Climate Change–Some Must Pipe and Some Must Weep
We pass one half our lives in doing nothing, and the other half in ruminating upon what we have done. The problem with climate change is that the Earth is being looked at as a machine, as if it is not natural and always constant. However, that is not the case; the past 10,000 to 6,000 years on Earth have been rather mellow. A second problem is that climate change is…being looked at from a political perspective, basically scientists are told to study how humans are causing climate change, when they may not actually be causing the climate to heat or cool. So why are we blaming humans, what is the purpose? Man is not a sentimental animal where his material interest are concerned. In a World where hundreds of millions of human beings still go hungry, and the global and glacier recessions have left all, but the wealthiest fearing for their future. There have been humans on Earth for about 200,000 years, and Earth has been through a lot in its 5 billion years of existence. The faculties cannot bear to be forever on the stretch. There are currently 7 billion people in the World, and they are using up natural resources, stripping the land of forest (from 1990 to 2005, the World has lost 172 million acres of forest), and humans are polluting the air and water. What is so hard to judge as the human heart? I found it interesting to note that everyone is up in arms about CO2 and global warming, but no one is addressing protecting the oceans.
There is 12 percent of the planet’s land that is protected by a wild life preserve or a park, but only less than 1 percent of the ocean’s 135 square miles of oceans has no protection. The good news is that in 2010, the President Obama Administration created a Federal Ocean Policy that aims to govern U.S. water in comprehensive manners, instead of keeping fishing, recreation, and energy in separate soils. There seems in human nature a worthlessness not to be conquered. No one is sure to call it global warming, global cooling or climate change, but it is clear that the planet is being remodeled. About 15,000 years ago, the United States or North America used to be larger and it was home to mega mammals, the United States used to connect to Siberia, but as the ice melted, much of the land drowned, which reduced the size of the United States. Not just in the United States, but enormous sections of land were sunk, by rising sea levels from the ice age coming to an end. Over the 20th century, the World as a whole has warmed up by 1 degree F, and this is leading some people to believe that the planet is heating up. Also, The Arctic is heating by 4 degrees F to 5 degrees F, just since 1950, and Arctic sea ice shrank to a summer low of 1 million square miles below the 1979-2000 average low.
However, some say saying that there is an ice age starting and they are using the record snow on the East Coast of America, as an example of how the planet is cooling off. In Chicago, during a winter storm, there was enough snow ploughs on the road, moving snow that they could have driven to the moon. 285,000 miles of snow was cleared and moved to snow parks, just in Chicago alone. However, as the climate changes rapidly, the territory to which species have adapted may become unlivable faster than the animals can respond. This climate change could put as much as 70 percent of species at greater risk of extinction, and some of my favorite animals—polar animals like the King Penguin are especially vulnerable. Yet, with the glaciers melting, along with CO2, seeds, animals and humans are expected to also be released from the ice, as it is being redistributed, so perhaps we may see some old species return? Some even suggest that there are asteroids in the glaciers, which produced under glacier lakes. There is also evidence that there were floods, on Earth, with waves of 800 to 1,000 feet high. By 2050, sea levels are expected to rise 220 feet, and there will be 9 billion people—human beings crowding out other species through sheer numbers, and with the sea level rising, there is going to potentially be less land. As a rising Middle class in countries in countered like India starting to consume at American rates including both food and energy—we could leave little room for wildlife. From 1990 to 200, the World lost 172 million acres of forest.
Many people think that American and Germany and Japan and China are so far advanced, but we may not be as advanced as we think we are. In Ancient Egypt, there is evidence that they had air planes, did complex surgeries, and built these amazing monuments. So actually suspect that the original Egyptians where not all human because of the images we have of them and the fact that they were so advanced. People have always been radically false and unworthy. It is possible that the planet naturally gives off carbon dioxide because it is a living organism and there are internal functions going on inside of the Earth, which need to vent. However, we also have trees so absorb these emissions and produce oxygen. Nonetheless, some experts are saying that carbon levels are actually pretty stable when looking at the history of Earth. As mentioned before, during the last ice age, sea levels were 400 feet lower, so there was more land space. As an ice age started in the 1,300s, in Europe, people literally stopped building the castles and massive cathedrals, and that is why many of them are incomplete, most cases has nothing to do with a lack of resources. Also, the black plaque started around this time, killing 25 percent of Europe’s population.
