Take Pride in Your Work and You Will be Successful

Sometimes individuals have jobs that lack challenge and variety, but everyone likes a career that satisfies our requirement for novelty and achievement. In situations like these, one is required to expend additional psychic energy to reap the desired benefits. Without some effort, a dull job will stay dull. The basic solution is quite simple, it involved paying close attention to each step involved in the job, and then asking: Is this step necessary? Who needs it? If it is really necessary, can it be done better, faster, more efficiently? What additional steps could make my contribution more valuable? #RandolphHarris 1 of 10

Our attitude to work usually involves spending a lot of effort trying to cut corners and do as little as possible. However, that is a short-sighted strategy. If one spent the same amount of attention trying to find ways to accomplish more on the job, one would enjoy working more—and probably be more successful at it, too. The pressure to perform can easily generate shame, and the presence of shame makes it harder to adequately perform which just catalyzes more shame. Part of what is required here is to know the particular origins of the pressure to perform. #RandolphHarris 2 of 10

Even some of the most important discoveries come about when scientist, paying attention to a routine process, notices something new and unusual that is required to be explained. Wilhelm C. Roentgen discovered radiation when he noticed that some photographic negatives showed signs of being exposed even in the absence of light; Alexander Fleming discovered penicillin when he noticed that bacterial cultures were less dense on dishes that had not been cleaned and were moldy; Rosalyn Yalow discovered the radioimmunoassay technique after she noticed that diabetics absorbed insulin slower than normal patients, instead of faster, as it had been assumed. #RandolphHarris 3 of 10

In all these cases—and the records of science are full of similar one—a humdrum event is transformed into a major discovery that changes the way we live because someone paid more attention to it than the situation seemed to require. If Archimedes, lowering himself into the bath, had only thought, “Darn, I got the floor wet again, what will the missus say?” humankind might have had to wait another few hundred years to understand the principle of fluid displacement. #RandolphHarris 4 of 10

As Rosalyn Yalow describes her own experience: “Something comes up, and you recognize that it has happened.” Sounds simple, but most of us are usually too distracted to recognize when something happens. As minute changes can result in great discoveries, so small adjustments can turn a routine job, one dreads, into a professional performance one can look forward to with anticipation each morning. #RandolphHarris 5 of 10

First, one must pay attention so as to understand thoroughly what is ha ppening is the only way to do the job; then one is required to entertain alternatives and to experiment with them until a better way is found. When employees are promoted to more challenging positions, it usually is because they followed these steps in their previous jobs. However, even if no one else notices, the worker who uses psychic energy this way will have a more satisfying job. #RandolphHarris 6 of 10

One of the clearest examples I have ever seen was when I did research in a factory where audiovisual equipment was being assembled on a production line. Most of the workers on the line were bored and looked down on their job as something beneath them. Then I met Matthew, who had a completely different take on what he was doing. He actually thought his job was difficult, and that it took a great skill to do it. It turned out he was right. Although he had to do the same job as everyone else, he had trained himself to do it with the economy and the elegance of a master. #RandolphHarris 7 of 10

About four hundred times a day, a movie camera would stop at his station, and Matthew had forty-three seconds to check out whether the sound system met specifications. Over a period of years, experimenting with tools and patterns of motion, he had been able to reduce the average time it took him to check each camera to twenty-eight seconds. He was as proud of this accomplishment as an Olympic athlete would be if, after the same number of years spent preparing, he could break the forty-four second mark in the 400-meter sprint. #RandolphHarris 8 of 10

Matthew did not get a medal for his achievement, and reducing the time to go his job did not improve production, because the line still kept moving at the same old speed. However, he loved the exhilaration of using his skills fully: “It is better than anything else—a whole lot better than watching TV.” And because he sensed that he was getting close to his limit in the present job, he was taking evening courses for a diploma that would open up new options for him in electronic engineering. #RandolphHarris 9 of 10

