To introduce people to each other, we are required to know the people we are introducing. The more we know about the people, the easier it is to introduce them. Do not wait until it is an emergency to become acquainted with the people in your community. However, a chance remark, a critical comment, an evil look, or someone bumping into us for no reason are all sufficient to blow the average person’s happiness in an instant. The threat of a job loss, a feeling of distrust in a relationship, a foreboding remark by a reporter, or a shifty Uber driver (stick with a Taxi), are all satisfactory to ruin the day for many of us.  As a result of negative feelings, thoughts, and attitudes, together with the constant judgment and criticism of other people, we often feel separated from others. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 5

Because we feel cut off from others, this feeling of inner aloneness and separation, relationships take on the form of attachments, with all the fear, anger, and jealousy that accompany any threat to those attachments. The inner negativity results in such commonly held misconceptions that we are born alone and die alone. However, nothing is farther from the truth.  Yet, because these fears are held in mind, fearful events and experiences are literally brought into our life experience. Fear results in chronic anger and makes us prone to attack and to inner emotional chaos. Some people are envious of anyone else who appears happier, more successful, or with a better relationship, better body, or better connections, and this is why they are constantly attacking you. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 5

Some people who seem to really being doing well have very hard lives and are struggling and others seem to want to add to their suffering and then pretend they do not know what is going on or threaten a person if they complain. So the best way to deal with these situations is to focus on something you hope will happen someday within your life journey. If you plan to work on opening up a little bit more emotionally, start with one small part of yourself that you feel is ready to be shared, rather than going for a full range of emotional vulnerability right away. It is important to take your time when you are aiming at big changes. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 5

Begin with target behaviors and people who you feel are relatively safe. If you are defensive and tend to distance yourself, you are making a commitment to hang in there with a new relationship, even if things are feeling a little too intense and intimate, do not lock yourself into something too risky. Do not go from a standstill to moving in together, nor to getting engaged, or going off together on a long trip to a romantic island because there is nothing in the World more pitiful than an irresolute man, oscillating between two feelings, who would willingly unite the two, and who does not perceive that nothing can unite them. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 5

First of all, become more responsible for yourself. Decide what activities and ways of behaving have meaning for you and what do not. One way to deal with frustration is to step in and directly remove the source of irritation. This is simple to say, but not always simple to accomplish. What if dad gets that junior manger out in the alley and “beats the hell” out of him? It might make the manager stop saying nasty things about Randolph. It also might get the father an assault-and-battery indictment or make the guy want to destroy father’s career completely. It also might also fill Randolph with such shame that he could not enjoy the job is he did get it. Any person who finds himself under stress, caught in conflict, will try to defend himself against the situation—somehow get “out from under” it. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 5

Looking-Glass Self

vhbjnkm

Games prevent honest, intimate, and open relationships between the players. Yet people play them because they fill up their time, provoke attention, reinforce early opinions about self and others, and fulfill a sense of destiny. Disclosure of man to man, honest, direct, uncontrived, is the necessary condition for reducing the mystery that one man is for another. The entity placed in the body is a projection designed as the carrier of projections. It inhabits the body-construct as a mind-entity that can know and do. It brings with it constructions of threats that would attack or negate its knowing and doing. The goal of projection is to protect an imagined entity taken as self by forming projections to ensure imagined continuity. The falsely conceived separated self is deep-seated human strategy for believing that the present can be controlled by using the past as a basis for identity, predictability, and knowledge.  #RyanPhillippe 1 of 4

The opening that is the present as is, is an opening to and of potential, and the discovery that one’s being is this ever-new potentiality as actuality. Problems drop here simply because there is no place for an assumption of a problem-carrying entity. The apparent split in being that involves setting an individual against the World, and an individual against his or her own experience in the form of self-image, results in an investment in unreality, in maintaining a false sense of security. Because people projection involves splitting awareness, there is an internal and external aspect to the process. Internally, projection is associated with the maintained self-image and its associated introjects, that is with rules and expectations assumed to maintain security. Such introjects take place as automatic thoughts and interpretations. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 4

xcvbnm

One may note automatic thoughts occurred to maintain the security of the familiar through self-criticism, self-consciousness about performance and doing, and attempts to manage perceptions of lack and insufficient. Outwardly, projection is associated with concern about the reactions of others to one’s self. Thus, a desire to be seen as strong, impressive, and in control masks hidden feeling of self-doubt, weakness, and being out of control. A sense of timing is a crucial element in interpretation. An extended period of a supporting relationship may be necessary as preparation. In some instances, particularly with the chronically emotionally disturbed, that period may be stretched out for months. In other instances, the supporting relationship may be established in one contact. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 4

