No one personified rhythm and blues like the Princess of R&B, Aaliyah Haughton. She was recognized as a singer and film and fashion icon. Aaliyah lived her music, it was about her life. Aaliyah had a soothing and appealing voice, which conveyed the depths of her heart and experiences of her life. She revealed situations so many could relate to, some even thought the songs were about them. Aaliyah was also considered a sociologist and academic, she earned a 4.0 in school and studied culture. Aaliyah’s music was grounded in American musical tradition, which is a blend of many cultures, and there is something that appeals to everyone. She was a delicate woman. Aaliyah’s warmest and most enduring relationship was the her future husband Damon Dash. Aaliyah was sweet and loyal, and one of them most beautiful women in the World. She was also helpful, generous and compassionate. When famous Hollywood producer Joel Silver came knocking at her door, Aaliyah could not resist going to the Silver screen. She made films such as Romeo Must Die and Queen of the Damned. Aaliyah selected to star in a number of successful films including: Honey, Sparkle, and several other films, which she did not have time to complete. Although she was devoting much of her later life to her movie career, Aaliyah was simultaneously still recording music, making artistic videos and touring the World to promote her album. Our manners and customs go for more in life than our qualities. Friendship, like love, is the child of sympathy, not of complaint. Happiness must be something solid and permanent, without fear and without certainty, and honesty is a great advantage.  This season marks the 83rd Annual State Capitol Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, which will take place on Tuesday, 2 December 2014, at 4:30 p.m., on the West Steps of the State Capitol. The event is open to the public.  The beautiful Christmas tree will be dressed by nearly 10,000 ultra-low wattage LED lights, and beautiful ornaments. 

 The tree is a beautiful Douglas White Fir, is 53 feet tall, and from Latour Demonstration State Forest located near Redding, California. The Latour State Demonstration Forest is a 9,000-acre forest owned and managed by Cal Fire and is a great destination for hiking, mountain biking, hunting and camping in Shasta County. The forest consists primarily of coniferous trees and is actively managed by Cal Fire with timber harvests and other vegetation management techniques.  As a result, the woods are inviting and home to variety of wildlife species. You can see one of these majestic giants on display on Sacramento, California. The State Capitol of California, where the Christmas tree ceremony is taking place is in downtown Sacramento, California on 10th Street between L and N Streets, on Tuesday, 2 December 2014, at 4:30 p.m., on the West Steps of the State Capitol near. Do not be sad because it is over, rejoice that you had a chance.  The human being is a blind being, who dreams that one can see. We think the ultimate goal of the humanology is to improve the condition of all individuals. A fully human person appreciates his or her own uniqueness and individuality. Many parents teach their children to try and emulate some imaginary perfect human being. Therefore, each person is unique, and a healthy person appreciates their own special qualities. Some people are more gifted at living than others, they do have an effect on those around them, but the process stops there, because there is no way of describing in technical terms just what it is they do. Therefore, not all people are created equal.  A fully human person is aware of the common bond he or she has with all other people. Humans know they are like other people, in having physical and emotional needs, which must be expressed and satisfied. Humans look for the common thread in all human experiences. The average person recognizes that there are differences, such as nationality or religion, and they are artificially imposed and less important than the similarities among humankind. You are all more alike, than not, but some have healthier minds and attitudes about life and the human condition.  A fully human person knows that he or she is fully responsible for their own existence. Most people evaluate the teachings of society, making an honest decision to reject what is considered undesirable or dehumanizing. People tend to dislike conflict and crime, but they love peace and happiness.  A rational person then bases their personal philosophy and life on their decision and will take full responsibility for their actions.

