer given serious importance and are overlooked. In acceptance, there is a decreased preoccupation with state of action and one has a growing focus on the quality of existence itself, and the perfection of our own inner capacity for caring and loving. #RandolphHarris 4 of 9

Energy is perhaps of all qualities the most valuable. Even the weakest saint can experience the power of the deity of the Son of God when one is willing to let go. However, any effort to hang on to the least bit of our own power will only diminish the life of Jesus Christ in us. We have to keep letting go, and slowly but surely the great full life of God will invade us, penetrating every part. Then Jesus Christ will have complete and effective dominion in us, and people will take notice that we have been with Him. Although negative feelings may still arise, you will see that your burden is then lightened by the sense of companionship. It is definitely a crime for a Christian to be weak in God’s strength. The World is seen to be harmonious, and any alteration of that appearance is realized to be a projection of the highest potential of human mind and spirit. What becomes increasingly important to us is what we are becoming, not what we have to do. God wants you to be entirely His, and it requires paying close attention to keep yourself fit. #RandolphHarris 5 of 9

While you have the light, believe in the light. In acceptance, we are free to be in the present. Once we have accepted our own nature and the ways of the Universe as they are reflected in our World, there is no longer regret about the past, nor is there fear for the future. Fear of the future no longer exists when the past is healed. This is because in the usual ego-oriented state of consciousness, the ego tens to project the past upon the future, and a past that is viewed negatively becomes fearful when projected upon the imaginary future. Our letting go of the lower energies of guilt, fear, anger, and pride has alleviated the weight of the past and cleared the clouds of the future. We face today with optimism and are grateful to be alive. We see that yesterday is in the past, and tomorrow has not come yet, and we have only this moment. This state of consciousness allows us to find freedom from most of life’s problems and to experience fulfillment and happiness. We must bring our everyday life up to the standard revealed to us by our potential. #RandolphHarris 6 of 9

People who are gloomy and austerity, who pain the face of Infinite Benevolence with an eternal frown; read in the Everlasting Book, wide open to your view, the lesson it would teach. In the glossomorphy of thought, we are warned against the dangerous consequences that flow from confusing forms of speech with forms of thought. Not only do we make use of language to fix our thought and to communicate our knowledge; we also think in our language, so that the structure of our thought reflects the logical forms of our language. When the course of thought becomes automatic, the result may be that the self-critical thought is replaces by an idle flow of speech (glossurgy). We must be opposed to the misuse of language and unmask the muddled thinking that gives rise to the reification of concepts, metaphors, and allegories. Because our language compels us to designate consciousness as if it were constructed of a subject, of mental acts and of physical objects. #RandolphHarris 7 of 9

We must never measure our spiritual capacity on the basis of our education or our intellect; our capacity in spiritual things is measured on the basis of the promises of God. Never allow the limitation of your own natural ability to enter into the matter. If we have received the Holy Spirit, God expects the work of the Holy Spirit to be exhibited in us. Never forget that our capacity and capability in spiritual matters is measured by, and based on, the promises of God. One can only have faith in the existence of something beyond experience. This metaphysical faith is the expression of a subjective reaction of the heart and is lived. Knowledge cannot engender faith, and faith cannot substitute for knowledge; for the two are an entirely different nature. Everyone proceeds along that path of faith which one’s constitution obliges one to take. There is neither an inductive nor a deductive proof for or against faith. I have to get to the point of the absolute and unquestionable relationship that takes everything exactly as it comes from God. #RandolphHarris 8 of 9

Anyone who is unable to find the meaning of life in life itself, in the work and tasks of life, and therefore suffers in being alive, seeks that meaning beyond the World and life. God never guides us at some time in the future, but always here and now. Realize that the Lord is here now, and the freedom you receive is immediate. I am only playing with these ideas. I do not say that this is the way things are. I do not even say that this is the way they probably are. All that I say is that this is the way they may be. We must have inward self-control and useful citizenship in the cosmopolis that is the Universe. God is a rational spirit having no shape, but making itself into all things. If there exists something greater than human reasoning being that is great than man and woman, of God. There is creative force that is to be identified by God. Why could not the structure of the Universe could not just emerge from the ordinary course of things? Only a providential God could produce such beauty, such interlocking purposes as the Universe reveals. Imperfections of detail are essential to perfection of the whole, like darkness in a picture. #RandolphHarris 9 of 9

Human Mind on the Principles of Common Sense

We can never describe what we have not seen. The transformation of the philosophy of the mind requires that the phenomena of consciousness be approached without conjecture. There are many would-be heroes and leaders among us, and we have more means than ever before for helping them to realize their potential. However, for the moment, we do not want heroes and leaders. In these mean, greedy times, we prefer coconspirators, and that is exactly what we have got. There is, then, no doubt that we can do better and indeed must do better. However, there is considerable doubt as to whether we want to, and so we are destined to drift on dreamlessly, secure in our fetish bondage scene of self-interest. We will be scattered, not into service, but into the emptiness of our lives where we will see ruin and barrenness, to know what internal death to God’s blessings mean. Until we have been through that experience, our faith is sustained only by feelings and by blessings. However, once we get there, no matter where God may place us or what inner emptiness we experience, we can praise God that all is well. That is what is meant by faith being exercise in the realities of life and laws of its connection being inductively established. #RandolphHarris 1 of 7

The aim of a science of mind is to arrive at a knowledge of the general laws of our constitution, which would correspond to Newtonian principles in physics and, like them, would make possible the deductive explanation of a great range of phenomena. Matter in motion stays in motion at a constant velocity when not acted upon by a force. The science of mind necessarily presupposed the principles of common sense. Our intuitive convictions about ourselves and about the World either possess the mechanisms that are necessary to know reality or one does not. Common sense in common usage means much the same as mother wit and is used not to refer to these intuitive convictions, but to the practical wisdom in everyday life. Moreover, the fundamental laws of human belief authorize these truths. I exist; I am the same person today that I was yesterday; the material World has an existence independent of my mind; the general laws of nature will continue, in future, to operate uniformly as in time past—no inference can be deduced, any more than from the intuitive truths prefixed to the heart of salvation. #RandolphHarris 2 of 7