1

An over eagerness to avoid dealing with a situation may reflect lack of faith in one’s own competence. Some people want to know that your support will unconditionally be there for them so they do not have to experience distressing situations of negligence, indifference, and mishandling with another person. Perhaps the point to all this is that the more you can unify your social, personal, and idea selves in your interacting with people, the more easily you will be able to communicate—and the more comfortable you will be with yourself. If an individual does not measure up to their ideal self, he may develop extreme feelings of inferiority, perhaps even an inferiority complex, a sense of complete worthlessness that lasts for his whole life. Both inferiority feelings and the feeling that you are competent to deal with the World take a long time and much practice to develop. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 4

Letting go of my Mind

We do not know how long people have been taking vacations, but we are all for it. The word vacation comes from the Latin vacare, which means to be empty, free from duty, and is also the root of the English word vacant. Vacant has come to have a rather negative meaning in our society—nothing there. This association may indicate that even regarding words, our value system has taught us to think that full is preferable to empty. And that is a pity. Why? Because emptiness can be a very good idea. Sometimes we must empty ourselves of everything in order to make room for something good and full to come in. Those who practice meditation know that one of its goals is to get rid of all extraneous thoughts and feelings, to make room for something new and rich. In our present discussion, we extend this idea to mean that when we vacation, we should empty ourselves of the worries and concerns of the workaday World. If I go on vacation, whether a simple weekend, or a year-long leave, I must want to forget the fatiguing responsibilities and cares of my work.

According to legend, God created the World in just six days, and rested on the seventh—now called the Sabbath. Our English word sabbatical comes from that same root; it is used to refer to educational institutions’’ practice of providing for teachers’ well-being and development by giving them a sabbatical, a year-long leave, once every seven years. A few businesses are beginning to give their employees similar extended periods of time off every few years, with partial or full pay, to provide times of full rest, recuperation, and recharging. We think these companies are wise.   When people take vacations, even if the employees do nothing directly related to their work during this time, they will grow. They will come back to work refreshed and renewed, and they will probably do better, more productive work, plus having a better feeling about working for a company that is concerned with its employees’ mental health. How do you spend your vacations? Many people consider their time off well spent if they can simply relax, read a book, and maybe have the feeling that they are getting away with something simply by doing nothing.

The present moment is freedom. Being in the present moment is sufficient. Such presentness involves a lightness and fluidity in which preoccupations and compulsive adjustments do not pertain. Ryan experienced intense anxiety, which at first could not be clearly associated with life events. When he accepted and released identification with past memories and feelings of hurt and pain, he became strong enough not to be vulnerable. There is often a lack of understanding of the function of wanting and desire.  The way something comes into our life is because we have chosen it. It was the result of our intention, or we made a decision for it. It has come into our life in spite of desire. Intimate relationship promises so, so much, but only delivers what we put into it. This does not mean that it is all work—far from it! Much of what we need to put into it is what we need to extend to the World anyway: our love, our compassion, our integrity, our courage, our yearning for a deeper life. And what a lucid joy it is to enter so fully in consciously shared living—shared heart, shared being, shared evolution—that is everything that arises, no matter how painful, is permitted to further our intimacy.

And what a gift it is to be so close, so deeply attached and bonded, that we cannot get away, for very long, from facing things that we ordinarily would not face at all. Intimate relationship, fully entered into, keeps us on track. Transformation through intimacy. This is described as a moment of presentness of awareness, and as moments in which the usual self-references did not occur. The feeling in the room at such times is one of involvement, as the energy of attending is undistracted and present. There is a perceived quietness, as the automatic thinking and feeling about how to control undesired events, the history of problematic feelings of lack or hurt, and the attempt to rehearse for or anticipate and control future events simply is not occurring.

fghj

The contact between us is succinct, open, and able to verbalize the present awareness that is occurring. The tone of our contact s silent and still, and outwardly calm and receptive. The content of the words being exchanged seemed less important, although the words provided a way to indicate the change was occurring through nonresistance of the present. The structure of self that depended upon the familiar, upon a context for controlling experience and maintaining an image, have been released. One may view such a release as a kind of passing of the familiar. The seeds that have been planted are blossoming in unexpected ways. Such blossoming occurs when there is readiness to release the image of security embedded in self-dialogue, and the preservation of the image associated with being seen favorably by others, and through reflection, by self. When such attempts to maintain security are relinquished and present being is embraced as is, strength becomes evident as the absence of any attempt to maintain self. The moment I saw you walk through those double doors; I felt a strong connection from my heart to yours. When my eyes came upon you, it was as if time stopped. Everything but you and I stood still, and our relationship had become anew.