The World is busy and malicious by nature. 15,000 years ago, in less than a year an ice age could occur, and end, but the glaciers did not melt right away. So these glaciers that we have on Earth have to melt and be redistributed, they are not here to stay in the same place, the Earth is living. For example, and ice age is a lot like your freezer, when it stops or is turned off, it will take hour or days for the ice and food to melt completely, so this is what is happening on Earth. Also, looking back 15,000 years ago, the average temperature change could be 18 degrees F, in just a matter of years, so the World warming up by 1 degree F, over the past 100 years, is not a big deal. Dark and dreadful things are hid in the human heart. During previous Ice Ages, there were reports on no Sun for weeks on end, mysterious fogs, and collapse of agriculture, there is evidence that the human population once crashed, and in Egypt there used to be a lot of rain and this was detected by erosion on the sphinx, which really have not seen much rain in 11,000 years. As the planet starts to go through major changes, there seems to be a number of plagues, which come to be. Today we are seeing dead diseases comeback like measles, mumps, rubella, and interlocutors. The North Pole may be seasonally ice free as soon as 2020 and melting permafrost will release vast amounts of trapped carbon into the air. The reason the planet is warming up, while it is redistributing the ice is because ice reflects nearly all of the Sun’s energy that hits it. As the planet’s ice melts, more of that energy, from the Sun, is absorbed by Earth—which further raises the temperature. That, in turn, makes the remaining ice melt quicker.
Humans have it within his or her power to reflect, to weigh, and to appreciate, before he or she acts. Yet, some are still blaming CO2 for the ice melting on Earth, when it may be a natural change, as the ice is being redistributed. As a result, scientists have built machines to capture CO2 in the atmosphere, and therefore whatever climate—we want. However, again, people forget the World is alive, and it changes, much like your body does. Nonetheless, Global Thermostat cofounder, Graciela Chichilinsky, reports that their company in Menlo Park, California can capture CO2 for less than $50 a ton. The purpose of their direct air capture is to cool the Earth through a form of geoengineering. Human beings are distinguished by nothing more than by a propensity to imitation. Geoengineering is risky and it raises sharp questions about who gets to decide if and when it is deployed. However, it is important to note that higher levels of CO2 also acidify the ocean, and threatening marine life. So yes, some parts of the World is heating up, but it is going to cool off. The warmer regions of the Earth, scientists have thought about misting the cloud with sea water so they will redirect the sunlight and allow the planet to cool off. Climate change is controversial and very important, as it impact everyone. It is the still sow that drinks up all the draught. The World used to have longer seasons because it was warmer. Humans used to worship the Earth and during this period of the early Neolithic era, there was no evidence of warfare. Growing seasons were longer, you could farm 2,000 feet higher in the mountains. For 3,000 or 4,000 years, humans life expanded, and then the planet cooled a few degrees, and agriculture expansions contracted, and people migrated. Then we see the establishment of human conflict, possibly to fewer resources.
It was harder to grow crops and in Iceland, the human population almost was wiped out. It is our habit to say that while the lower nature can never understand the higher, the higher nature commands a complete view of the lower. However, the higher nature has to learn this comprehension, as we learn the art of vision, by a good deal of hard experience, often with bruises and gashes incurred in taking things up the wrong end, and fancying our space wider than it is. Humans live between two desires–one’s desire of spiritual peace and happiness, and his desire of Earthly experiences. Men and women are naturally more watchful in matters dear to them. To digress, the thing I hate about social media is it is supposed to be a tool for us to communicate with each other, but not many people actually comments or response to questions they are asked. And reporters are such a great resource, they have so much information that the public does not, but they do not share of comment on anything. I hate the fact that we life in a World where you can get fired for educating others, but it is considered freedom of speech to hate on Gods from other cultures. What would people do in this melancholy World if they had not inherited gaiety from the monkeys and oratory from the Beetles? May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. There is no calamity in life that falls heavier upon human nature than a disappointment in love. Human affairs will never be reduced to that state in which the decisions of the wisest person will be immutable. It is no fish you are buying–it is men’s lives. I wonder who it was defined man as a rational animal. It was the most premature definition ever given. Man is many things, but he is not rational.

They watch the right TV shows, take their kids to soccer matches, and generally have strong religion and morals. Middle class people tend to live comfortably, they are happy with their lives and their families and do not have unnecessary issues and drama. The middle class tend to wake up feeling refreshed and happy, enjoy going to work, and try to make their customers happy. Typically, the upper middle class are the most normal and happy out of even the rich and poor because their needs are met, and they do not have to struggle or compromise their morals to make it through life, so they are able to keep their ethics and values, and this is reflected in their lives. Also, when middle class people notice they have a problem with their mind programs, they will usually go to the doctor and get medication to treat the problems, and get back to normal as soon as possible. The children of middle-class people are often also better prepared for life because they know that they have to go to college and that they can afford their education. So these children grow up thinking about what they want to do for a living that will make them happy and provide a comfortable lifestyle. Middle class try their best to emulate their parents. For them, relationships are serious, it is not just about sex, you are dating people to meet your future spouse, each relationship, in their eyes, has the potential to lead to marriage. These members like to limit their contacts with people, as far as dating, because the more people you date, the more potential you have for heart break and issues.