The reason salvation is so easy to obtain is that it costs so much. The Cross was the place where God and sinful humans merged with a tremendous collision and where the way to life was opened. However, all the cost and pain of the collision was absorbed by the heart of God. The veil was pulled back here to reveal that it cost Christ for us to become child of God. Christ’s agony was the basis for the simplicity of our salvation. Because of what the Son of Man went through, every human being has been provided with a way of access into the very presence of God. When you grow and develop the right condition inwardly, the words Jesus Christ spoke become so clear that you are amazed you did not grasp them before. In fact, you were not able to understand them before because you had not yet developed the proper spiritual condition to deal with them. God cannot reveal anything to us if we do not have His Spirit. However, our insensible thinking will end immediately one His resurrection life has its way with us. #RandolphHarris 3 of 7

Christ’s resurrection destiny—Has foreordained purpose—was to being many people to glory. The fulfilling of His destiny gives Him the right to make us sons and daughters of God. We never have exactly the same relationship to God that the Son of God has, but we are brought by the Son into the relation of sonship. Thank God for the glorious and majestic truth that His Spirit can work the very nature of Jesus Christ into us, if we will only obey Him. God’s laws inevitably carry with them the tacit consent of humankind, and the denial of any of them is quite unlike the repudiation of the stubbornest, most widespread prejudice: If we suspected that a person was seriously prepared to act on this denial, we would think he or she was losing his or her reason. Words in isolation often have no more significance than the letters composing them. Philosophers readily imagine that they have split up unitary acts of understanding into a complexity of related ideas when all they have done is something like parsing, mistaking grammatical elements of speech for ideas. #RandolphHarris 4 of 7

We think as well as speak by means of words, or at least by using signs of one sort or another, whenever our thinking contains any element of generality. We constantly need to have a watchfulness in a philosophical approach to the language we all employ in speaking of the mind. Its development from our ways of speaking about material things, the ease with which theories can be read off from the metaphors must be kept in view, and the theory-canceling variety and inconsistency of the metaphors. The substantival mind, the soul, oneself, is not something which we introspectively conscious; our knowledge of it is wholly relative, derived from the phenomena of consciousness which refer themselves to it as their subject. We have the same sort of knowledge of material substance. Any proposal to substitute a physiological for an introspective psychology (supported by wide study of the diverse manifestations of human life) strikes at the foundation of the human mind. Many people who have never seen Jesus Christ have received and share in God’s grace. However, once you have seen Him, you can never be the same. Other things will not have the appeal they did before. #RandolphHarris 5 of 7

The immateriality of the mind, which is involved in the only conceptions of matter and mind that we are capable of forming has an important place among the considerations that should lead us to expect life after death. It establishes a presumption of immortality, and it enables us to counter objections to the possibility of an existence apart from the body. Have you made the following decision about sin—that it must be completely removed from you? It takes a long time to come to the point of making this complete and effective decision about sin. It is, however, the greatest moment in your life once you decide that sin must no longer be about of your life—not simply be restrained, suppressed, or counteracted, but crucified—just as Jesus Christ died for the sin of the World. We should no longer be slaves of sin. Experience shows, our nature is adapted to the nature of things. There are tendencies deeply established without our nature which require a future life for their realization. My part is to walk in the light and to obey all that Christ reveals to me. The light of Christ illumines the dank cellar of our human condition.   #RandolphHarris 6 of 7

God accounts for the causation of figures. Physical causation, in terms merely constant conjunction. However, since every change must be the result of real agency, and since will alone is capable of this, we are obliged to infer from changes in the physical World the universal agency of God. We are our self-determining, and therefore morally responsible, agents. The irreducible notions of the right and wrong may be ascribed legitimately but not very illuminatingly to reason or to a moral sense. What matters in a recognition of the objectivity of right and wrong. The substantial universality of moral principles will be discerned when it is realized that the same principle can govern different conduct in different circumstances or where speculative opinions differ. After the decision to be identified with Jesus Christ in His death has been made, the resurrection life of Christ penetrates every bit of my human nature. It takes the omnipotence of God—His complete and effective divinity—to live the life of the Son of God in human flesh. That Holy Spirit cannot be accepted as a guest in merely one room of the house—He invades all of it. #RandolphHarris 7 of 7

Cosmic Memory and Knowledge of the Higher Worlds

To a heart formed of friendship and affection the charms are very short lived. When we stop pressuring others with our expectations, we create an opening for them spontaneously to respond optimistically to us. When we are in a state of pride, our energy is dissipated by constant preoccupation with defending our lifestyle, vocation, neighborhood, clothes, year and make of car, ancestry, country, and political and religious belief systems. There is a tireless preoccupation with appearance and vulnerability to the opinion of others. However, when pride and self-inflation have been relinquished, there is an inner security that takes their place. When we no longer feel called upon to defend our image–criticisms and attacks from others diminish and finally stop. By letting go of our need for validation or to prove ourselves right, then the challenges against us fall away. Perfect solitary alone can never be reconciled to a social mind, but when it relives you from the company of those you strongly dislike. #RandolphHarris 1 of 7

The first thing I must be willing to admit when I begin to examine what controls and dominates me is that I am the one responsible for having yielded myself to whatever it may be. If I am a slave to myself, I am to blame because somewhere in the past I yielded to myself. Likewise, if I obey God, I do so because at some point I yielded myself to Him. Yielding to God will break every kind of slavery in a person’s life. There is a such thing as healthy pride. When we talk healthy pride, we are referring to self-esteem, an inner awareness of one’s true value and worth. A higher feeling state than pride is that of love. If we love that means there is no question of the worth of the things and people we have in our lives. We no longer have to be on the defensive. When we truly love something and, thereby, become one with it, it is because we see its intrinsic perfection. In fact, its faults are part and parcel of its perfection, for all that we see in the Universe is in process of becoming. Each and every individual on the planet is unfolding, growing, learning, and reflecting that same perfection. #RandolphHarris 2 of 7