 A complete human does not demand perfection, but tries to fulfill your own potential. Rational people understand that they will make mistakes and accept the responsibility for their actions, try to correct them and move on. Do not say sorry, because you are not, simply correct your actions and try not to repeat those mistakes. Success or failure does not prove that you are superior or inferior, to other people, it simply means you got lucky or have more work to do. As Rebecca Jarvis says, “Never, never, never give up.” And never get too comfortable, you can always be replaced. A true human values people above material goods. A rational person rejects any value system that places the accumulation of wealth above the well-being of other individuals. Rational humans feel strongly that human rights are far more important than material rights. These people recognize are fully human and they recognize that they have a capacity for enjoyment and pleasure. Real people see that life is fun, and they enjoy living. They are thankful to go to school, work and interact with others. They are not afraid of pleasure and these people seek to share the happiness with others. Rational people realize that life must be a balance between seriousness and fun. Good humans can be innocent and pure like children, and open to spontaneous enjoyment of life. A fully human person tries to be real and open in their relationships with others.  Good people are willing to risk another person’s reaction to open their expression of feelings. Rational people use openness and authenticity, not to manipulate or control, but to share knowledge of yourself with others. “See I am tired of all the games, which you seem to like to play, see what you need to do is forget you knew my name. I am a play you to left because your words are hurting me. See I am never even said that I am here all by myself,” says Aaliyah.

  A physically healthy and mature person, who does not engage in sexual activity is called celibate. Celibacy is actually a form of sexual expression because an individual makes a conscious decision not to engage in sexual behavior, this decision in itself is an expression of one’s sexuality. There are two different forms of sexuality. There is complete celibacy in which a person does not masturbate, nor do they have interpersonal sexual contact.  Partial celibacy is a little different. With partial celibacy, a person does not engage in interpersonal sexual activity, but they do masturbate. There are many different reasons why people are celibate, some people are celibate because of their religion. Some people are celibate because they are saving their virginity for marriage, so it is a moral obligation. And, others are celibate, until they meet someone who is up to their standards. Then there are others who are celibate because they have been sexually abused, or they do not want to confusing love with sex. Also, celibacy is the best form of birth control and it is also very safe, you will not contract anything because you are not sexually active. Some people suffer from Mysophobia. People who suffer from mysophobia are individuals who are obsessed with cleanliness and defeating bacteria. The human body is a major source of bacteria and sex, with multiple partners, can be very dirty. All of the fluids, and juices and openings used for sexual interaction are gross to some people. Hebrews 13.4 reports, let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.

 People are so cautious about where they eat, what they eat and the things they put in their mouth, but they turn around and perform oral sex on random people.  Also, I think you really need to know someone before you have sex with them. You would not go and lick a random person’s figures, so why put their penis, anus or vagina in your mouth? There is another group of people, who do not have sex, but they are not physically attracted to anything or anyone. These people are called Asexual. They may be heterosexual, homosexual, or bisexual, but just have not bloomed. Only one present of the people in the World are Asexual. It is possible that, at some point in their lives, Asexual people may develop their sexuality and find someone they are sexually attracted to. One famous person, who is partially celibate, it Taylor Momsen, former star of Gossip Girl, and lead singer of the Pretty Reckless; Taylor Momsen is healthy, but she prefers to masturbate. Taylor Momsen reports,” I think women should equally be allowed to pleasure themselves as much as men. There’s something wrong with the world. I just think men and women should be treated equally. I’m not a whore for masturbating.” Therefore, one must protect themselves and do what is best for them. If you do not want to have sex, do not.  Do not let anyone pressure you into having sex because they may break up with you after they get what they want, so make sure you are ready and as always consult your doctor. “Knowledge speaks, but wisdom listens,” says Jimi Hendrix.

 I suspect Ancient Egypt is older than 5000 Before Christ because there was life in California 14,000 years ago, and it cannot possibly predate Egypt. Akasha (Maat) was originally from Uruk, or modern day Iraq. She was born 7000 years ago, long before the first pharaoh, Menes, built the first pyramid. At a young age Akasha married Enkil, King of Kemet, which would later become Egypt. Akasha and her husband Enkil wanted their subjects to turn away from cannibalism and encouraged them to eat grains by farming. Ancient Egyptians always believed in natural law that embraced social justice and morality. This rule over the land was supplemented by decrees and laws of the kings, which were kept in writing and archived. The high-ranking vizier, as well as the low-ranking scribe, was considered to be a keeper of Maat.