It will come as no surprise that the same type of approach is required for solving the problem of stress at work, since stress is detrimental to achieving flow. In common usage, the work stress applies both to the tensions we feel, and to its external causes. This ambiguity leads to the erroneous assumption that external stress must be inevitably result in psychic discomfort. However, here again, there is no one-to-one relations between the objective and the subjective; external stress (which to avoid confusion we might call strain) need not lead to negative experiences. It is true that people feel anxious when they perceive the challenges and skills rests on a subjective evaluation that is amenable to change. #RandolphHarris 10 of 10

Friendship is an Affection of Earth

Dreams were with her the true realities; externals she accepted as other people accepted dreams—with difference. Visions are so wonderful that some people stop short of ascribing them directly to Heaven. The higher the intelligence, the more faith, and the less credulity: Paris rejects more than we, but outbelievers us all. Paris has a more comprehensive view of the moon, than the man in the moon himself. At school, friendship is a passion. It entrances the being; it tears the heart. All loves of after life can never bring its rapture, or its wretchedness; no bliss so absorbing, no pangs of jealousy or despair so crushing and so keen! There are jilts in friendship as well as in love; and, by the behavior of some people in both, one would almost imagine that they industriously sought to gain the affections of others with a view only of making the parties miserable. A treacherous friend is the most dangerous enemy. Friendship makes us warmly espouse the interest of others; but it is very cold to the gratification of their passions. Perhaps the most delightful friendships are those in which there is much agreement, much disputation, and yet more personal liking. That new sense which is the gift of sorrow,–that susceptibility to the bare offices of humanity which raises them into a bond of loving fellowship, as to haggard men among the icebergs the mere presence of an ordinary comrade stirs the deep fountains of affections. The beauty and loveliness of friendship is too strong for dim eyes. It is the fate of most people who mingle with the World, and attain even the prime of life, to make many real friends, and lose them in the course of nature. It is the fate of all authors or chroniclers to create imaginary friends, and lose them in the course of art.

Every person’s his own friend, except sometimes some people are nobody’s enemies but their own. True friendship disregards selfish considerations, and rather risks to offend by endeavoring to serve, than aims to please by concurring in what is injurious. Friends must be used as the musicians tune their strings, who finding them in a discord, do not break them, but either by intention or remission, frame them to a pleasant consent: or as riders handle their young colts, who finding them wild and untractable, bring them to a good pace, with a gentle rein, not with a sharp spur, or as the Scythians ruled their slaves not with cruel weapons but with the shew of small whips. The same may be said of friendship at first sight as of love at first sight as of love at first sight: it is the only true one, the only noble one. It bespeaks confidence. Who would go sounding his way into love or friendship, like a strange ship by night, into an enemy’s harbor? Love may do much, but friendship shall do wonders; friendship, the nobler passion of the mind, born with the heart, must still with that survive, when love, the silly baby of the fancy, can be no more. Much less pleasure in being the master of acres than the friend of one. Generosity will not surely permit a worthy mind to doubt of its honorable and beneficent intentions: much less will it allow itself to shock, to offend any one; and, least of all, a person thrown by adversity, mishap, or accident, into its protection. It is the proud consciousness of certain qualities that it cannot reveal to the everyday World that gives to genius that shy, and reserved, and trouble air, which puzzles and flatters you when you encounter it.

Call Me When the Cross Turns Over

Love and friendship know nothing of justice. The value of love is that it overlooks faults, and forgives even crimes. The World imagines those to be at our nature’s depths who are impudent enough to expose its muddy shallows. The dredging of natures is the miry form of art. Analytical psychology is an approach to studying mental health and personality development by investigating consciousness and unconscious processes. Personal development involves a process of individuation, growth as an individual, in which each person can better understand both themselves and aspects of a universal level of the subliminal cognitive state. Many of us are on a noble quest. We spend each moment of every waking hour focused and reflecting on mystery we are trying to solve. Life is about trying to protect the peace the community after an intrusion by outside forces, which we are not akin to. The person who is very determined and on a righteous journey, in the midst of the chaos and deceptions around one is a person who is connected with God, and this allows us to remain strong and peaceful.