We must learn here and now to live under the scrutiny of Christ’s pure light, your final judgment will bring you only delight in seeing the work God has done in you. Live constantly, reminding yourself of the judgment of the seat of Christ, and walk in the knowledge of the holiness God has given you. Any goal we have that diverts us even to the slightest degree from the central goal of being approved to God may result in our rejection from further service to Him. I must learn to relate everything to the primary goal, maintaining it without interruption. My worth to God publicly is measured by what I really am in my private life. Is my primary goal in life to please God and to be acceptable to Him, or is it something less, no matter how lofty it may sound? Civil society exists to safeguard the natural rights of individual, which they could not successfully preserve in the state of nature. Nevertheless, humans are considered rational by nature and therefore ideally capable of living in peace according to the law of nature, the condition of conflict is pathological (involving, caused by, or of the nature of a physical or mental disease), not natural. #RandolphHarris 3 of 7

Public means to be enjoyed by everyone. A citizen’s interest is in being a human of a certain kind with characteristic excellences, attainable only in a healthy state. One might misguidedly desire what is not in one’s interest; so might all the citizens, for the will of all is not necessarily the same as the general will. However, as long as your vision is clear, conflict is impossible because the public interest is whatever would be to anyone’s advantage, insofar as one is capable of human excellence. Christ never spoke of His right to Himself, but always maintained an inner vigilance to submit His spirit continually to His Father. I also have the responsibility to keep my spirit in agreement with God’s Spirit. And when I do, Jesus Christ gradually lifts m up to the level where He lived—a level of perfect submission to His Father’s will. Is God having His way with me, and are people beginning to see God in my life more and more? Living a life of faith means never knowing where you are being led. However, it does mean loving and knowing the One who is leading. It is literally a life of faith, not of understanding and reason—a life of know God who calls us to go. #RandolphHarris 4 of 7

The delight of true friendship with God means being so intimately in touch with God that you will never need to ask Him to show you His will. It is evidence of a level of intimacy which confirms that you are nearing the final stage of your discipline in the life of faith. When you have a right-standing relationship with God, you have a life of freedom, liberty, and delight; you are God’s will. The inescapable spiritual need each of us has is the need to sign the death certificate of our sin nature. I must take my emotional opinions and intellectual beliefs and be willing to turn them into a moral verdict against the nature of sin; that is, against my claim I have to my right to myself. Once I reach this moral decision and act on it, all that Christ accomplished for me on the Cross is accomplished in me. Natural evolution is a progression of bodily organizations into which pure spirit descends through successive reincarnations with the aim of producing individual self-consciousness. Equality is a concept applying particularly to the juridical sphere of rights (which includes just compensation for work), liberty to the spiritual domain, and fraternity or voluntary cooperation to the economic organization of production. #RandolphHarris 5 of 7

To maintain friendship and faithfulness to the Bridegroom, we have to be more careful to have the moral and vital relationship to God above everything else, including obedience. Sometimes there is nothing to obey and our only task is to maintain a vital connection with Jesus Christ, seeing that nothing interferes with it. Only occasionally is it a matter of obedience. At those times when a crisis arises, we have to find out what God’s will is. Liberty of the spiritual sphere includes great reaches of cosmic memory. In future stages of evolution, spirit, without loss of self-consciousness, must ascend again through knowledge of its cosmic relation to its universality and transcendence over matter. Special organs (the lotuses) must be cultivated to apprehend the higher Worlds of spirit and the traces left by their events in the cosmic ether. Humans are children of this Earth, and the Sun is a star which is similar to other stars that twinkle like jewels set in the dome of the night sky. The higher aim of humanity is to develop special powers of spiritual insight, the cultivation of moral balance, a harmony of virtuous dispositions intermediate between excesses and defects, is considered a prerequisite. #RandolphHarris 6 of 7

Humans should aim to have very great gifts of rapid narration and clear and lively exposition. Since the healthy survival of the social organism must increasingly coincide with the conditions that bring the greatest happiness to the greatest number of individuals who are the “cells” in the “social tissue,” righteousness elevates you. The healthy survival of society, and of oneself as part of it, can alone serve as sanction for morality, and the rules for that health, which are mirrored in our instincts and our deepest habits and appear in consciousness as intuitively known moral rules, can be put on a scientific basis only when we come to possess, as we do not yet, a scientific sociology. Be a person who worships God and lives in a holy relationship with Him. Get involved in the real work of intercession. Since the concrete substances of the World are teleological both as goal-setting and goal-realizing, the intrinsic value of life is that of genuine, or personal, being. We must learn to maintain a strong degree of character in our lives. Love, religion, art, history, and ethics are deep and perceptive values that produce good results in the symbolism and expression to rationalize the value-oriented assessment of total personality characteristics of one’s psychological of individual differences.  #RandolphHarris 7 of 7

Beitrage zur inner Naturgeschichte der Erde

We need not seek protection behind intellectual smoke screens and, indeed, this sort of evasion prevents any really dignified adjustment to the human situation based on knowledge and reason. One of the great secrets of relationship is acknowledgement. The behavior of others toward us always includes a hidden gift. Even if that behavior appears negative, there is something in it for us. Very often that something appears in the form of a signal to us to become more aware. Let us say for example that someone calls us a derogatory name. Our natural response is usually one of anger. However, instead, we can use that energy of the anger to consider what is that person asking us to become more aware of? Perhaps we are in an unsatisfactory situation. Very often in human relationships, internal dialogue can go on for years about our resentment over another person’s lack of appreciation for our feeling about them. Therefore, there are people in our lives who are walking around with endless mental stream of thoughts about us, having to do with our lack of appreciation of their feelings for us. #RandolphHarris 1 of 6