 The vizier was the most important officials of the state and the second-highest judge, after the Pharaoh. His job was to supervise the observance of the laws of the country. The vizier was also responsible for making offerings to the gods, by keeping the gods happy, the land was happy.  At the judgment of the dead, Horus also known as a creator god, the falcon who flew up at the beginning of time—weighs the heart as the seat of the soul and good and bad deeds, against the feather of Maat. If the deceased spoke the truth in front of Osiris– Osiris was the Egyptian god of the underworld, although he was also worshipped as a fertility, resurrection, and vegetation god. He was married to Isis, a sky goddess. He was father to Horus, the god of sky, and protector of the dead; then the scale dipped in his favor to the side of Maat. Crimes not punished in this World could be the subject of the judicial hearing in the next. People only think they are getting away with murder and that they are god’s people, but there is more to the story. The dispensation of justice was mainly the job of the vizier, but there were special cases that fell outside his sphere or responsibility, such as crime and theft of the royal necropolis (“I know nothing about this case, it is a matter of life and death”). When such a serious crime had been committed, the pharaoh ordered the vizier and high officials to examine the case. After the investigations were finished, the king received a written report. He discussed it with his advisers and passed a judgment suited to the seriousness of the crime. In addition to royal jurisdiction, royal official made sure their law was upheld on a on a local level. Royal officials performed their duties alone or with fellow judges, in a council of elders. Witnesses had to give evidence and after the jury had met, judgment was passed and the protocols of the proceedings were handed over to the vizier’s office, depending on the severity of the case. As the traditional structure of the Ancient Egyptian state dissolved at the end of the Old Kingdom (2686-2181 BC), Egypt entered a period of political and economic uncertainty, with no central figure to lead the city; at the close of the 6th Dynasty, Egypt suffered social and political decline. Egypt was the World’s most powerful empire. Insurrections wreaked and divided the central government in Memphis. For more than a century, the country was torn apart by continuing social unrest– bad behavior is contagious.  By the 6th Dynasty, the Egyptian state was in terminal decline, as the power of the pharaoh weakened.  The nomarchs, since the late 5th Dynasty, the provincial governors—had gained more power and began to demonstrate their independence by building their homes in provinces and styles of their desire. The officials, up to the middle of the 5th Dynasty, all high ranking officials were appointed by all the king and were under his direct control. The rewards were high. Ptahshpses (circa 2445-2421 BC), was given this magnificent mastaba home at Abusir. The trouble began with Pepy II (2278-2184 BC), his old age and long reign caused him to lose control of the country. Many temples were freed from taxations and the chief administrators of the provinces no longer had to pay tributes. The country became bankrupt because the government could not collect taxes are manufactured to produce revenue to run the Kingdom. The pharaohs, residing at Memphis, now ruled all of Egypt in the name only. Their actual influence was limited to a rather small area, as the Delta, too, was independent. All of this led to a rapid turnover of rulers—in the mere 50 years of the 7th and 8th Dynasties there were more than 25 kings. The provincial governors of Herakleopolis took overpower in the north and founded the 9th and 10th Dynasties in 2160 BC, claiming sovereignty over all of Egypt. However, a second power base developed in Thebes, and the local nobles founded the 11th Dynasty in 2125 BC. Both princely houses assumed the title of king of all Egypt—and with this, a fight for supremacy began that would last for decades.