Individuation refers to the effort to become a fully human person and to grow into full consciousness. The process of becoming fully human and totally conscious is to understand the good, bad, light and darkness, and it is not an easy choice. The journey to individuation is a lifetime journey. Some people choose to protect their compassion nature with cynicism and apathy because they do not want to feel vulnerable nor uncertain. It is by far more easy for people to pretend like they do not care than to face heartbreak or disappointment. Some people put up barriers because they feel threatened by potential rejection and want to live a painless life. However, by blocking people out who care about you, not only are you hurting them, but you are also hurting yourself. No matter what, life is fluid and while you may think you have a person where you want them, you may lose them while you are not looking. A lot like parking your car in a lot and leaving it unattended. You think it is secure because it has an alarm system, you are constantly watching it, but if someone wants it, they will find a way to get it from you.

When people lose things they care about because they did not cherish them, a feeling of revenge starts to brew, and while they thought they were protecting themselves, they really start to feel the pain of loss, and this can turn into a vengeful rage. Your shadow represents the individual’s discordant desires, instincts, or shortcomings. This is why we are facing so many shootings and violence, people are living fake lives and hurting inside. On Wednesday, 2 December 2015, in San Bernardino, California, USA one to three suspects committed a massacre, killing more than 20 people at the Inland Regional Center, a facility that cares for people with developmental disabilities. This shows you that no targets are off limits, people are killing anyone they want without any regard. Because the conscious ego can only know itself, the contents of the mind and the dark shadows residing inside are unknown to others. Mass shooters are no longer adapting to the outer reality that we all share, but rather to an inner reality. They have a split with reality because there are elements of themselves that are forgotten, repressed, or ignored. To avoid these type of situations, we need to be kind to people and accept others for who they are. We have to learn to surrender, relinquishing part of our own desires and be guided by God to care for others who are having hard times.

We have to learn to train our mind, body, and spirit to be disciplined. In life, everyone faces trials, and just because some are smiling and happy, it does not mean that their life is better than yours, it simply means they are better able to control their emotions. While some people take relationships for granted and are running around trying to get attention and be popular, their loved ones may be in the process of letting going and moving on. A person should contemplative as the spirit converse and assimilates with the unconscious. As one progresses through individuation, actions may change, as the body now acts in congruence with the mind and spirit. When you recognize distressing feelings, the first step is to acknowledge them. If you remain in denial or in a one sided relationship, you will remain discontented and ignorant for the rest of your life. Being alone and uncertain of your future can be a painful and frightening experience, but remember to walk in faith and not by sight. Before examining our own hidden qualities, we may be in complete denial of our shadow elements, yet what we deny in ourselves can often easily be spotted in others. A person may despise another’s quick temper while at the same time fervently suppressing a wish to respond with anger.

The first step in making the acquaintance of a person’s own shadow is admitting that the scary, annoying, or irritating qualities found in others are often the qualities in that individual that evoke the very same responses. For example, if you are dating someone who is in their 40s, who is still going out to nightclubs and trying to be hip, you may despise that aspect of them and you need to eradicate that person from your life. Staying in unhealthy situations disavowals one’s own characteristics and it may be dangerous. The more you suppress yourself, the more darkness and unhappiness grows inside of you, and it will take over your life entirely. The goal in life is to develop a reciprocal relationship. Everyone knows when you are in your 40s, you are too old to be going to nightclubs and trying to look cool. So if you are dating someone, who is older than you, and this is how they behave, break it off and enjoy life so you do not end up like them. Art may disguise complexions, but never improve them. Sometimes people are placed in our lives so we can see what we do not want to become. This shadow holds a message that it may be wise for you to heed. These are messages that may come from your subconscious content, particularly if the vision includes a character that is the same gender as the person with the vision. By paying attention to the message, or the vision, the encounter with the shadow becomes collaborative, rather than hostile in nature.