Everything as is– is Fine and Perfect

Obscenity is a permanent element of human social life and corresponds to a deep requirement of the human mind, or, for all we know to the contrary, of mind generally. It is not confined to any nation or any stage of culture, low or high, savage or civilized. It definitely exists and is recognized among the peoples we often call primitive, and it is joyfully manifested by the greatest men of genius among the higher races. The problems connected with the origin and meaning of obscenity is that the root word “obscene” is the same as that of “obscure.” If we realize this fundamental permanence of obscenity, we are relieved not merely from an ambiguous intellectual problem, but from a troublesome moral task all the more annoying since, as experience has shown, it is a labour in vain. Intellectual discrimination and moral tact remain necessary, but our efforts are no longer bound to be futile when we understand that it is our primary task to revalue obscenity. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 5

cgvhbjnkm,.JPG
The most incessant and undaunted exertions may be shadowed by the veil of obscurity. Such a task has ceased to be meaningless when we remember that we have already gone far in a corresponding task: the revaluation of the sex with which obscenity has so largely been associated or confused. By the obscene we may properly mean what is off the scene and not openly shown on the stage of life. That does not mean, it must be added, on the stage of the theatre, for the theatre has often shown what may not be so openly shown in life—art supplementing life—and alike in the greater dramatists and the lesser dramatists there has often been an element of what is correctly regarded as obscenity. When, indeed, we consider that recognized part which it has played on the most admired stages of the Word it is astonishing that it should be necessary to justify obscenity. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 5

I had a conversation weeks ago with someone about how humans used to like for hundreds of years. This person thought that it would be nice if people can still live as long as Methuselah who died at the age of 969. However, as sad as it is, I can understand why God has shortened our live spans. You look at how innocent many children and young adults are, but as some of them age they become so deceptive, sly, and cunning. If people were allowed to live longer than they do now, with as corrupt as the human population is, could you imagine how much worse the World would be? If people have 969 years to figure out how to hustle other, it would be devastating. You see at the age of 60 how obscene some of these people are and the fact that life is limited might be a blessing. Not saying that all people are bad, but those of you who have dated or done business, you know what I am talking about. You end up meeting more bad people in life than good ones. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 5

vbnm,..JPG

The moral and religious prohibition cannot be invoked against the excremental obscene, for we are here only concerned with custom and taste in a matter in which custom differs from age to age and taste from individual to individual. Obscenity is here associated with ceremonial activities. Some kinds of collective obscene behaviour, in ordinary life usually taboo, are permitted or enjoined on certain occasions, all of social importance, either religious ceremonies or joint economic undertakings. Economics expresses this changing pattern of group life, a conscious community of soul with the World. Economics, seen through soul, is truly a work of art; it is the work of shaping the soul of the World into a community soul. Economic processes re-create the soul process of the body at a new level, the level of constant mobile flow between individual and World. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 5

fdghjkl;.JPG

At this new level the life-forming process of the body become the realm of production; the ever-present process of dying is re-created as the realm of consumption; and from the flow of respiratory action that continually balances life and death comes the economics of supply and demand, profit and interest. The spirit enlivening this new body is the gift of economy, and the soul that makes graces and messes is money. This economics works with the World; it is the medium through which soul is again enlarged to encompass everything. When there is sufficient grounding in and of the present, suffering associated with the continuation of past patterns or associated memories is tolerated, expressed, and released. The possibility arises to recognize one’s being as already always fully present, with past and future understood as projected constructs that are not required to involve attachment. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 5

Reason and Logic are Tools for Fulfillment of Potential

Awareness becomes seemingly split from itself when it conceptualizes a position in here looking out at there and remembers experiences in terms of my pain that I was unable to avoid and my pleasure that I tried to keep. This split is not a really occurring fact, but is an apparent perception constructed attributing location and object-significance to self. An emotional sense of pleasure, for further illustration, associated with bodily experiences, feelings of belonging, or being recognized by others is fit into a self-image. A sense of what constitutes emotional pain may be associated with experiences of rejection, abandonment, rage, neglect, or abuse. The psychological split is healed when pain is neither retained nor defended against psychologically.  Pleasure is neither sought nor rejected.  To assist an individual in understanding the direction in which one might move, in making the decision for a particular direction, and in acting on it requires that the helper understand the obstacles involved. We assume—almost without qualification—that the other will have mixed feelings about getting help. Part of the person wants help and part does not. Part of the person looks forward to coming and part does not. There are no easy answers; there are no pat solutions; there is no great messiah who is going to make everything all right by magic or majesty.