  While the Herakleopolitans tried to expel the immigrants from the Near East, the Thebans started to expand their territory from the Delta, under Intef I (2125-2112 BC) and Intef II (2112-2063 BC). The border of the northern part of their country was Thinis; any further expansion was opposed by the provincial governors of Asyut, who at that time, still supported Herakleopolis. The Nubians are depicted as having curly hair. And the demise of the emipre was the result of an implosion, the empire was ripped apart inside out, the exterior conflict was a distraction method. Now that we are in the twenty-first century, about 63 percent of women with children have a stable career. Additionally, there are more homes with two parents working, about 50 percent of households have two working parents and only 3.4 of households have stay me dads. Working fathers work and average of 51 hours a week; which is about 11 hours more than a full-time job. Working mothers work an average 42 hours a week, and are paid about 25 percent less than men, who work the same hours and have the same career. Co-provider families are considered experimental, and they have problems that a single provider family does not have. There are more women in the work force, yet, they domestic responsibilities have not changed much at all. Working women are stilled expected to do the shopping, cook, take care of the kids, and preform house work. While working men mostly just work and hire people to do manly duties around the house like building the fence, remodeling the kitchen and gardening. Sometimes if they have a male son, then he will simply do the yard work, and the mother takes care of all other responsibilities. Many are saying that it is unjust that women continue to carry a disproportionate share of family responsibilities, and are paid less, for the same job. It is almost like working mothers only get time off when they are sleeping. 

There have been improvements in men’s participation in childcare and other domestic responsibilities. In 2001, only 1.2 percent of fathers were stay at home dads, today that number is almost 4 percent. Even daytime television is starting to target stay at home dads by airing manly TV shows, in the morning and afternoon, and targeting men with cleaning products and hygiene products. Day time TV used to mostly target women and that is why there were so many soap operas on TV about ten years ago. In 1980, less than 15 percent of children were cared for by their fathers, today that number is up to 18 percent. Some of these days may be taking time off of work, just to support their working wife, and spend time with their children. However, when both parents are home, women are usually expected to deal with the children.  It is estimated that women spend about 33 hours a week doing housework, and men spend about 20 hours, but I bet working men spend far less than 20 hours a week on housework. Working men usually do not do housework, unless they know their wife is overloaded and the house is a disaster.  And, even though so women earn more than men, men still expect the women to do the housework. I think whoever makes the most should be the one to delegate housework. In addition, men think that working women are a threat because they are competing with their husband and not taking care of their children, like the men expect them to. Psalm 112:7 reports, righteous people are not afraid of unscrupulous news. Their minds are stable. They trust the Lord.

 When both parents are working, it does create conflict. Childcare is very expensive, about $500 a month per child. Also, more parents would like to see subsides day care for working parents with high incomes, and maybe a babysitter in the corporate office, so it is easier to deal with children. You can take them to work with you, and drop them off in the day care center located in your office. Sweden is actually believed to be the most family friendly and progressive environment in the industrial World. To keep balance in your home and peace in the family, just be flexible. Try to understand where your spouse is coming from. The keys to success start with self-confidence, which is the belief that one can effectively carry out an activity or reach an objective. Changes are not going to happen overnight, but let your family and corporation know you wishes, but be very polite and just say, “These are some options I would like to consider in the future.” Until then, just keep in mind that you are whole, perfect, complete, fair, rich, simple, alive, beautiful, good, unique, happy, honest, self-sufficient, and very intelligent. Psalms 41.1-2 reports, blessed is he who has regard for the weak; the Lord delivers in times of trouble. The Lord will protect and preserve your life. When you are professional and there is good coming from inside of you, people are likely to listen because you are intrinsically motivating them and setting a good example.