As unbelievable as it may sound, this shadow is still part of you. You should accept it, attune to it, guide it, and control it. Be mindful, strive to stay mindful and aware of anger and other shadowy feelings, as well as paying attention to your thoughts. Sometimes you go through a lot of the same type of relationships to help you grow. On the path to individuation, a person examines events are meaningful expressions of the collective unconscious. So, let me take that back, if you are dating someone who is immature, as long as they are not harming you or taking anything from you, allow them to be in your life. This could be your spirit testing you to see if you can hang on when things get rough. Let them think they are still the love of your life, and when someone else comes on, they will realize you have left them in the shadows. We have the innate capacity to walk a path through the park that leads us to our true selves. We gather strength from every situation, and allow this to bring you peace, balance, and wholeness, but to benefit from this wisdom, we must first learn to feel the variety of emotions. It is amazing, when you change the way you look at people, and start looking out for them, it is impressive how much better they treat you.

Secrets and Lies–Make Your Stories Sell!

He who is in the clutches of the law may think himself lucky if he escapes with the loss of his tail. Nature has created inequalities in men and things, and, as human institutions are intended to prevent the strong from oppressing marginalized members of the human population, ergo, the laws should encourage natural inequalities as a legitimate consequence. Secrets and Lies incorporates subliminal angles of the human psyche—obsessions some aspire to conceal, wickedness many refuse to admit. Detective Cornell acts as a malevolent force to Ben Crawford throughout the mini-series, representing the seduction of evil and the fear and torment within Ben Crawford. Once she realizes that Ben is out there, Detective Cornell becomes compelled with finding him and making him pay for a crime he did not commit, allowing the criminal to walk free, so she can inflict the venom of evil into his soul and turn him into a villain before the eyes of the community. detective Cornell knows Ben Crawford is innocent and feels culpability for the part she played in ceasing a man who has already suffered a tragic lose, and destroying his home, family, career, and life. As long as Ben continues to remain free, not only is it a constant reminder that law enforcement and community members tortured and persecuted and innocent man, but it also leaves the city and aggressors with criminal liability and possibly civil liability as well, and they all regret the decisions they made. However, the thugs keep profiling and trying to convict Ben Crawford because they feel if they can just convince themselves, and others that he is bad, it will remove any guilt or liability they have. However, what is done in secret will be brought to the light. So, detective Cornell and the community obsessively purses Ben Crawford. Detective Cornell probably projects her rage and frustration onto Ben Crawford for other things she has done in the past. Ben Crawford and detective Cornell are opposites, he has the World to live for, he is whole and complete and loved, but detective Cornell has committed some egregious sins, and is cold, fragmented, and lost. However, this villain, detective Cornell helps to bring out the hero in Ben Crawford, the audience sees his true qualities of love, compassion, strength, and perseverance, and he grows in the process—David and Goliath, a biblical example.

Although detective initially appears as an evil villain, there comes a turning point where she realizes that she is wrong and that they are putting Ben Crawford’s life in danger. She realizes that they are no better than ISIS and the people who attacked Paris, France, and takes a real interest in “helping” him. The innocents, determination, and compassion that Ben Crawford conveys, allows Ben Crawford to bring out the true detective in Cornell, to fight her way back to being a righteous detective. Yet, detective Cornell’s rage is one of her more enduring characteristics. She is constantly harassing and stalking Ben Crawford and using her job as an investigator to justify her actions, she allows people to interrogate him to see how she can twist and mangle his words, making him look like he committed a murder, even though her constant profiling of Ben has almost gotten him killed twice. However, sometime detective Cornell feels guilty about the ferocity of the evil she inflicts Ben Crawford and his family. Detective Cornell takes extreme measures to judiciously project her anger onto Ben Crawford by expending immeasurable city resources to try and wrongly convict him, at the expense of taxpayers and potentially putting other members of the community in danger. The resources used to make Ben Crawford look guilty could have been used to hire more law enforcement to protect others and pay unfunded pensions. However, detective Cornell’s interactions with Ben Crawford are slowly changing, she is no longer blaming him for her short comings, but instead feels a sadness and tries to connect with him and even protect him by letting him know his life is in danger. Detective Cornell desperately wants Ben Crawford to be saved, and her ability for good surpasses her ever-present anger and frustration. We see detective Cornell reach a point of clarity as she now is trying to save Ben Crawford.