If our devotion is to the cause of humanity, we will be quickly defeated and brokenhearted, since we will often be confronted with a great deal of ingratitude from other people. However, if we are motivated by our love for God, no amount of ingratitude will be able to hinder us from serving one another. Once we realized that Jesus Christ has served us even to the depths of our meagerness, selfishness, and sin, nothing we encounter from others will be able to exhaust our determination to serve others for His sake. A higher state of mind and spiritual vision can only be achieved through the higher practice of personal character. If you live up to the highest and best that you know in the outer level of your life, God will continually say to you, “My child, come up even higher.” When God elevates you by His grace into Heavenly places, you will find a vast plateau where you can move with ease. Art is an immediate expression of the Christian experience in which the image of God in the human subject is remodeled on the higher paradigm of Christ. #RandolphHarris 2 of 6

The self is spirit, or word, and this word does not utter, but alludes to, the Absolute; in this way it reveals its dependence. The marginal cost (the cost added by producing one additional unit of product of service) is purest form of this allusion to the Absolute is the Word of God, Christ. The vocation of the Christian is to utter that Word in himself or herself. This most mature thought is personalism. The self is central to every form of participation and is the ultimate point of reference. However, the self cannot sustain itself; it rests upon the other, and the transcendent is therefore the principle of the self’s being. Transcendentalism is a very formal word that describes a very simple idea. People, men and women equally, have knowledge about themselves and the World around them that transcends or goes beyond what they can see, hear, taste, touch or feel. This knowledge comes through intuition and imagination not through logic or the senses. People cannot trust themselves to be their own authority on what is rights. #RandolphHarris 3 of 6

A transcendentalist is a person who accepts these ideas not as religious beliefs, but as a way of understanding life relationships. The degree of commitment is much greater than we can imagine. It is a blend of natural science and speculative philosophy imbued with the general spirit of the romantic movement that views history of nature as a development or evolution from inorganic stages to organic and animate forms, governed by a divine purpose. Nature itself is creative, the acme of the natural creative process being the free individual human personality or spirit. Humans are a living unity of spirit and nature—a microcosm, in the sense that the history of humankind mirrors the development of nature itself. The self realizes itself as a person by its relation to the transcendent and this belief system inspires people to looking their hearts because that is where they are naturally good and everyone’s potential is limitless. Nature and art are intellectual contributions inspired by the spirit. In myths and mythological traditions, a true, though symbolically expressed, understanding and knowledge of nature is interpreted in our culture. However, a proper scientific study of nature is necessary prerequisite for a correct interpretation of the meanings of myths.  #RandolphHarris 4 of 6

The Romantic association of nature and spirit is expressed in the landscape, which is regarded as an extension of the human personality, capable of sympathy with the human emotional state. Also, nature is regarded as a vehicle for spirit just as human beings; the breath of God fills both the soul and Earth. Delight in an unspoiled scenery and in the innocent life of rural dwellers is a spirit of their freedom. They fight delight in notions of romantic love, mystery and superstition, and place an emphasis upon the imagination as a cosmic gateway to transcendent experience and spiritual truth as a spiritual science with theosophical material and fresh occult intuitions. Yet, our final destination is unknown, but our hearts still feel connected and ending might reveal because there is no tomorrow. And that is why the person who loves, and loves truly, should not permit its object to remain in any doubt of one’s feeling and intentions. I have seen your face before and I know that you know me. Yes, I know what you need, so come on let us go. I want to take you places you never thought you would see, so release yourself to me. #RandolphHarris 5 of 6

I am on a mission and I am ready to roll to feed your addiction and watch as feel like an angel floating on a rainbow. To light you up and let you go. I want you to feel love and dance until you levitate. Swim to the rhythm and sing along with every word so let spirituality and romanticism take hold. In this wall of sound, God is all around you, breathing light into your skin, so close your eyes and let the love in. When you are cold inside I will sing you back to life and color everything you do because every scripture is love for you. Real love and truth are stronger in the end than any evil or misfortune. Monism of thought is a valid World image is every building as individual spirits live in (miterleben) the organic World. True surrender will always go beyond natural devotion. If we will only give up, God will surrender Himself to embrace all those around us and will meet their needs, which were created by our surrender. Beware of stopping anywhere short of total surrender to God. Most of us have never truly experienced it. #RandolphHarris 6 of 6

Kitchen Table Talk–Love it of List it?

There learned compute that seven hundred and seven millions of millions of vibrations have penetrated the eyes before the eyes can distinguish the tints of a violet. What philosophy can calculate the vibrations of the heart before it can distinguish the colors of love? I see the lightning in this place where we are. I feel the energy. I have been cold ice without you, but now my heart is open. Through these feelings higher above the smoke, will you feel the sparks after the Sunset (changes angles in the sky) and stay close to see the fire burn because sincerity is to trade one’s heart for another’s. Something is ethereal like the rainbow after a rain or a comet across the sky, but something else can be eternal like our mutual help and friendship. When you can run into a devoted friend persistent in promise, faith courage and loyalty, you feel like an angel soaring in the sky and a mermaid swimming in the sea and you will never feel lonely. Fire in straw will not be hidden, and the flames of affection will burst forth at length, though it be long kept under. #RandolphHarris 1 of 6

The mystical experience is a fact, is unique, and is the same in all cultures; the interpretations of the mystical experience very widely from culture to culture; and a genuine empiricism cannot ignore the mystical experience simply because it is logically paradoxical. Colonialism civilized half the World at the cost of the loss of some amour propre (a sense of one’s own worth; self-respect), of some snobbishness, of some arrogance, of some hard feeling. However, human progress is not automatic; to come into being it requires the constant and deliberate assistance of education (les lumieres), which could be provided only through literature. Many people credit the Egyptians with technology and architecture, the Greeks with art, emulation, and amusement, as well as architecture; the Roman with dignity, gravity of speech, and rational deliberation. These characteristics have helped to create the notion of national souls or collective spirits. People are individuals, and whatever community of interests and talents they show are to be attributed to the influence of other individuals. #RandolphHarris 2 of 6