There is no quick or easy way to work through a person’s ambivalence about receiving help. Feelings both of wanting help and resisting help are required to be respected. One may move in the direction of health by integrating experiences that have been avoided, but is fully healthy when rejection and acceptance are not options.  To the helper looking on in another’s life, the direction may be obvious. To the person struggling with his own situation, direction may be far from obvious. The security operations by which one maintains oneself in the face of the demands of the environment are not easily modified. Anxiety has a way of crippling an individual’s ability to respond. The more fully the helper enables the sufferer to clarify conflicts within oneself, resistance to securing help, and hostility against the person trying to help, the easier it will be for everyone involved. Perceptions of lack are investigated, understood as constructed, and resolved when there is neither need for something from outside nor retention of self-image kept inside. One does not add self to World, nor remove self by withdrawing from the World as a result of such an opening.  We have to be sensitive to the World views that others hold. On the level of acceptance, because of the major change in the way we perceive others, we now become aware of the inner innocence behind the frantic, fear-driven struggles that have obscured it in ourselves and in our neighbors, friends, and family.

Negativity which we see in a person or in society is really due to blindness, ignorance, and unconsciousness. This inner innocence, once it is perceived in others, is also perceived in ourselves. All that we did was done because we just did not know any better at the time, we would have done it a different way. It seemed like a good idea at the time, we might say. We see that same blindness operating in others, and we can look past their character defects and see the innocence within. Once we see our innocence, there is an identification with others and a loss of feeling alone and stressed. We are able to see innocence even behind the rashest and apparently undesirable behaviors. We look inside an individual and see the frightened soul that just does not know any better. We are aware that, if provoked, it will surely retaliate. In acceptance, it is possible to forgive our own past, as well as that of others, and to heal past resentment. It is also possible to see the hidden gift in past events about which we have been resentful—including their possible karmic significance. We have to learn to create a different context from which to view the past so we can heal from it. Then we will feel secure about the future and can move on to the levels of love and peace.

Much of man’s character will be found betokened in his backbone. Challenges calls out the warrior in a person, the one who tests, hones, and refines oneself through one’s encounters with difficult or unusual conditions. As uncomfortable as challenge may be for a person, it can also be enlivening and deepening, presenting one with an edge that can bring out the very best in one. Your edge is the experiential zone where you are deepest, most relevant growth happens. It is a domain of both trepidation and excitement, an existential threshold where you have begun to turn toward your fears, your pain, your grief, your shame, and your failings—everything you have kept in your shadow. Such encounters are what bring your edge out into the open.  #RyanPhillippe 1 of 6

cgvbn

Your edge does not have to be a place where meaning gets unraveled and rewoven, where your World undergoes foundational charges, where unsuspected realizations catalyze new directions for you; it can simply be a place where you say no when everyone around you wants to say yes, or where you allow the armoring around your heart to melt. Whatever your edge may be, it is rich with life-giving risk, calling forth the very best from you. It is a marvelous developmental crucible for your true power, an initiatory testing ground that awaits your full-blooded participation, serving your transition into a deeper manhood.  #RyanPhillippe 2 of 6

If it is not a significant challenge, it is not your edge. If it does not require courage, it is not your edge. This does not mean that danger has to be present, but there is definite risk involved, whether it be losing popularity or speaking truths that might radically alter our life direction. Being at your edge does not mean doing things that are foolish, it means something like taking a new job or buying a new house that you can afford. It does not have to be big or ground-shaking, or even noticeable to others; all that matters is that you begin taking it with as little delay as possible once you intuit that it is time to do so.  In courage, there is an overall sense of strength and well-being. #RyanPhillippe 3 of  6

The lifestyle on this magnum level shows a condominium of balance of work, enjoyment, and love. There is not the necessity for over-ambition, but people on the level of courage are capable of considerable energy output if the situation requires it. Because of the letting go of so much negativity, there is a desire and a capacity to love and to have loving relationships. These now assume equal importance with efforts toward survival. There is a vocational security, and in the work area there is concern for the welfare of others. People on this level characteristically state that they want jobs which will be of some benefit to the World. They want to feel that there is more meaning to their job than just a salary.  #RyanPhillippe 4 of 6

We enjoy the experience of harmony. We feel as though events are flowing. We feel secure. We can be of service to others without a feeling of self-sacrifice. There is the feeling that I am okay and so is everyone else around me. One feels like they belong, are connected, loved, and understood. Everything is perfect and beautiful the way it is. The World is to be enjoyed and we should express compassion for others and all living things and the property of others. A human being encounters projections as if realities, attempts to modify experiences to keep the desired and avoid the threatening ones, and continually reinforces the beliefs of inner security and feeling of abundance. When we are in a state of acceptance, we love our friends and family instead of being critical, and we are willing to love them in spite of their limitations, which we willingly overlook. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 6

xfcgvhbjnm,

The way people appear to us from this space is that everyone is actually doing the best they can with what they have at the moment. We see that all of life is evolving towards its perfection, and we are in sync with the laws of the universe and consciousness. In this state we really begin to understand love. Love is a stable state, a permanent condition of a relationship. The source of love is seen to be within ourselves, emanating from our own nature and reaching out to include others. To know your own happiness, and that it is now, nor to leave it to after-reflection to look back upon the preferable past with a heavy and self-accusing heart, that you did not choose it when you might have chosen it, is all that is necessary to complete your felicity.  #RyanPhillippe 6 of 6