Generally, middle class families, have friends, who are in the same income brackets, with the same values. They typically live in family friendly suburban neighborhoods, with other people in the same demographics. For example, middle class families will usually find suburban homes, with people their age, who have kids the same age, in a good school district. These middle class people get to select where they want to live and often times business and corporations cater to them because these members are respectful, honest, have money to spend and increase property values. When you go into an upper middle-class neighborhood, you will often see oversized homes, neat green lawns, trees, and peaceful people. Everything generally looks new, even if it is 20 to 120 years old. Good actions are remembered but for a day: bad ones for many years after the life of the guilty. And that is why the upper middle class generally tries to be good people, they want to keep their family image and name enact, and also preserve their soul source code so they can go to Heaven. Basically, the archetype of the American Dream is the middle-class family. They are happy, hardworking and love to go to work and try to live peaceful lives. Things good and evil balance themselves in a remarkable manner; and almost universally.
As an individual’s job became more important, he or she was willing to move away from hometown and families ties and establish an independent life. The family is here to provide long-term personal intimacy and companionship, to regulate sexual relations, ensure the continuance of society through the birth and socialization of children, and to provide economic support for dependents and, later, for the parents, through their children. Such factors act indirectly but powerfully. They govern the ways of life, affect physical appearance, are reflected in behavior patterns, and through all these influences and many others impose a characteristic stamp on each particular culture. Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that God is in you-unless, of course, you fail the test? And I trust that you will discover that we have not failed the test. Now we pray to God that you will not do anything wrong. Not that people will see that we have stood the test but that you will do what is right even though we may seem to have failed. For we cannot do anything against the truth, but only for the truth. We are glad whenever we are weak, but you are strong; and our prayer is for your perfection. his is why I write these things when I am absent, that when I come, I may not have to be harsh in my use of authority-the authority the Lord gave me for building you up, not for tearing you down.

Real freedom is found in keeping God’s perfect law. We have made you a just nation, Earth, so that you may testify against mankind and that your own Apostle may testify against you. You are the noblest community ever raised up for mankind. You enjoin justice and forbid evil. You believe in God. This is the new command to love one another. The good or evil we confer on others very often recoils on ourselves. This is God’s covenant, which is an agreement or set of promises, usually between God and his people. So if you are still suffering, it is because you are hurting others. Christ is the chosen one to bring salvation to his people. Evil often stops short at itself and dies with the doer of it; but good, never!
The father of lies is the Devil—mischief and the Devil are never far apart. However, an important aspect of any production process is scheduling—determining how long each operation takes and setting a starting and ending time for each. A master schedule, often called a master production schedule (MPS), is a schedule of planned completion of items. God is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. However, the day of the Lord will come like a Shanghai second. The Heavens will disappear with a roar; elements will be destroyed by fire, and the Earth and everything in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the Day of God and speed its coming.
That day will bring about the destruction of the Heavens by the fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. Traditional psychoanalysis called for three to five healing sessions a week, often for many years. Today, most patients are only seen once or twice per week, but treatment may still go on for years. Because of the huge amounts of time and money this requires, psychoanalysts have become relatively rare. Many analysts have switched to doing brief psychodynamic therapy, in which they use direct questioning to reveal unconscious conflicts. Modern psychiatrists also actively provoke emotional reactions that will lower defenses and provide insights. Interestingly, brief rehabilitation seems to accelerate recovery. It is as if the patients realize that they need to get to the heart of their problems quickly, and let go of them. Researchers have confirmed psychoanalysis does, in fact, produce improvement in a majority of patients.
Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him. Being poor is nothing to be ashamed of. And this is God’s command, to believe in the name of his son Christ, and to love one another as he commands live in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us. Sin is the only real color element left in modern life. Free yourself from sin, guilt and hate, and you will have peace. Demons are a powerful evil spirit that works for Satan. Being rich is nothing to be ashamed of. Demons can sometimes control people. However, Christ has power over demons. He can make them come out of people and that is why they hate him so much. They went to Capernaum, and when the Sabbath came, Jesus Christ went into the synagogue and began to teach. The people were amazed at his teachings, because he taught them as one who had authority, not as the teachers of the law. Just then, a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an evil spirit cried out, “What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Righteous One of God!”
“Be quiet!” said Jesus sternly. “Come out of him!” The evil spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek. The people were all so amazed that they asked each other, “What is this? A new teaching—and with authority! He even gives orders to evil spirits, and they obey him.” News about him spread quickly over the entire region of Earth. Love until it hurts. Joanna Lynn Lewis was married to Mark Wayne Lewis, age 40, who is a former Baptist pastor. Patricia Hunter, Joanna Lewis’s mother, believes that her husband, Mark Wayne Lewis, is responsible for Joanna’s death. It seems that the two had a rocky marriage and Joanna was looking to leave Mark because he was also having an extra martial affair. What is really suspicious is that the supposed suicide happen just days before Mark Lewis began dating the other woman, whose home he later firebombed. We will get to that in a moment.