 Matthew 12.35 reports, good people bring out good things from the good stored in them.  Remember, tied to quality work is responsibility, a good attitude, and good salaries, promotions, and bonuses. By following these guidelines, you can avoid taking spontaneous risk. I have done so many things in my life. Evil things, perhaps. But never inattentively, never wastefully…was I wrong? It is okay to admire other people and be respectful and smile. You can appreciate the beauty of another without being angry, bitter, or jealous. James 5.16 says to pray for each other and wish people well. You get what you put out in the World. Perhaps you are unhappy because you make a lot of other people unhappy. Your bad vibes, thoughts, actions and words are the reason you feel like you are less of a person. To be happy, you have to love yourself and find something that makes you feel connected to reality. On a personal level, psychologists have succeeded in teaching some people to control their anger and aggressive impulses. Anger control is a personal strategy for reducing or curbing anger. The key to self-control and keeping calm is to figure out what is upsetting you. Do you have a mental issue or is there a legitimate reason for you to be so angry and project that anger on to others? A patient man has great understanding, but a quick-tempered man displays folly (Prov 14:25). 

 To figure out what is truly going on, to limit anger, people are advised to: define the problem as precisely as possible. Are you mad because he took your parking space, or are you mad because you work up too late and did not make it to work in time to get your favorite parking space? Secondly, make a list of all of the possible solutions to deal with your anger issues. For example, are mad at Buffy because she is annoyingly happy and pretty, or do you just wish you had the same qualities as Buffy, and instead of trying to be a better person, you just hate her? Next, think about some solutions to your problems. If you want to be more like Buffy, maybe you can get to know her and find out what she is doing to be so happy. Then, choose a solution to your problem. If you want that parking space, go to bed earlier and wake up on time. If you want to be as smart as Kurtis, then spend more time studying. In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. (James 2:17). And lastly, consider how successful the solution to your problem is and make adjustments if necessary. Taking these steps has helped many people to lessen tendencies toward child abuse, family violence, and other destructive outburst.  There are also programs out there to help you deal with your anger issues talk to your doctor and I am sure they can help you. It is clear that there are a lot of mentally unhealthy people in society, they do not smile, and they are constantly spreading their unhappiness.

 Isaiah 35:8 reports, a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness; it will be for those who walk on that Way. The unclean will not journey on it; wicked fools will not go about on it. However, there are still a lot of good people in society, who believe in being prosocial. Prosocial behavior is actions that are constructive, altruistic, or helpful for others. You have to notice others and care about their well-being. What would happen if you got beat up and were left lying in a pool of your own blood and people walk by and laughed at you? Would you want someone to stop? Or would you like them to ignore you and let you die? “In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 7:12). Another good idea is to take responsibility, do not be a victim; you are the architect of your own fate and happiness. Being angry with others will get you nowhere, try to be a good person, try to help others, and try to care. You have to do this with a true heart and no malice. It is okay to talk to other people and say nice things to them. Everyone wants to feel included, and clearly you do too, or else you would not be so angry and mean. “For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Galatians 5:14).

Arm yourself, my dear child, for the worst; and resolve to lose your life sooner than your virtue. There is a common misconception that Earth is the Devil’s World, but we need to clear that up.  Genesis 1:1 reports, Earth was created by God, it is a place of beauty and harmony.  In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Therefore, how this could be the Devil’s World? The Devil did not create it. I do not even think the Devil really exists. Maybe the Devil is really just dark energy that humans have manifested? Maybe this concept of the Devil is floating around as a test, to see who can see the truth? Perhaps God wanted to see if humans could take accountability for their own actions, and that is why the is this myth about the Devil. 2 Tim 1.7 reports, for the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power love and self-discipline. Those who choose to believe the Devil and worship the Devil’s words will burn in hell right alongside him. John 8.44 reports, you belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. 