Want of Courage is Want of Sense

Prudent people in other’s matters are not always judicious in their own. Understanding oneself requires a break from assumptions that tend to generate a sense of security associated with self-definition, self-structure, and predictable continuity. Healing allows one to know one’s being prior to any attachment to the image of self, and allows acceptance of the loss of any such image and its relations as the discovery of oneself as a while. The object that was imagined as self is merely the assumption of continuity as a center for perception in time and space. You are not the same person that you were ten years ago. Typically, there are attempts to conceptually enhance this current self by seemingly adding to it a sense of value, good qualities, pride in accomplishments, and security or established existence. Healing is an invitation to a wholeness that already is in process. Wholeness does not have to be constructed or manipulated into being a person. A creative and vital theory and practice emerges in which the traumas of human life are not taken as defining of self-nature. One’s true being is what remains with the dissolution of the false self-oriented dichotomies from which human dilemmas develop because it is simply a defensive façade—one which in extreme cases could leave its holders lacking spontaneity and feeling dead and empty, being a mere appearance of being real.

Rather than reifying (making something abstract more concrete or real) a recurring thought about a continuing entity, insight into human nature is seen to be discontinuous, a break with the past. Thus, discontinuities of life are assumed to be moments in which new openness is possible. Rather than trying to regulate life so as to avoid discontinuity and maintain security, challenges to the previously assumed security are taken as significant moments of present learning. When we move forward and allow ourselves to be loved and love others, the continuity of the self as a normalized assumption of suffering is released.   Relationship is now a field of being, and human relations are mischaracterized if considered as exchanges between separated entities—each one is getting something from another, or manipulating another into giving something that required. When I have courage, I can look at my feelings and do not have to be afraid of them; I know I can handle them and take responsibility for them. I am willing to take this risks, to let go of past points of view, which may no longer be useful, and explore new ones; I am willing to be joyous and share my experience with other, as I experience myself as willing and able to be spontaneous, resilient, resourceful, and cheerful. In this state, I can be a contributing member of society.

My courage sometimes is still more in my head than in my head. However, it is often easy to move from any of the lower feelings up to courage merely by affirming our bravery to look at and handle our feelings. The fact that you and I even want to understand our feelings increases our self-esteem. Despite all of the negative programming and despite the fear, courageous people go forward in life, with no guarantee and not even the knowledge that things are going to get better. They just have faith and trust that it will, which increases our self-respect and respect towards others because it removes a sense of entitlement when one knows that they are responsible for their own feelings, and success. If we are willing to put forth the effort, we can obtain what we want. People who are brave are supportive and encouraging of others, and this allows them to be able to give and receive, which keeps them in balance. Brave people give because others are not looked at primarily as a means of help, survival, or support. When we are in a state of courage, we sense our own inner power, strength, and self-worth. We know that we have a capacity to make a difference in the World, not just gain something from it for ourselves. Because of the inner self-confidence, we are much less concerned with security. The emphasis is not on what people have, but upon what they do, and have become. Brave people grow and benefit from new experiences and are able to admit mistakes without indulging in guilt and self-recrimination. We look within ourselves and examine our belief systems, ask questions, and seek new solutions.

The Process of being Scared

Human contact seems desperately important, but many people are constantly annoyed by others because there seems to be a general lack of logic and respect. Many Americans feel entitled and like to be sinister and sarcastic all the time, and they tend to get real comfortable with others, whom they do not really know, and it can create conflict. In some cultures, people are generally serious and do not like to joke around with random people or have people pumping them for information. However, when some are joking around with others and say something rude and the person finally responds in kind, Americans tend to get “scared.” The process of being “scared” is a tactic to label people you do not like as a threat, get others to confirm this and have them removed from their environment. However, the person deemed as a threat may actually not really be threatening in anyway.  #RyanPhillippe 1 of 8

o

Sometimes people feel overwhelmed by unnecessary conversations or gossip. This is why we have education, sports, TV, and music. The purpose is to get people to communicate about things that are of general interest to others. I do not know much about sports, but usually guys talk about sport. I have some general knowledge of different teams and plays and can engage in conversations when require. Even though I am not big on sports, I was raised to work for a corporation and our educators wanted to make sure that we were fluid in the art of conversation because communication is very important. Sometimes people will pull out of a deal because they find the prospect boring. Often times business people want to form relationships with the people they are doing commerce with because they want to know you care about more than just their money.  #RyanPhillippe 2 of 8

cgvhbjkl;