Through the mini-series of Secrets and Lies, we see that people want to disrupt Ben Crawford’s life, and detract him, with strict authority, to slow down his accelerating movement to adulthood. Ben is accused of murder to keep him from growing and expanding beyond this sadistic cult in the small town. They want Ben to stay suppressed and small. However, Ben Crawford is a force of youthful heroism and is oblivious to danger. While the rest of the community is constantly acting, but rarely thinking about the repercussions of their actions. It becomes more and more easy for the audience to relate to Ben Crawford because we see he is righteous, and the rest of the community, and law enforcement are looked at as the bad guys. They see one person struggling, and instead of helping him, they attack him, without even knowing the facts. Not everyone can relate to Ben Crawford’s desire for justice, or his role as an empathetic hero, nor detective Cornell’s journey for domination and force to salvation. This is a story of good and evil and is meant to open the mind and show people that pack mentality is wrong and often times dangerous. Get your facts straight before acting on your limited vision, releasing your fear and frustration onto others. Unauthorized and abhorrent thoughts will sometime invade the best human heart. Remember, we live in a World, were an African American woman, Rosa Parks, was arrested because she refused to move to the back of the bus and let a Caucasian man have her seat. Now Rosa Parks is a legendary hero for calling attention to civil rights. By standing up for herself, Rosa Parks has protected countless lives from being wrongly stalked and harassed by law enforcement like our hero Ben Crawford is done in Secrets and Lies.

Nothing is Surer [than] the Heart

Our hearts are often larger than our wills. There are those who like not to be detected in the possession of the heart. Can you feel pain and suffering? Most people can feel pain, so why is it that many like to hurt others instead of making them feel loved and accepted? When people are apparently being tortured others marvel at how well they endure the suffering, and to justify the inhuman behavior, some might convince themselves that other members of the human population are not human, or they do not have a soul, and because of that it is okay to abuse them. And if these beings are soulless, the abuser believes the creature does not deserve any consideration when it comes to how it is being treated. Many of us are but sorry hosts to ourselves. Some hearts are hermits.

Some people live lives that are not their choice and have to deal with unbelievable circumstances. And everyone they interact with, consistently, is not necessarily nice to them. They live isolated lives and are working hard to overcome their burdens. Some of these people who are striving to be successful have worked hard than many you know and they invest every dime of their saving into their business, without know if it will ever be successful. Every time they make a purchase for themselves, it kind of makes them depressed. You cannot always decide for yourself whether your own heart is cold or warm. So it is important to be loving, kind, considerate, and humble to everyone you meet.

Some people have goals that are independent of their culture, and as a result they may face shame; amusement; feelings of superiority, annoyance, ambition; and aims of self-preservation and increasing power. These people are capable of intelligence, goals, emotions, and pain. And they also care about other people and the environment. However, it seems no one cares about these extremely motivated people, even though they display enormous care, love, and loyalty towards others. When others are hurt, extremely motivated people are disturbed, shocked, and depressed by these maladaptive behaviors. The first mistaken impulse of an undisciplined heart.

However, when the tables are turned, and these highly motivated people are punched, strangled, and hit in the head no one seems to care, and this can trigger deep psychological reactions in the participants that makes them feel like they are toys, not human, or somehow less valuable. Extremely motivated people are highly evolved or have been very well educated. They think more deeply and deliberatively. Often times watching scary movies disturbs them because they care about the feelings of the people in the film, and think to themselves, “This could be real, look at how good the emotions are, they are better actors in this film, than most people are in real life.” Their brains react to stimuli the same way it would if the events were actually happening in front of them.