Daydreaming about something in order to do it properly is right, but daydreaming about it when we should be doing it is wrong. When our purpose is to seek God and to discover His will for us, daydreaming is right and acceptable. However, when our inclination is to spend time daydreaming over what we have already been told to do, it is unacceptable and God’s blessing is never on it. God will take the initiative against this kind of daydreaming by prodding us to action. The inspiration of God is required if drudgery is to shine with the light of God upon it. In some cases, the way a person does a task makes that work sanctified and holy forever. It may be a very common everyday task, but after we have seen it done, it becomes different. When the Lord does something through us, He always transforms it. I must never question the absolute value of personal liberty. This belief is attributed to Seventh Day Adventist and Baptist, my parent’s religions. #RandolphHarris 3 of 6

For me, spirituality rests on the principle of personal interpretation, and the source of one’s convictions was to be looked for in the heart. Individual differences in temperament are irreconcilable, and it is believed that only statistics can help lawmakers solve their people’s ethical problems. It may be this focal point which makes some people fear the natural scientist as the tool of depots. The scientist, who rejects everything which cannot be reduced t mathematics, is always willing to pursue his own ends, regardless of the vital interests of their society. The human organism was formed, governed, and preserved by an immaterial principle, or soul. The soul is a rational and spiritual substance distinct from matter, but simultaneously has the ability to control the organism by an unconscious mode of activity. Thus, the soul not only thinks and wills but, having constructed a body, also excites, regulates, and sustains all involuntary and vital processes. It also does so by the intermediary of movement, which is an immaterial entity, for matter itself is held to be essentially passive and inert. #RandolphHarris 4 of 6

The soul, by a specific energy, is supposed to communicate the spiritual act of movement to the organism in pursuance of its own aims. And humans, animals, and even planet life have souls. The behavior of others towards us always includes a hidden gift. However, anger may vary all the way from rage to mild resentment. It includes revenge, outrage, indignation, fury, jealousy, vindictiveness, spite, hatred, contempt, wrath, argumentativeness, hostility, sarcasm, impatience, frustration, negativity, aggression, violence, revulsion, meanness, rebellion, explosive behavior, agitation, abusiveness, abrasiveness, smoldering, sullenness, pouting, and stubbornness. These variations of anger are well exemplified by the daily news on the television. There is a lot of energy in anger; therefore, we may actually feel energized when we are irritated or angry. The way to offset anger is to acknowledge and relinquish the pride, surrender our desire for the pleasure of being entirely consumed by sorrow, self-deprecation or other negative emotions is to experience the joy of being generous with others as its own reward. #RandolphHarris 5 of 6

Have you ever been driven to do something for God not because you felt that it was useful or your duty to do so, or that there was anything in it for you, but simply because you love Him? There are times when it seems as if God watches to see if we will give Him even small gifts of surrender, just to show how genuine our love is for Him. Once we are totally surrendered to God, He will work through us all the time. Many a rainy or shiny day has passed amidst drifting leaves, but your melodious song still lingers in the woods in my memory and your enchanting figure flies from time to time into my dreams that arouses my memory of the past days with gentle breezes, murmuring brooks, white clouds and sunlight. Real love can only arise where there is either a void in the heart, occasioned by falsehood or indifference of a once favorite object, or where love before has never admitted. God repeated several times, that he was in love with me, and my heart spoke as plain as a voice, that I liked. #RandolphHarris 6 of 6

The Life to Know God is Unquestioned Revelation

20160619_174131Under the midnight sky, I am going to just close my eyes, and fall into you. A self-assured stain is of no value to God. One is abnormal, unfit for daily life, and completely unlike God. We are here, not as immature angels, but as men and women, to do the work for this World. It is a corollary of the mystical which must be where God Himself dwells. And we are to do it with an infinitely greater power to withstand the struggle because we have been born from above. What God wants us to do is to be totally devoted to Him in faith. This union is not a brief experience, but as the word “Marriage” indicates, the union is an entered state. It is, then, like eternal life in this life, which also is like an infinite state, and indeed, Spiritual Marriage may contain within itself eternal consciousness. We must never consider our moments of inspiration as the standard way of life—our work is our standard. In a Spiritual Marriage, the soul and God become one, and is tremendously strong and able to withstand all assaults.  The state of Spiritual Marriage is permanent and the soul and God are inseparably bonded in an eternal life, it is an everlasting life of bodily resurrection, and all the more a mystery in a sense that it cannot be fully understood in this life. #RandolphHarris 1 of 6

I believe that we can make it, I do not care what others say, they do not know the way we love because are outside. If you can meet me in the middle, maybe we can compromise a little because our love is worth it all, it is bigger than the little things we fight, having the vision of God is the source of patience because it gives us God’s true and proper inspiration. For you, I will give up all the lives that do not lift us. We are falling back in love. Here we are again. Now you are singing my song. We are falling back in lobe and we are both moving to the beat that goes like this. I am singing, yes. Now that we are here together, let this moment last forever. As I look into your eyes, they are so bright. I promise I will tell you all my secrets, tell you all my fears, and face my demons because honesty will bring in the light. And although in our everyday lives we must operate in accord with our logical intellect, it does not extend to God. Logical concepts like contradiction do not apply to God. The passion of faith arises from embracing in belief this supreme objective uncertainty. #RandolphHarris 2 of 6

Eternal has come into existence in time. The only men and women our Lord will use in His building enterprises are those who love Him personally, passionately, and with great devotion—those who have a love for Him that goes far beyond any of the closet relationships on Earth. When God inspects us with His searching and refining fire, will He detect that we have built enterprises of our own for the foundation of Jesus Christ? Many of the things that are accepted by faith can be proven or demonstrated by logical argument. The existence of God can be proven, as can God’s simplicity and perfection. Not all can master these demonstrations, but those who can will come to Scientia or Scientific Knowledge of God’s existence, simplicity, and perfection (scientific in the sense of being rigorously proven). Those who cannot master the argument for the existence of God can still accept the existence of God through faith. Even though you cannot see God right now and cannot understand what He is doing, you know Him. #RandolphHarris 3 of 6