First of all, no one believes that Joanna Lewis was suicidal. And if women do commit suicide, they usually attempt a drug overdose, or slashing their writs, which allows for the possibility that they will be found before death occurs. Men usually have more violent suicide attempts, such as hanging, gun shots, etc. Also, women are more eloquent than men, and if Joanna killed herself, she would have more than likely left a detailed explanation as to why.
Furthermore, Mark Wayne Lewis seems to have a violent history, not only was he uninvited to Joanna’s funeral service, but he was also recently sentenced to eight years in prison for stalking and firebombing his new girlfriends house. Not only that, but witnesses have come fourth saying that Pastor Mark Lewis was going to three people, which included Anthony Newbolt and Richerd Wright, Kristen Broyles, who were homeless, $300 to firebomb the his girlfriend’s house by throwing a Snapple bottle full of gasoline, through the front window of the home, while the woman’s parents and three children slept inside. So it seems that Mr. Lewis does have a violent side. So it leads us to believe Mark Lewis may have killed his wife and made it look like a suicide because he did not want her to leave him.
Many serial killers are not reclusive, social misfits, who live alone. They hide in plain sight within their communities because no one is profiling them. Serial murders often have families and homes, and are gainfully employed, and appear to be normal members of the community—much like a Pastor of a church. Because serial killers can blend in so effortlessly, they are oftentimes overlooked by law enforcement and the public. If Mark Lewis killed Joanna Lewis, then tried to have a Molotov cocktail (firebomb) thrown through his new girlfriend’s house to kill her, her kids and parents, he is surely a serial killer. As a result, Patricia Hunter is pleading with the police to reopen the investigation into her daughter’s death.
Patricia Hunter is also asking the congregation of Fellowship Baptist church member to help solve her daughter’s murder. Police do not need to appear more human in public, but it would be nice if they had more compassion and humanity when investigating cases. This is not just about closing cases, justice is about actually finding the person who did the crime, and making them pay for it to prevent more crimes. For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes.

I want to write, I want to be the best writer I can be, but I cannot even truly express my thoughts. Listening to the same playlist for weeks now because I cannot find time to make a new one…ironic because all I do is write. So what is on my mind….not much. Just pretending to like a city I do not and I sit here day after day writing, as if something will change, and it has not. I literally have no friends…and everyone I met just seems to be interested in sex or has some other agenda, but friendship seems to be nowhere in sight.
The World seems to different to me now, I feel like I am the only person alive, or like I am an invisible walking around on the same movie set day after day, it is a pretty set, and the green grass and nice buildings and pretty flowers do make me happy, but there is something in this city I hate, the city is a weird place for me. Why can I not make any real connection?
There is really no one to engage with on an intellectual level or any other level. You think you make a friend, and they go cold, or are playing more games. Often times people say you cannot fly, unless you try, but I have some weights holding me back. I need money, and am not sure how to produce it right now…so I wait. Setting here looking at a blank TV, I wait for bed time, and hope tomorrow will be better.
I am really thinking about trying online dating, not for dating purposes, but just to flirt and have someone to correspond with. No one likes being alone all the time or having questions no one can or will not answer. You know what, by now, even I am surprised that I have not mad a friend, but I used to have friends, I think? I do not know anything for sure anymore….
Call me a genius, but I feel like, and I know you may find this farfetched, but I feel like my life is suspended and I like on an Astral plane, where the only thing that matter is that I follow the rules and stay away from people—these people are trouble, only want favors, and nothing to offer. I know when I was younger that I did have real friends, but even my family seems like spies now. However, I feel like I am having a breakthrough with my mother, it seems she is waking up and also tired of the role playing in real life. And I sometimes wonder what would happen if I cease to exist?
I usually like to type at least 1,000 words, so I am pressing my brain for more thoughts, but nothing comes to mind, just tennis elbow flaring up and stomach turning….that is it, no one love me romantically, and how could you after all the tall tails (tales) that have been told? I do not even have any friends…I could go have one of these awkward experiences with one of these young ladies who feels sorry for me and stare at her TV with her for a while, I really think she only likes me because she thinks I am cute and a nice guy and feels so bad for everything that I go through. However, I do not want someone to like me out of pity. I have nothing to offer either, but you are welcome to stop by and hang out with me.
Today was nice, it was windy, I like the wind. I really feel like I am wasting the best years of my life. And the only reason I watch is because I worry about your safety, last time I stopped watching you, you let so freak cut a cumber that was in your mouth, while you were holding it. If I did not watch your show, a lot of drama would be gone out of my life, I can turn them all off, all they are doing is watching me. What is the point of watching each other? Haha. We get to irritate each other with our dangerous lives. And people pretend not to see or hear anything.
Jesus Christ, when did the World become like this? No one has the power to do anything, but allow select people to be abused. I hate it here. You treated a dog the way they treat me and the entire World would stand up to you and see that you would be put in jail. My life does not matter as much as the life of a dog or cat’s life. My professor said the same thing in college and now I understand what she meant, but being a white women, she had more opportunities than I do. Maybe someday someone will truly understand…
What do I want to do….have a normal life, but this lifestyle is anything, but normal. Next option, besides sitting here and reading and writing everyday, I want to skip paying the rent, go to the Bay Area, and do drugs and party like I never got to because I was trying to make something of my life, then going swimming in Ocean Beach at night. A mermaid told me swimming by the moonlight is so romantic–do not try it. If I do, I will write all about the experience so you can know. By the way, the city is not so bad, but something is not quite right here….