Yet, many people tend to keep these highly motivated people at somewhat of a distance, they hold back from them as if they are not human. As a result, they live in casual abandonment, and this makes them have excessive worry and fear; because of that no one ever really gets to know them. When they are hurt, the general public seems to display laughter and joy, not the horror of injury or death. It is as if people think, “We do not care about them so it is okay to hurt and kill them.” When these outsiders are on the edge and others think they may be contemplating suicide, groups of people are more likely to bait them or try to hurt them so they destroy themselves. Nonetheless, research indicates the people actually like the pictures of these non-human, fake people, more than real humans. Overall, these fake people are not disliked more than others, nor do they appear to be very realistic, but there is something about their genetic code that drives some people crazy.

Because of the way they are treated, these highly motivated people feel more anonymous, some wear sunglasses all the time, or tend to avoid large crowds. However, they are easier to kill, and it is easier for people to watch them being killed, but no one will march or put on demonstrations for them. Scientist say this is because they keep their faces partially covered and you do not see them often so you have no idea they are suffering. You cannot see their emotions and typically see no bruises nor broken bones, and they appear to be happy, so it does not register to others that these fake humans are being hurt and feel pain. These fake humans are not out in public hollering and screaming, nor do they fight with others.

So the question is, how do we make people care about these toy humans? Why should they be mistreated? Well, some think that if we push religion and more people learn to believe in God that it will foster more concern for people that are looked at as outsiders. Blessed are those who have regard for those who are delicate; the LORD delivers us in times of trouble. The LORD will protect you and preserve your life; God will bless you in the land, and not surrender you to the desire of your foes. The LORD will sustain you on your sickbed and restore you from your bed of infirmary. God knows the secrets of the heart. I do not know what heart means. I sometimes fancy that it is a talent for getting into debt, and running away with other men’s wives.

Where did you People get this Wisdom and these Miraculous Powers?

Fieldwork is a hallmark of journalism. Living with men, women and children—experiencing their work, social patterns, thoughts, and values—is one of the characteristics that often distinguishes our approach from that of other social sciences. Journalism is currently coming out of an era of hiring people not based on talent, but because of whom they are and who they know, which actually took away the credibility and academic focus of the news. In other words, the television news is moving back to the former model, where people were hired because of their skills, credentials and talents. This will actually improve the quality of news and reporters that come across your screen. Because hiring based on nepotism, established priorities and limited the availability of trained journalist and researchers. Although many reporters have emphasized the nation’s desire to drive toward modernization, some government leaders (Jerry Brown of California) still express concern about the possible emergence of a scholarly elite media, committed to challenging the present political direction of California. However, journalism cannot be separated from politics, and its impact on living and non-animated objects. Needless to say, questions of objectivity, in the development and utilization of knowledge, are raised in the United States of America, and other countries, too. A well-known example, in America, is the heated debated carried on by members of various newsrooms, and financial societies, on the role of retirement and pensions. The dollar lost 92 percent of its purchasing power, after World War II (1945) to the 2015. Therefore, the federal government’s recent policies are focusing only on current employment, and are crippling many retirees.

When you retire, your income is fixed, which means it does not really change, you have a set amount of money to live off of, until your body and mind retires. Therefore, skyrocketing prices of food, housing, clothes, and energy really hurt those who are retired, and they do not drive much, so do not really notice a reduction in fuel cost. Not only that, but the federal guarantee program, for private pensions, plans is running a $62 billion deficit, with many multi-employer pension funds expected to go bankrupt in the next ten years, and this will put many retirees at risk, and will soon wipe out much of the savings of millions of people in America. Keep in mind the Federal government is only funded through 2015 September 15, and then it runs the risk of shutting down. As a result, Administrations may be forced to print and distribute trillions of dollars in fiat currency over the next decade, which could lead to hyperinflation. Although Earthquakes can wreak much havoc, on a society, much like the billion dollar Napa Earthquake of 2014 August 24, they have the beneficial byproduct of providing much useful data for seismologist. The data can then illuminate theories, and help society predict and deal with future threats. Similarly, hyperinflations offer monetary economist a natural experiment they can use to study the changes in the money supply and price level of the economy. Hyperinflation is a situation where the inflation exceeds 50 percent per month. This means that the price level will increase more than 100-fold over the course of a year. Therefore, when the central bank increases the money supply rapidly, the result is a high rate of inflation. So basically, in 2015, car may cost $45,000.00, but with hyperinflation, it would cost $4,500,000.00 the next year. However, wages and transfer payments will no keep up. For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them, reports Jesus Christ.