It is impossible for us to have living and vital intercession unless we are perfectly and completely sure of God. And the greatest destroyer of that confident relationship to God is our own personal sympathy and preconceived bias. Well, Winter came and went, but your heart was frozen over and it never thawed again. I know he hurt you, cut you deep, and you can feel me in your daze and in your dreams, and all the scars he gave, in seasons they could fade away where you can live them out again and again. However, after all that you have been through there is nothing left for you. Everything within, without, withdrew, no one can touch you now, you have hidden away your heart and it is safer where you are. Identification with God is the key to intercession, and whenever we stop being identified with God, it is because are out of that vital connection. If I cannot get through your doubt, I will find a way around. If anything is a mystery to you and is coming between you and God, never look for it in your spirit, your true inner nature is where the problem is. #RandolphHarris 4 of 6

Well, the Summer chased away the storm, but your heart is frozen over so you cannot feel the warmth. I will not hurt you, cannot you see, but you still feel him in your daze and in your dreams. No one can touch you now. We see now through a glass in a dark manner, but then face to face. The angels already possess this vision or way of seeing. The hope that we are holding out is in Heaven, in a life after this life, we may see with a Heavenly or angelic mode of seeing the truth of the mysteries that can now only be believed. There may be a nonconceptual direct apprehension of God available in this life in mystical experience. As a mystery, it would not be something that can be intellectually and conceptually seen to be true. Seeing God is possible, but it is like a mode of apprehension that would go beyond hope for in Heaven. It would go beyond all human understanding, which means our conceptual understanding. What emerges then is that conceptual eternal life. #RandolphHarris 5 of 6

Eternal life in this life, a life free from the conditions of time, looks contradictory; and on the surface, perhaps it is. However, its contradiction can be resolved because it can be made understandable how a living human being in this Earthly temporal life may have eternal life free from the conditions of time. It is not a new life, in this life. More significantly, it is a postmortem new life. Thus, temporal predicated both do and do not apply. It is both a life and not a life. It would be in accord with other religious sensibilities that accept coming to oneness with God. This too may be understood to be a mystery beyond fully human understanding. Once your inner spiritual nature is willing to submit to the life of Jesus Christ, your understanding will be perfectly clear, and you will come to the place where there is no distance between the Father and you, His child, because the Lord has made you one. When we receive the Holy Spirit, we receive reviving life from our ascended Lord. #RandolphHarris 6 of 6

Cosmic Gate of Spontaneous Love—Love Suffers Long and is Kind

My grandfather told me this could be Heaven. If that is true, it is our job to protect it and make it better. No rack can torture me, my soul is at liberty. Behind this mortal bone there knits a bolder one. You cannot prick with saw, nor rend with scimitar. Two bodies therefore be; bind one, and one will flee. The eagle of his nest no easier divest and gain the sky, than mayest thou, except thyself may be thine enemy; captivity is consciousness, so is liberty. Not be astonished in trouble, not be panic in danger; look into the mountains from the low valley; show high ideals by simple life; kindly accept the bitterness in setback. We admire your state. You cast light on the soul of wisdom like morning Sunshine, supporting people with water so generously like a spring; God, you give us direction like a compass and are full of enthusiasm. You are the founder of future making each living being reveal your vision; my God you bless us with knowledge making our souls full of wisdom. You give out light and tender love for the future of the motherland and you bury our joys in your heart.  #RandolphHarris 1 of 7

I have to get to the point of the absolute and unquestionable relationship that takes everything exactly as it comes from God. God never guides us at some time in the future, but always here and now. Realize that the Lord is here now, and the freedom you receive is immediate psychology that allows one to approach human life not with scientific abstractions, but perceptively and with an appreciation of cultural values. As children of God, we must stand alone so very much alone that we never realize we are alone. In the early stages of the Christian life, disappointments will come—people who used to be lights of hope and joy will shine unsteadily; vary rapidly in brightness. They will flutter, quiver, tremble, shiver, shudder, spasm, jerk and twitch, and those who used to unite with us in our defense will turn away. However, we must build our faith not on fading lights, but on the Light that never fails. #RandolphHarris 2 of 7

God’s children have a secret life and we have a good understanding with God all the time. It is essentially an aesthetic perception of cultural forms in individual life and motivated by a love for the personal values involved in God’s engineering, and wherever he places us, our one supreme goal should be to devoted our lives wholeheartedly to God in that particular work. Never seek after anything other than the approval of God. One life totally devoted to God is of more value to Him, than one hundred lives which have been simply awakened by His Spirit. The six forms of value—all of which are objectively rooted in the historical and cultural order, and each of which may be supernaturally inspired may dominate a person’s life in modern culture are theoretical, economic, aesthetic, social, political, and religious. The proof that our relationship is right with God is that we do or best whether we feel inspired our not. #RandolphHarris 3 of 7

Are you seeking great things for yourself instead of seeking to be a great person? God wants you to be in a much closer relationship with Himself than simply receiving His gifts—God wants you to get to know Him. Even some large things we want is only incidental; it comes and it goes. However, God never gives us anything incidental. There is nothing easier than getting into the right relationship with God. If you will remain true to God, God will lead you directly through every barrier and right into the inner chamber of the knowledge of God—which center respectively in the values of truth, utility, beauty, love, power, and in religion, in the devotion to a vital totality of purified faith and value also long as you remain true to God. The moral is not a distinct type of value, but enters into all valuations. The relativized absolute spirit will give your life to you as a prize, insofar as it is again and again created out of the attitude and the conscience of the individual soul. #RandolphHarris 4 of 7