Two Boys Raped and Sent to Prison for Life!!!!!
Personal emotional difficulties, such as anxiety or depression, are often related to difficult stresses of a current situation, or they may have stem from unresolved past events. Whatever the source, emotional states have a strong impact on sexuality. The essential conditions for a mutually enjoyable sexual interaction—legal age, consent, equality, respect, trust, and safety—are absent in sexual abuse. Boys and girls, who are sexually abused, experience sexual behavior and stimulation that are overwhelming for their level of physical and social development.
Joseph Lyle Menendez (born 10 January 1968) and Erik Galen Menendez (born 27 November 1970) are brothers who grew up in Princeton, New Jersey. The parents of Lyle and Erik where Jose Menendez, who was a corporate executive for The Hertz Corporation, and an immigrant from Cuba, and their mother was Kitty Menendez, a school teacher, who quit her job to manage her home and family fulltime. After their father got the CEO position of LIVE Entertainment, the family moved to Beverly Hills, California, where the boys spent their adolescence.
However, the boys, Lyle and Erik, were robbed of the opportunity to explore and develop their sexuality at their own age appropriate pace. The family was very wealthy and Jose Menendez, the father used to buy the boys gifts and be really nice to them and buy them food and let them eat candy, and them he would tell Erik and Lyle to keep a secret, and Jose started off by touching the boys and telling them it was a game and to keep it a secret. So they let him, but were apprehensive.
Later on, the father, Jose Menendez got more physical with the boys, he would make them have anal sex with each other and himself. The boys experienced depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem and poor grades. In addition, people who are sexually abused by their father are often suicidal, and commonly report never experiencing an orgasm. The boys sued to have flashbacks, sudden images of the smells, sounds, sights, feelings and sexual acts. It was a traumatic experience.
Cold and nakedness are evils introduced by luxury and custom. On August 20, 1989, Lyle and Erik were 21 and 18 years old, respectively. Lyle and Erik’s parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez, were found shot to death in their Beverly Hills home, at 722 North Elm Drive. Lyle had been the one to call 911 to report the murders. After the death of their parents, the Menendez brothers did not act like children in mourning, however. They soon started spending some of the family’s fortune. They probably feel good to be out of the prison of sexual abuse their father had created.
The brutal family killings had gripped the nation. Erik Menendez confessed to the killings to his therapist, and Lyle later met with Erik and the therapist to discuss the situation. Lyle reportedly threatened to kill the therapist if he even told anyone what the brothers did. Erik’s therapist did break patient/doctor confidentially by telling a friend what happened, and that friend later alerted authorities.
The Menendez brothers, Lyle and Erik, were eventually arrested in 1990 for the killings of their parents. They claimed that they had survived years of psychological and sexual abuse. In July 1993, Lyle and Erik were tried by different juries, each claiming self-defense for the murders. In March 1996, Lyle and Erik were both found guilty of first-degree murder. They avoided the death penalty, and were both sentenced to life in prison without parole.
I really feel sad for the boys because Erik and Lyle Menendez are the victims. Often times, the authorities find out about these cases of abuse, but does nothing to help the victims because of who the potential defendant is. In retrospect, these young men have talked about how the incest experiences still govern and pattern their sexuality. The men have reported a diminished sexual appetite, with little curiosity or interest. Erik and Lyle found it difficult to anticipate, enjoy, express, and receive love in a sexual or physical form. And that a wall of avoidance, fear, and dread is what they face when presented with sexual situation.
Now that they have been in prison for 20 years, Erik and Lyle turned their lives over to God and lead prayer groups. They feel bad about what they did to defend themselves. So many people are hung up on what the Menendez brothers did, but no one takes into account that they were abused, sexually, and held prison, as children, by their father., and the effects of sexual assault can be long-lasting; 60 percent of rape victims had sexual problems for more than three years after the assault—unresolved resentments, a lack of trust or respect, dislike of a partner, are just a few. Apprehension about intimacy or one who experiences intimacy as threatening may have considerable sexual difficulty.

During the Reagan administration, Nancy Reagan implored young people to “Just say no to Drugs.” Hortatory techniques also include the use of highway signs that tell us “Do Not Be a Litterbug” and “Do Not Mess with Texas” to discourage littering.
Slogans such as “Only You Can Prevent Forest Fires” are meant to encourage compliance with fire and safety regulations in national parks and forest. Effective administration of public polices depends partly on whether an agency is authorized to use appropriate implementation techniques. Practitioners of policy evaluation are also concerned with determining what a policy is actually accomplishing. They may also try to determine whether a policy is being fairly or efficiently administered.