Developing countries, like America, could improve their standard of living without succumbing to the myriad of problems that come with expanding urbanization. Including its attendant dislocation and unemployment, heavy industrialization, with its heightened exploitation of the rural sector; increased economic dependence on outside capital, with the all-too-frequent inflationary spiral that accompanies it. The only way to improve life, and avoid hyperinflation is by not having money be the focus of your life.Yes, you still need to work, and pay bills, but learn to trade, save and enjoy free aspects of life. What I mean buy that is if you have a friend who knows how to paint, and you are an accountant, maybe they can paint your house and you do their taxes. That was you are not adding to hyperinflation by using fiat currency. Another thing you could do is stop buying cars, and technology (phones) unless you really need them. Yes, you have an extra hundred dollars, but the goal is to live life debt free. Pay off your debts and only buy what you need. You can also take a brown bag lunch to work, and eat outside with your co-workers and friends. The less debt you make, the better off you are. I will be honest; I think the community is improving vastly. Everyone, no matter race, culture, gender, or creed seems to be comfortable, happy or contempt. They are all getting along well, and respecting each other, and it is so nice. Not to mention, the city is beautiful. You walk into the stores, like Safeway, and they treated you like an honored guest. Men open doors for women, and people go to the park to just sit down and read books. I am completely overwhelmed by the transformation of the city of Sacramento going back to its former glory. People come here and it is so peaceful they think it is a ghost town.

There are a lot of breathtaking sights, and the educational institutions have some of the best perspective students, teachers, administrators, and other participants. Cosumnes River College is a great school. I know a lot of people try to make people feel ashamed to go to a junior college by saying it is for low income students, or people who are not too serious, but that is just to discount the value of your experience and education. However, blessed are your eyes because they see and your ears because they hear. For I tell you the truth, many students and professors longed to see what you see, but did not see it, and to hear what you hear, but did not hear it. Listen then to what the parable of this paragraph means. I have gone to college in China, and at Cosumnes River College, and at Sac State and even taken a class at University of Irvine, and the UCI, CRC and Beijing Language and Culture University off a very similar style of education. They want to make sure you are prepared for an Ivy League education. Junior colleges actually get compliments about how well prepared their students are and how they actually read the books from cover to cover and actively participate in lectures. The good men and women bring out the good that is stored in them. Behind me is infinite power. Before me is endless possibility. Around me is boundless opportunity. Why should I fear? A career is only one of the major challenges of adulthood; we will focus more on that later. However, I wanted to get back to the economy and tell you, do not let it stress you out, nor worry too much. Do your best to make money, cut unnecessary expenses and save money. The Earth has been around for 5 billion years, and people used to life off the land for free.

As long as the Earth is spinning, human life will go on. Instead of focusing on what someone does for a living or how much they make, get to know them as a person. Find out what they like, what they watched on TV and why they liked it. What are their hobbies, you know, really try to connect with people. Also, you may even want to get a book about communication or appropriate things to say at the water cooler. Also, remember, no one likes to feel bad or be made fun of. Park the sarcasm and move on. We are all trying to break out of a seriously flawed life structure, and 2015 is about starting over and being happy and peaceful. We are trying to rebuild the last 13 years. The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went out and sold all he had and bought that field. Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it. Once again, the kingdom of Heaven is like a net that was let down into the Sacramento River and caught all kinds of fish. When it was full, the fisherman pulled it on the shore. Then they sat down and collected the good fish in baskets, but threw the bad away. This is how it will be at the end of age, and that is why I am telling you not to worry so much about money, fait currency and finances. Do your best, but do not worry because the angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw the unlovely into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Have you understood all of these things?