Also, most people do not want to sit around and talk about the same things every day. I live in a high rise building and it is a living hell because the manager just lets the tenants act all wild and talk loud and disrespect others residence and the general public. My dad came to visit me over the weekend, and someone mistook him for me, and told him, “Sir, you are not allowed in this building.” This person who addressed him was a misfit, but he did not attack her appearance, but told her, “Fuck you people and this raggedy ass building. Y’all get on my nerves.” Now other people that live here have had the same complaints. A guest comes to visit them, is greeted by a resident, and jammed up about who they are here to see or what they are doing in this building. You can tell many of these people have never had anything before because they act like this high rises is so exclusive and private beach club.  #RyanPhillippe 3 of 8

Now, these is a group of women who like to cruise the building and feel like it is their job to micromanage other people. You get in the elevator to go to your apartment and they will say hello, and then ask you what you are doing. I mean, clearly, if I am going up in the elevator, I am on my way to my apartment. You really do not need to know any more information. These people sit around and all they do is talking about this apartment building like it is the only thing that exists, and many of them do not seem to have much of a life nor go anywhere. Then they sit outside in huge groups and make loud noises, smoke and drink liquor and scare the people who walk by the building to the point they make sure to avoid the area by going another direction. I kid you not, these people are up from 6am to 3am, outside talking so loudly that people in the houses nearby will yell and tell them to shut up.  #RyanPhillippe 4 of 8

kadee-strickland-secrets-and-lies-main

I used to have to go to bed at 7pm because this man used to wake up at 2am and host summits on the curbside like it the afternoon on a weekend. One night my dad came to visit me and was confronted by the man who sits out in front of the building, as he was trying to call me from the call box on the gate. I guess he did not have his glasses on and could not see well. I am not sure why the management is so unprofessional. However, if you had a car with the horn honking at ungodly hours of the night, and every night, someone would track down the owner or have the car towed away, but yet, it is okay for these people to holler and scream at the tops of their lungs like they lost their minds and the police are never called nor any noise violations filed?  #RyanPhillippe 5 of 8

Screenshot_2016-04-22-15-43-05

I really did not mean to waste my time ranting about these derelict apartment building, but just wanted to point out that people are so sensitive and like to joke around, but do not realize that their jokes and loud talking is also considered offensive. People require space and like to be respected, and some people are serious and do not want to speak to the same people every day, nor hear the same things every day. It can get really hard to when you walk in the door and have to talk to ten people before you get upstairs to your apartment, and that is not normal. I looked at other high rises in the area and never see anyone in the lobbies and they are always quiet. However, this one particular building stands out because it is so loud. I am always tired because I am busy and do not sleep more than four hours a night.  #RyanPhillippe 6 of 8

As we look at all of this, we see that there is a wonderful payoff in return for our willingness to let go of the negative feelings. When I sit with my friends, I find our conversation tend to be more about present experiences and less about past history. I find myself interested in what is here and now, in this moment, rather than trying to piece together a “story” the mind can cling to. Most people, of course prefer a good self-image to a negative self-image, and a good story to a bad story who they are, and what their lives are about. Suffering ends when we are free from taking others stories about us as truth.  When we work without judgment, we work without an agenda. We are not required to fix anyone, or improve anything. There is no one with an agenda of what should happen. #RyanPhillippe 7 of 8

It is possible to love what is here even when the apparent others hate it. This love lets everything be exactly what it is. Its action may need to stop one thing (harm for example) in a given moment, or encourage something else, but not because it is refusing to see what is here. Its action is wise because it does not refuse the moment as it actually is. Keep yourself to yourself. Before you call someone else crazy, perhaps you should tune in to your own mental health and have yourself evaluated. We do not have to create stories to sustain, or stories to deny our experience. Neither do we have to try to be compassionate, or learn to be loving. When each individual has subdued their own spirit, then there will be no war and no other enemies to conquer. #RyanPhillippe 8 of 8

Several scholars have speculated that portrayals of crime and race in the news have contributed to elevated fears of victimization among views. Many news directors, film directors, and celebrities are in fact racist. I grew up in a generation where skin color and culture did not really matter. We just connected with people based on our interest. However, as I have gotten older, I see that racism is really prevalent. At first I could not figure out what was going on, until I talked to my aunt about the things some reporters had been saying about me and doing to me. Then I recalled my history classes, and realized that what I am experiencing is Jim Crow Era racism. Most people my age have learned about it, but never actually seen it take place because it is really outdated and our Civil Rights are supposed to protect us from it.  #RyanPhillippe 1 of 16