You see, the Devil is the father of lies, these lies come from inside of bad people, therefore, lies and darkness is their father. Because humans choose to worship lies, lies have become the ruler of this World. -2 Corinthians 4:4 reports, the god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. Earth is an experiment, and many of you are failing, as you defend your father and his native langue of lies, but ignore the truth and light of God. Sure, in your minds, this is the Devil’s World because that is your social construction of reality. However, for those who believe in God, we know that this is God’s World and he will redeem those who are doing things that are pleasing to him. You can run to that church everyday, but it does not mean you will be saved, actions speak louder than words and many of you are foul. John 15.19 reports, I have chosen you out of the World. Because of this, the World hates you. This World is so full of corruption and lies that they hate the light, they hate those who use honest means to succeed. Just remember, as Matthew 13.11 reports, you have been given knowledge of the secrets of heaven’s kingdom. So keep your faith and know that God will deliver us, and we will have peace, love, abundance, and happiness, only!  Just know that there are demons walking the Earth, not all are bad, but many are taking the shape of humans. Your friends could be possessed by demons, have you noticed how evil they have become? 

James 2.19 reports, you say you have faith, for you believe that there is one God. Good for you! Even the demons believe this, and they tremble in terror. Now, in European mythology, there is a myth about demons, and not all of them are bad, some of them are here to help God and humanity. Basically a demon is a beast, who got lost or did a lot of wrong and was sent to another plane to pay for their sins, maybe purgatory? But they suffer so much that they start to look like monsters, and when they come back to this plane, they do influence weak humans. In European myth, there are Queller demons. Queller demons were an extraterrestrial demon species that, oddly enough, dwelled within certain meteors. They were summoned to eliminate the insane, particularly in Middle Ages Europe. As you can see, the World is going mad. In America, 100 colleges are under federal investigation for mishandling sexual assaults. Furthermore, there is a violent crime every 22 seconds, property crime every 3 seconds, a murder about every 33 minutes, forcible rape about every 5.8 minutes, robber every 1.2 minutes, aggravated assault every 35 seconds, burglary every 14.9 seconds, larceny-Theft every 4.5 seconds, motor vehicles theft every 26 seconds. We need the National Security Agency to stop this crime and to save lives. This is not how God intended us to live. God has promised to restore paradise. Revelations 21.3-4 reports, the faithful and righteous will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” 

The only reason God is allowing this to play out because he wants everyone to see these humans are the problem, it is not the Devil, it is not God. It is people, they are the makers of their own hell. 2 Peter 3.9 reports, the Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. So just know that all of this suffering will pass, and we will be saved. There is going to come a time when God’s will is going to be fully carried out and those evil will seek death, but they will not find it. Revelation 6:16-17 reports, the wicked called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the innocent! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?” The good of heart will be saved. I like solitude. It is when you truly hear and speak your natural, unadulterated mind, and out comes your most stupid self as well as your most intelligent self. It is when you realize who you are and the extents of the good and the evils which you are capable of.

Never encourage beggars. America has been a country since 1619, which is 394 years.  The American Revolution (1775-1783) ascended from growing tensions between residents of Great Britain’s 13 North American colonies and the colonial government, which represented the British crown, but was stationed in America. Citizen felt like they were being taxed and not represented by the government, so they revolted.  During the American Revolution, American citizens were passionate about politics because the stakes, the survival of the New Nation, were so high. American government and politics are facing growing national skepticism about job performance at majority of the levels of the government, in modern times.  People cannot fully understand the issues, and policy decisions facing the U.S. government, its constituent states or the citizens unless these issues are examined, in depth, and you also need to be able to understand how policies have evolved over time.  You need to understand the role of political parties, in the United States, to understand why the U.S. Constitution and the Framers’ fears of factionalism (pack mentality), and how to realign the system when these parties are identified. Americans and people Worldwide need to understand how the American government works today, it is also important to understand your history, which is one of the most important classes in the World. History may be more important than religion and is something you should be taught from a young age. People need to be engaged in critical thinking, and parents need to learn to foster interest in important issues, you need to inspire your children’s participation, in the martial, they learn in class. Education is the modern form of religion.