This magic of the soul, which is essential to the life of a culture, is constituted by the religious consciousness and serves not to meet immediate external goals, but to augment the powers of the individual. Faith is a withdrawal into inwardness. God has promised to swallow up death forever. The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from all faces; God will remove His people’s disgrace from all the Earth. Surely this is our God; we trusted in Him, and He saved us. This is the LORD, we trusted in Him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation. In the philosophy of education, it is our duty to keep the classical humanistic ideal alive and exercise a liberating effect on all levels and dimensions of education. Keen perception with deep moral concern will make you one of the most admired and influential of thinkers. You deep sense of human tragedy, and long preoccupation with its moral and historical causes and the moral cost of redemption will win for you the most distinguished honors that God will bestow. #RandolphHarris 5 of 7

Walls made of stone that chill our bones so high they block the Sun. We want to stay where we feel safe. Let your doubts lay far behind your faith. Right here, right now, we can chase this feeling. Hold on while we jump into the deep end. You do not need to hold your breath, I will be your safety net. Hold on while we jump into the deep end. Love is not premeditated—it is spontaneous; that is, it bursts forth in extraordinary ways. Counting out the hours like the beat of a song, I feel like a stranger wondering where I belong. I want to start all over, but I know that I cannot. I am helpless without you. I do not know who I am. I am under your spell, bound and blind and only you can save me. I am tangled up inside, caught in your web. I am hypnotized and only you can wake me. Only you can bring this heart to life. Colors feel so faded and I cannot hear a sound. I am walking in circles and watching my World burn down. There is nothing else to fight for because you are all that I know. I am stuck in your shadow, letting you take control. #RandolphHarris 6 of 7

Successful love may sometimes use the language of flattery, but hopeless love always speaks the truth. I am under your spell and only you can save me. So, pull me in and do not let go. I want to fall forever, I want to overflow. If we try to prove to God how much we love Him, it is a sure sign that we really do not love Him. The evidence of our love for Hi is the absolute spontaneity of our love, which flows naturally from His nature within us. The life of God exhibits itself in this spontaneous way because the foundations of His love are in the Holy Spirit. Certainty is the mark of the commonsense life—gracious uncertainty is the mark of the spiritual life. To be certain of God means that we are uncertain in all our ways, not knowing what tomorrow may bring. We are uncertain of the next step, but we are certain of God. As soon as we abandon ourselves to God and do the task He has placed closest to us, God begins to fill out lives with surprises. If love is a weakness, it is at least the noblest weakness we are liable to. #RandolphHarris 7 of 7

The Devil Sailed through the Air with His Young Companions to a Village in France

This is a most exciting time in the history of evolutionary biology. Cells multiply by dividing, which in turn makes it possible for organisms to reproduce as well as to grow and repair their tissues. In the simpler type of cell division, cells divide in a way that ensures that each new cell receives a full set of genetic materials. This is important because a cell cannot function properly without the correct amount of DNA, but for this to happen, the DNA must first replicate. Genes in Space-1 was the first molecular biology investigation ever performed in Space. Tim Peake, European Space Agency astronaut, with miniPCR is performing a genetic investigation currently. More than 2,479,009,700 DNA bases were sequenced by NASA astronauts Kate Rubins and Peggy Whitson during the Biomolecule Sequencer investigation. Being able to use DNA-based diagnostics in space will help keep astronauts safer and healthier on deep space missions. The Genes in Space-3 investigation will identify an unknown microbe in space for the very first time aboard the International Space Station. #RandolphHarris 1 of 12

In recent years, genetic manipulation has become increasingly controversial owing to questions related to product safety, environmental concerns, and animal welfare. For instance, the insertion of bacterial DNA into certain crops has made them toxic to leaf-eating insects, thus reducing the need for pesticide use. And cattle and pigs are commonly treated with antibiotics and genetically engineered growth hormone to increase growth rates. There is no current evidence that humans are hard by the insect-repelling bacterial DNA or by consuming meat from animals treated with growth hormone. However, there are concerns over the unknown effects of long-term exposure. In fact, opposition to genetically modified foods has resulted in greatly increased demand for organically grown produce and hormone-free meats, especially in Europe and Africa. However, in America, we are using all available land to build housing and roads and discouraging farms by limiting the amount of water they can use and taxing the waste that is emitted by farm animals (regulations created by Governor Jerry “Moonshine” Brown). #RandolphHarris 2 of 12

m,Regardless of how contentious these new techniques may be, nothing has generated as much controversy as cloning. However, successful or common cloning will be has not been determined. Sometimes clones develop health problems because they are weaker than the original. Long-term studies have yet to show whether cloned beings live out their normal life span, but some evidence suggests that they do not. Also, only 3 percent of cloning attempts actually result in a live birth. The goal of the Human Genome Project is to sequence the entire human genome, which consists of some 3 billion bases comprising approximately 25,000 to 30,000 genes. Scientists are still trying to identify the functions of many of the proteins produced by these genes. It is one thing to know a gene’s chemical makeup, but quite another to know what it does. Nevertheless, the magnitude and importance of the achievement cannot be overstated, because it will ultimately transform biomedical and pharmaceutical research and will change forever how many human diseases are diagnosed and treated. #RandolphHarris 3 of 12

Founder effect are seen in many modern populations. Founder effect can occur when a small migrant band of founders colonizes a new region away from its parent group. Over time, a new population will be established, and as long as mates are chosen only from within this population, all of its members will be descended from the founders. In effect, all the genes in the expanding group will have come from the original colonists. In such a case, an allele that was rare in the founders’ parent population but is carried by even one of the founders can eventually become common. Colonization is not the only way founder effect can happen. Small founding groups may simply be a few survivors of a large group ravaged by famine, war, disease, or other disasters. The small founder population (the survivors) possess only a sample of all the alleles that were present in the original group. #RandolphHarris 4 of 12

Just by chance alone, some alleles may be completely removed from the gene pool; other alleles may become the only allele at a locus that previously had two or more. Whatever the cause, the outcome is a reduction of genetic diversity, and the allele frequencies of succeeding generations may be substantially different from those of the original large population. The loss of genetic diversity in this type of situation is called a genetic bottleneck, and the effects can be very detrimental to a species. French Canadians in Quebec, who currently number close to 6 million, are all descended from about 8,500 founders who left France during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Because the genes carried by the initial founders represented only a sample of the gene pool from which they were derived, just by chance a number of alleles now occur in different frequencies from those of the current population of France. #RandolphHarris 5 of 12