Policy evaluation may be conducted by a variety of players: congressional committees, through investigation and other oversight activities; presidential commissions; administrative agencies themselves; university research; private research organization, such as the Brooking Institution and the American Enterprise Institute; and the General Accounting Office (GAO). The Gao, for example originally created in 1921, is an important evaluator of public policies. Every year, General Accounting Office (GAO) undertakes hundreds of studies of government agencies and programs, either at the request of member of Congress or on its own initiative.
The titles of three of its evaluations convey a notion of its work: Pesticides: Pesticides Reregistration May Not Be Completed Until 2016; Energy Conservation: Appliance Standards and Labeling Programs Can Be Improved; and Federal Research: Super Collider Is Over Budget and Behind Schedule. Subsequent congressional and agency actions may be guided by these studies.
Evaluation research and studies can stimulate attempts to modify or terminate policies and thus restart the policy process. Legislators and administrators may formulate and advocate amendments designed to correct problems or shortcomings in a policy. On 13th February 2015, for example, legislation was adopted to correct weakness in the enforcement of the Fair Housing Act of 1968, which banned discrimination in the sale or rental of most housing. However, some people may decide that the best alternative is simply to eliminate the policy.
On occasion, policies are terminated; for example, through the Airline Deregulation Act of 1978, Congress eliminated the Civil Aeronautics Board and its program of economic regulation of commercial airlines. This action was taken on the assumption that competition in the marketplace would better protect the interest of airline users.
Competition has indeed reduced the cost of flying on many popular routes. On 31 December 1995, the Interstate Commerce Commission expired after almost a century of regulating railroads and others modes of transportation. The demise of programs is rare, however; more often, a troubled program is modified or allowed to limp along because it is doing something that people strongly want done, even if the program is not doing well.
The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution protects people from unreasonable searches by the federal government. Moreover, in some detail, it sets out what may not be searches unless a warrant is issued, underscoring the Framers’ concerns with possible government abuses.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches by the federal government, and Homes, too, are presumed to be private. Firefighters can enter your home to fight a fire without a warrant. However, if a firefighter suspects arson, they can reenter the home or building, without a warrant to investigate the cause of the fire.
In 2001, in a decision that surprised many commentators, by a vote of 5—4, the Supreme Court ruled that drug evidence obtained by using a thermal imager (without a warrant) on a public street to locate the defendant’s marijuana hothouse was obtained in violation of the Fourth Amendment. In contrast, the use of low-flying aircraft and helicopters to detect marijuana fields or binoculars to look in a yard has been upheld because officers simply were using their eyesight, not a new technological tool like the thermal imager.
Cars have proven problematic for police and the courts because of their mobile nature. As noted by Chief Justice William H. Taft as early as 1925, the vehicle can quickly be moved out of the locality or jurisdiction in which the warrant must be sought. Over the years, the Court has become increasingly lenient about the scope of automobile searches.
In 2002, an unusually unanimous Court ruled that when evaluating if a border patrol officer acted lawfully in stopping a suspicious minivan, the totality of the circumstances had to be considered.
Wrote Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, the balance between the public interest and the individual’s right to personal security, tilts in favor of a standard less than probable cause in brief investigatory stops, thus signaling law enforcement officers that there is no neat set of legal rules to determine when officers have reasonable suspicions to pull over motorists.
Marijuana is still considered an illegal substance, by the federal government, but is considered legal by subnational governments in Sacramento, California. The Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution provides that No person shall be…compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against oneself. Taking the Fifth is shorthand for exercising one’s constitutional right not to self-incriminate.
The Supreme Court has interpreted this guarantee to be as broad as the mischief against which it seeks to guard, finding that criminal defendants do not have to take the stand at trial to answer questions, nor can a judge make mention of their failure to do so as evidence of guilt. Moreover, lawyers cannot imply that a defendant who refuses to take the stand must be guilty or have something to hide.
In earlier times, it was not unusual for police to beat defendants to obtain their confession. In 1936, however, the Supreme Court ruled convictions for murder based solely on confessions given after the third degree-questioned for hours on end with no sleep or food, or threatened with physical violence until they were mentally beaten into a confession.
In other situations, family members were threatened. In one case a young mother was told that she would be fired and not received any unemployment insurance and would be arrested and sent to prison and her children would be taken away from her, unless she talked.
The War on Drugs started in the 1980s and 1990s, President Ronald Regan marked the start of the skyrocketing incarceration rates. From 1980, the number of people sent to prison for nonviolent drug crimes went from 50,000 to 1.8 million people. The War on Drugs was an attempt for corporations and investors to get the drugs off the streets and into the hands of the corporations.
As a result, the streets are running out and money and the economy is suffering. Not an many households are being created and people cannot afford to run out and buy a big new car, so the government is taking in less tax revenue and local business is hurting because the locals cannot afford to go out and buy anything.