For the longest time, as a teen, I shied away from white people because there was a stereotype that all white people are racist and it was not something that I wanted to take a change with. As I got older, my friends grew up and moved me. So I started thinking that maybe white people were just misunderstood? After making friends with a few of them, my opinions have changed. White privilege is real and white men are allowed to get away with things that others cannot. White men are allowed to threaten and physically attack others and not get arrested, vandalize your car, slander you, and stalk you and get away with it. Then when you confront them about it, they flip the script and turn it around on you and say you are the one bothering them. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 16

I used to think Ryan Phillippe was a cool guy until I got to know him, but it turns out he is also very racist. I want to tell you a story about Emmett Till. Emmett Till was an African American, age 14, he supposedly flirted with a white woman, he simply whistled at her and some white men abducted the boy, beat and mutilated him, and then shot him and sunk his body in the Tallahatchie River. Some might be wondering what this has to do with Ryan Phillippe. Well, first of all, I will not confirm nor deny that he is a relative. But he recently moved into my neighborhood and we used to spend time exercising at the same place. For a few months things were going good, but he did something and I wanted nothing more to do with him. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 16

At the time, the man was having problems, his career was failing and he was known in Hollywood as a “Bad boy.” I figured he was just misunderstood and just needed someone to uplift him. So I would write nice things for him and use his pictures to help clean up his reputation and maybe help him get some work. And it worked, he got verified on Instagram, got hired to do a special for PBS, and got a lead role in an upcoming TV series. However, after his life got better and things started going well for him, Ryan started treated me like trash. I have been established in this neighborhood for a while and enjoyed seeing Ryan nearly every day.  I have been talking to this DJ named Ashely Z about my dream date, and sent her a link about it. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 16

Days later, at the usual time, I see Ashley Z and Ryan Phillippe together, and I nearly tripped. So I was just like whatever, and walked home. The next day Ashley Z was lying and telling people I followed them and Ryan said I scare him. Now just so you get some background, Ryan has actually been to my apartment and was looking in my window to see if I was home, my neighbor saw him and said something to him, and he hung around a while. My hair was a mess, and I figured by the time I brushed it and went outside, he would be gone, and I am not going out with messy hair, so I just laid and bed and watched him, until he left. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 16

Then Ryan stopped exercising. And days would go by without seeing him. I have been very cautious around him and give him his space because I do not really trust him nor know what he wants. So one day I was out, and here he comes. I was about to cross the street and walk on the shady side, but I did not want him to say I was stalking him because from my experience, some white guys act like females and do that kind of stuff, so I kept going my direction. Then I turned around to look back and he just ran away. So anyway, Ryan is working with NBC Universal, and I went through this same situation with one of their reporters, Kenny Holmes.  #RyanPhillippe 6 of 16

Kenny Holmes had spent years following me around and calling me names online for no reason, he even asked me to buy him Air Jordans for his birthday and I did. Then next thing I know, I get a letter from NBC Universal, and they threatened to have me arrested and sue me for stalking Kenny Holmes. Now this is where it gets interesting. My sister brings a guy home, and guess who it is, none other than Kenny Holmes. Kenny also was hanging out at my aunt’s house, and he was not allowed in my parents’ house, so he spent the weekend sleeping in the car in front of our house. So that let me see that certain people can lie and manipulate the law, and that is why I kept my distance from Ryan Phillippe.  #RyanPhillippe 7 of 16

I kind of figure that Ryan was up to no good and although he asked me to write for him, after I did not want to, I would spend 10 hours a day promoting him. This is not something that I really wanted to do. Then one day I saw Ryan and he was waving at me and signaled me to come over to him and he was smiling, I knew something was wrong and remembered the experience I had with Kenny Holmes, celebrities and reporters are above the law, and me being just a regular guy, no one is going to believe a reporter or celebrity was stalking me. So I ignored Ryan and walked away. So basically, these NBC Universal employees are coming into my environment, getting me to notice them, and then after a year or so, they pull away. #RyanPhillippe 8 of 16

xfcgvhbjnm,

The idea is that after you bond with someone and they come into your space, you will do the same to them. However, the catch is, they are bating me to make it look like I am obsessed so they can call the police and have me arrested.  Ryan is trying to play the role of the white woman, and I am supposed to be Emmet Till and the police are supposed to lynch me. So I did not appreciate this Jim Crow racism, and others have noticed what Ryan is doing, from the CHP to the police to the media, and he is on camera. So yesterday, I went to his building and knocked on the door to talk to him, and some white man comes out and tells me, “We don’t want your kind around here.”  #RyanPhillippe 9 of 16