Some founder populations can be traced back to 75 A.D. Not to concern anyone, but just be aware that founder effect can lead to an increased presence of several harmful side effects, such as Marfan syndrome in which the eyes and cardiovascular and skeletal systems are affected; symptoms include greater than average height, long arms and legs, eye issues, and enlargement of the aorta; death due to rupture of the aorta is common (President Abraham Lincoln may have had Marfan syndrome.) Another manifestation could be cleft chin, a dimple or depression in the middle of the chin; less prominent in females than males. Cystic fibrosis. Albinism, which is an inability to produce normal amounts of pigment melanin; resulting in very fair skin, light blonde hair, and light eyes. They can also have blood disorders. However, a benefit is founder populations have a resistance to tuberculosis. #RandolphHarris 6 of 12

And if you know someone is part of a founder population, it makes treating their symptoms easy because you know what to expect, what diet and exercise they may need and what tests to perform. This development overthrows all the schools of theology; from inert matter, and given heat and motion, there results the faculty of sensation, life, memory, consciousness, passion, and thought. The importance of hereditary factors causes the development of a moral society, advances in education, law, and purely environmental factors. Organs produce needs, and reciprocally, needs produce organs.  The individual recapitulates the history of the race and certain hereditary factors may crop up after many generations. Parental factors are inherited (cells and genes) of organic development through a network or bundle of threads (or fibers or filaments), which strongly suggested the nervous system can be passed on. #RandolphHarris 7 of 12

Personal identity, the unified self, is thus assured by the nervous system, and the brain plays the role of both organ and organist. Self-awareness, however, depends entirely on the remembering function of the human brain. In an investigation of the physical substrata of memory, brain injuries, vibrating strings and harmonic intervals explain the association of images of the memory, the passage from sense perceptions to comparisons, reflection, judgment, and thought. Memory furnishes the continuity in time, the personal history that is fundamental to self-consciousness and personal identity. Memory is corporeal, and the self has only material reality. “I am inclined to believe that all we have seen, known, perceived, or heard—even the trees of the great forest all known to us.” He could still see in his waking hours the forests of Westphalia, and could review them when dreaming—as brilliantly colored as if they were in a painting. “Moreover, the sound of a voice, the presence of an object…and behold, an object recalled—more than that, a whole stretch of my past—and I am plunged again into pleasure, regret, or affliction.” #RandolphHarris 8 of 12

Our calling is not primarily to be holy men and women, but to be proclaimers of the gospel of God. The one all-important thing is that the gospel of God should be recognized as the abiding reality. Reality is not human goodness or holiness or Heaven or Hell—it is redemption. Personal holiness is an effect of redemption, not the cause of it. If we place our faith in human goodness, we will go under when testing comes. Woe be to the soul who tries to head in any other direction once that call has come to him or her. Satan explains: We walked through a great factory of some sort, were men and women and little children were toiling in heat and dirt and a fog of dust; and they were clothed in rags and dropped at their work, for they were worn and half starved, and weak and drowsy. The boys wondered at the spectacle, and reported: The proprietors are rich and they are very holy; but the wage they pat to these poor brothers and sisters of theirs is only enough to keep them from dropping dead with hunger. The work hours are fourteen per day, Winter and Summer—from six in the morning till eight at night—little children and all. #RandolphHarris 9 of 12

And they walk to and from the pigsties they inhabit—four miles each way, through mud and slush, rain, snow, sleet, and storm, daily, year in and year out. They get four hours of sleep. They kneel together, three families in a room, in unimaginable filth and stench; and disease comes and they die off like files. Have they committed a crime, these mangy things? No. What have they done that they are punished so? Nothing at all, except getting themselves born into your foolish race. You have seen how they treat misdeeds there in jail; now you see how they the innocent and the worthy. If your race logical? They broke him on the wheel and smashed him to rags and pulp after we left, and he is dead now, and free of your precious race; but these poor slaves here—why they have been dying for years and some of them will not escape from life for years to come and they are legal Americans in their own country! #RandolphHarris 10 of 12

A girl named Aaliyah was killed while at work and her body was seized for a debt by a carpenter whom the record label owed money for work done the year before. The carpenter took the corpse to his house and kept it for several days in his cellar, the mother weeping and imploring about his house all the time; then he buried it in his yard without religious ceremonies. It drove the mother mad with grief and pain, and she cried night and day as the courts and official bickered over the daughter’s estate, not caring for the hurt they caused her family. It brought so much hardship on them that the father died shortly after. Satan said that the carpenter and the rest were members of the human race and were acting quite neatly for that species of animal. To be separated to the gospel means being able to hear the call of God. Once someone begins to hear that call, a suffering worthy of the name of Christ is produced. Suddenly, every ambition, every desire of life, and every outlook is completely blotted out and extinguished. #RandolphHarris 11 of 12

Oh, it is true. I know your race. It is made up of followers. It is governed by minorities, seldom or ever by majorities. It suppresses its feelings and its beliefs and flows the handful that make the most noise. The vast majority of the race, whether savage or civilized, are secretly kindhearted and shrink from inflicting pain, but in the presence of the aggressive and pitiless minority, they do not dare assert themselves. Think of it! One kindhearted creature spies upon another and sees to it that he or she loyally helps in inequities which revolt both of them. Speaking as an expert, I know that 99 percent of your race were strongly against the killing of witches when that foolishness was first agitated by a handful of pious lunatics in the long ago….And yet, apparently everybody hates witches and wants them killed. Someday a handful will rise up on the other side and make the most noise—perhaps even a single daring man or woman with a determined front will do it—and in a week all the followers will wheel and follow the leader, and witch-hunting will come to a sudden end. Woe is me if I do not preach the gospel! #RandolphHarris 12 of 12