So by supporting the weed shops, you are taking money off the streets and putting into the hands of the corporations; the man became rich, and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy. Green, green the grain growing on grave mound slopes; if in life you gave no alms, in death how do you deserve a pearl?
So do not use weed shops, keep the money on the streets. Never carry drugs on you, and make sure no one can smell them. We want people driving nice cars and buying homes so we can help the economy grow and create jobs. We must learn to see the good in the midst of much of that is unlovely.

Elliot Rodger was the son of Peter Anthony Rodger ( 6 April 1965) , a British filmmaker and photographer, known for his 2009 documentary film Oh My God, as well as his work as a second unit director on The Hunger Games. Elliot Oliver Robertson Rodger was born in London, England 24 July 1991 and he left this World 23 May 2014, his mother is Li-Chin Rodger, who divorced from her husband in 1998.
Peter Anthony Rodger is based in the United States and is the son of the photographer George Rodger. George Rodger (19 March 1908 24 July 199) was a British photojournalist noted for his work in Africa and for photographing the mass death at Bergen-Belsen at the end of the Second World War. Peter Anthony Rodger later recalled how, after spending several hours at the camp, he was appalled to realise that he had spent most of the time looking for graphically pleasing compositions of piles of bodies lying among the trees and buildings. This traumatic experience led Rodger to conclude that he could not work as a war correspondent again. The family is from a royal bloodline and has a long history of military experience.
Major General Roger Elliott (c. 1665 – 16 May 1714 [1]) was one of the earliest British Governors of Gibraltar. His nephew George Augustus Eliott also became a noted Governor and defender of Gibraltar. This is the bloodline that Elliott Roger is related to. Allegedly His eldest son, Elliot, carried out the 2014 Isla Vista killings, in which he killed six people and then supposedly himself on 23 May 2014. Elliott Roger’s stepmother is Moroccan actress, Soumaya Akaaboune; Elliott Roger’s also had a younger sister and a younger half-brother.
Elliott Roger Rodger attended Crespi Carmelite High School, an all-boys Catholic school in Encino, Los Angeles, and then Taft High School in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles. He graduated from Independence Continuation High School in Lake Balboa, Los Angeles, California in 2010. He attended Santa Barbara City College (SBCC), while he was wiring his movie script.
After turning age 18, Elliott Roger Rodger began rejecting the mental health care and showing improvement because of the support that his family provided, and he became increasingly isolated, as if his life was in danger. He said that he was unable to make friends, although acquaintances said that he rebuffed their attempts to be friendly.
I do not know if celebrities even remember what happened to them. I do not know if they even are allowed to see the films they make. It is real, God is making movies. Some are leads, some are extras, and celebrities are covering it up. This is how research is conducted, how textbooks are written.
Screenwriter Dale Launer, who was a friend of the Rodger family, stated that he had counseled Elliot Rodger, on approaching and befriending women (something pedophiles do to see if you are gay), but that Elliot Rodger did not follow the advice. Dale Launer said in an interview, “I first met [Rodger] when he was aged eight or nine and I could see then that there was something wrong with him. I’m not a psychologist, but looking back now he strikes me as someone who was broken from the moment of conception. So Dale Launer labeled Elliot Rodger as a problem so that he would be targeted and documented.
Relating an incident that occurred on 20 July 20, 2013, Elliot Rodger wrote that he tried to show off to girls at a party, and almost fell over a ledge after being mocked. He was so drunk he couldn’t do it, and then men rushed to Elliot and pushed him over. Elliot Roger said that he felt a snap in [his] ankle, followed by a stinging pain and tried to get away from there as fast as [he] could. The same people he had tangled with before began mocking him and calling him names, then dragged him into the driveway to beat him up.
One of Elliot Rodger’s neighbors said that he saw Elliot Rodger come home, crying and said that Elliot Rodger claimed that someone was trying to kill him. Elliot Rodger told investigating officers that he had been assaulted, but they determined that Elliot Rodger might have been the aggressor, even though he was jumped by a group of guys for trying to take the advice of Dale Launer and talk to the girls.
There was originally a plot to end the life of the young man on Halloween, but the attacks aborted the plan because there would be too many innocent people out and about.
On 1 January 15, 2014, Elliot Rodger accused his roommate Cheng Yuan Hong of stealing his candles. Cheng Hong was arrested and charged with petty theft; he pled guilty to the charge. Cheng Hong was later stabbed and killed.
On 30 April 30, 2014, about three weeks before he was murdered, Elliot Rodger’s parents allegedly contacted police after becoming alarmed by his behavior and YouTube videos. Supposedly, Elliot wrote in his manifesto that he had already planned the killings and purchased his guns by that time, and that officers who interviewed him at his apartment would have found the weapons if they had conducted a search of his bedroom. Santa Barbara County Sheriff Bill Brown later said that the deputies determined he did not meet the criteria for an involuntary hold and that Rodger told them it was a misunderstanding. Therefore, it is plausible that Elliot Rogers was writing a script, but had been labeled as a problem and attracted more police attention and because police were spying on the young man, they had no idea he was working on a movie and took the comments and documents as threats. This did not happen in the past because there was less technology and kids did not grow up rich knowing they wanted to be directors, but were forced to go to college; they had to work to make it in America.