So basically, this dude, Ryan Phillippe, used me for a year to promote his name and image and then dumped me and tried to make it look like I was obsessed with him to get me in trouble. I have not done anything, nor am in any trouble, but I really did not appreciate being used like that because typing hurts my back, but Ryan said that he was petitioning to stay here and needed all of those pictures and links you have been seeing. So if you have seen me blowing up at him online, now you know why. The thing with Ashely Z was a plot to get me to go off on them in public so they could call the police and have me arrested, but I walked away and said nothing. #RyanPhillippe 10 of 16

So my view of white men in particular has changed. Ryan Phillippe, and Kenny Holmes are acting like females and picking a problem with me. I am so offended that this man used me like this, and then tried to hang me out to dry once he got a role in a TV show. And the way these white people did me really upsets me. I have gone from thinking white people are misunderstood to thinking they provoke problems and drama for fun and are evil. Why would you do this to someone who has not even had a chance to start a career and you guys are prestigious, and have had many jobs. I think it is horrible that whites target blacks and try to ruin them before they even get started. #RyanPhillippe 11 of 16

I do not think all white people are bad, but I no longer look at them as kind people, with good hair and pretty eyes. I look at them with some apprehension now. I still think there are good people in every culture, but you know, usually with black guys, they do not play games with other guys like they are an endangered female. Black men tend to be more vocal and reasonable. They are not trying to spend years playing games with one to set that person us to get in trouble. I am not bitter towards whites, I think many of you are good people, but wanted to express this so you guys know what is going on. I have met some very cool white people, one guy even changed my tire for me because I did not know how. However, I think racism is unnecessary and needs to be addressed.  #RyanPhillippe 12 of 16

And with Ryan I really wanted to rebuild his image and make him likeable, like and American suburban dad. I wanted him to sound intelligent and share his experiences about life and actin. I know you have heard me so some very good things about him over the year, but also some very bad things. And what he is doing is actually hurting his career. People do not want to hire him, nor work with him, and he even recently got cut out of a movie with Amy Schumer because word is getting around about what he is doing. Now you guys, if you want racism to end and people to like your culture, it is hard to do what you have people who hurt others for fun. And I know whites that grow up in black neighborhoods have bad experiences with blacks frequently, it goes both ways.  #RyanPhillippe 13 of 16

cgvhbnm,.

However, I think it is sad that blacks who are mixed with white are ashamed of it and do not want to claim it because they are rejected by whites, called the N word, or told they are trying to be white, so they only identify as black. And then some white people actually get offended that blacks who are mixed with white do not claim it. It hurts the feelings of some people that we reject their culture, part of who we are because we are not strong enough to deal with racism and be proud of the full person we are. I am sorry if I offended anyone, I know I went off, but I really wanted to confront Ryan about what he was doing, but just like a scary woman, he is hiding out and will not talk. I used to think the World of him.  #RyanPhillippe  14 of 16

And I would not even say Ryan is stalking me, we live in the same neighborhood and shared many good times together, but he did somethings that really hurt me.  And at any moment, because of what his coworker did, who married my family member, I could get in trouble. So I have to be very cautious with him. And it is not fair after all the free promotion, he flipped the script and started acting a trifling, sadity female. So I am taking a break from writing, I know you all hear about what has been going on and how I basically keep getting exploited and treated like a slave by newstations and now Ryan. Ryan clearly is a troubled man.  There is a reason he fell off. I think he got mixed up with the wrong crowd. On a side note, if you are a fan of Ryan and on Instagram, check out “OfficialRyanPhillippeFanPage” is the best one out there. “UltimatePhillippe” is a poor choice for a fan page. And officially, the media is out of control and seem to get away with anything and do not have to answer to anyone.  #RyanPhillippe 15 of 16

However, in his defense, Ryan and I have had some people problems because people, mostly reporters, are always calling him, like every day saying that had sex with me and really have not. I have not engaged in sex. I am celibate. They also say other things, too. I just think he should be more mature and talk to me about what he is hearing and his expectations. People are even pulling up pictures from high school and telling him I am dating these people, and those pictures are years old. So we are both being manipulated. They even have people walk by his house with women, and the guys are dressed like me and they tell him I was out with women or guys knowing that they are lying to upset him. So until something is done to make up for what you guys have put me through and I get respect, I am taking a break. Things were going so well until people found out where we were hanging out and started coming over there to cause problems. You guys have all this power and privilege, but want to harass and oppress others and break the law. Life is just so precious, kiss and hug the ones you love. If you need to reach out to me, please do you. Peace. #RyanPhillippe 16 of 16

Taking a Break

Taking an extended period of time away.  Thank Ryan Phillippe and NBC UNIVERSAL.