Rodger’s 107,000-word movie script was titled My Twisted World: The Story of Elliot Rodger. He e-mailed it to about a dozen people 10 including his therapist, his parents and some of his other family members, former schoolteachers, and childhood friends.
In his last YouTube video, titled “Elliot Rodger’s Retribution”, Elliot Rodger complained of being rejected by women:
“Well, this is my last video, it all has to come to this. Tomorrow is the day of retribution, the day in which I will have my revenge against humanity, against all of you. For the last eight years of my life, ever since I hit puberty, I’ve been forced to endure an existence of loneliness, rejection and unfulfilled desires all because girls have never been attracted to me. Girls gave their affection, and sex and love to other men but never to me.”
Retribution could mean anything, it is defined as punishment inflicted on someone as vengeance for a wrong or criminal act. Punishment does not mean death, it is defined as the authoritative imposition of an undesirable or unpleasant outcome upon a group or individual, in response to a particular behavior that is deemed unacceptable or threatening to a norm. The unpleasant imposition may include a fine, penalty, law suit, and more.
Eliot Rodger was m 22 years old and still a virgin. Here is part of his script: I’ve never even kissed a girl. I’ve been through college for two and a half years, more than that actually, and I’m still a virgin. It has been very torturous. College is the time when everyone experiences those things such as sex and fun and pleasure. Within those years, I’ve had to rot in loneliness. It’s not fair. You girls have never been attracted to me. I don’t know why you girls aren’t attracted to me, but I will punish you all for it. It’s an injustice, a crime, because… I don’t know what you don’t see in me. I’m the perfect guy and yet you throw yourselves at these obnoxious men instead of me, the supreme gentleman.
Because of who Elliot Rodger was, the fact that he was young and rich and drove a BMW, women would have had sex with him just for that alone, and he was good looking, too. The boy was trying to uphold his virginity and virtue, he was still discovering his sexuality. Elliot Rodgers wrote in “My Twisted World” that being of mixed race made him different from the normal fully white kids.
Allegedly, on one online forum, Elliot Rodger said that he opposed interracial dating and made several racist posts regarding African American, Hispanic, South Asian, and East Asian peoples, stating that seeing men of these ethnic groups socializing with white women makes you want to quit life. In one online post, Rodger wrote:
Full Asian men are disgustingly ugly and white girls would never go for you. You’re just butthurt that you were born as an asian piece of shit, so you lash out by linking these fake pictures. You even admit that you wish you were half white. You’ll never be half-white and you’ll never fulfill your dream of marrying a white woman. I suggest you jump off a bridge.
How could an inferior, ugly black boy be able to get a white girl and not me? I am beautiful, and I am half white myself. I am descended from British aristocracy. He is descended from slaves.
In the journal, he outlined some of his plans:
On the day before the Day of Retribution, I will start the First Phase of my vengeance: Silently killing as many people as I can around Isla Vista by luring them into my apartment through some form of trickery.
The manifesto specifically mentions a “War on Women” as the second phase of his plan for “starving them of sex”, in which he describes:
The Second Phase will take place on the Day of Retribution itself, just before the climactic massacre. … My War on Women. … I will attracts the very girls who represent everything I hate in the female gender: The hottest sorority of UCSB. In Rodger’s self-proclaimed ideal world, he imagined that he would “quarantine all [women] in concentration camps (sororities). At these camps, the vast majority of the female population will be deliberately starved to death (to keep their slim figures). That would be an efficient and fitting way to kill them all off (unwanted babies)… I would have an enormous tower built just for myself… and gleefully watch them all.”
It is not even the pain, it is people in my life with all these damn investigations and jokes causing problems. Life is painful, you get used to it. The police….they target those guys and set them up, Elliott make have simply written a script. We will never know what really happened because they killed Elliot, no proof he was a murderer. This is no different than blaming someone for a crime, finding an innocent person, killing them and saying they did it. Innocent until proven guilty, not hunt, kill and ask questions later.
I do not trust the police because they lie and ignore evidence to create cases, and people have paid the prices. The police have psychic detectives and they talk about, but I also detected them. There is something more to it all. It is not perfect because it is a journal of discovery, some of it I know, the rest is new to me do it is my notes also.

Do you remember every episode you film?
Do you feel alone or secure in your home or in public?
Do you trust anyone?
How did you become an actor or actress?
Do you always see the cameras?
Are these things that people know before you do?
Are there things that you can conceal, I know the answer is yes, but how did you keep the, from those live shots?
Who comes up with these scripts?
How do they get the ideas?
Why do you not date your fans, be honest, I know it is not about money?