 All Americans need to understand the political processes institutions, and policies of American government. The American system is set up so that everyone can be independent, but it also encourages people to become couples, a feature designed to encourage visual literacy and attractiveness.  Much of the American system is modeled on Britain. The American government has been a part of your life, from day one, and you say you do not trust them, but you send your children to government institutions, from the time they are 4-22. These Children general spend 8 hours a day and 5 to 6 days a week, at school. The government provides you children with free education, books, food, water, juice, milk and safe places for recreation, which keeps you children off the streets, out of trouble, alive and out of jail. The schools also double as day care centers, by providing students with teacher who love them and care about their progress, walfare and development. Personal liberty is perhaps the single most important characteristic of American capitalism. The Constitution was written to assure life and liberty. Liberty has evolved to mean freedom. The Construction is constructed to limit government infringements on freedom of religion and speech, from unreasonable search and seizure. The Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution implements equal protection of the laws and subsequent passage of the laws guaranteeing human rights. Americans are also able to go to work and school free from discrimination. The U.S. government has used a variety of initiatives to train people how to act and have provided grounds for them to have a basic education so that they can participate in the political system, so they are not in shackles like the original Americans. 

 Just as the ethnic composition of the American population has changes, so has the average age of the population. Family size and household arrangements have also changed. Large families were normal, during the Victorian ages, children were the source of cheap labor, and most Americans were farmers and manufactures. Now children are in schools, instead of working on the farm. The government also helps your children make friends, at school, which reduces the need to have more than one or two children. That limits your responsibility and liability. Industrialization and knowledge of birth control methods is very important for women because there is no limit of how far they can go, they have the power to control their bodies. Conservatisms is the political ideology of Americans. America is a country that likes to defend the ethical aspects of our culture, institutions, and practices. The American system likes to see people go to school, college, and get a job so that they can become an involved parent and citizen. Those are the kind of success stories that the nation is built on. However, Americans have come to expect far too much from the national government and must simply readjust their expectations. Your basic needs are met, there is no sewage in the streets, you are reasonably safe from crimes, and the air and water are clean, and you have shelter, food and medical supplies.  Could these people be working to turn you against a system that loves you? The problem is not the America system, it is these people, who are unwilling to take responsibility, act civil and get to work. In the end, the overriding factor in whether or not you realize your dreams is going to be you. Not the world.

Nearly 40,000 women die of breast cancer every year; and an estimated 6,000 women, in their 40s, unnecessarily die from breast cancer. An estimated 1 percent of women and 1 percent of men will develop breast cancer in their life time. As a result, women in their 40s should have a mammogram every years, reports the American Cancer Society and the National Cancer Institute. Breasts are not part of the internal or external female genitalia. Instead, they are secondary sex characteristics (physical characteristics other than genitals that distinguish male from female). In physically mature women, the breasts are composed internally of fatty tissue and mammary, or milk, glands. There is little variation from woman to woman, in the amount of glandular tissue present in the breast, despite differences in size. This is why the amount of milk produced after childbirth does not correlate to the size of the breasts. Variation in breast size is due primarily to the amount of fatty tissue distributed around the gland. Breasts are a multitude of size and shapes, and it is common for one breast to be slightly larger than the other. Surgeries to enlarge or reduce breast size reflect the dissatisfaction many women or their spouse feel because the woman’s breast do not fit the cultural idea, as some believe that cleavage is in style. Many women like to have their breast well-displayed, in danger of busting out of their designer gowns. Breast augmentation practices may or may not be on the rise, data indicates that women are becoming more satisfied with their natural bodies. Not all women are meant to have huge or even moderate breast, some women are very petite, and that is normal. Likewise, there is nothing wrong with having huge or moderate breast.

The nipple is in the center of the areola, the darker area of the external breast. The areola contains sebaceous (oil producing) glands that help lubricate the nipples during breast-feeding. The openings of the mammary glands are in the nipples. Some nipples point outward from the breast, others are flush with the breast, and still others sink into the breast. The nipples become erect when small muscles at the base of the nipple contract in response to touch, sexual arousal or cold. Breast and nipple stimulation may be an important part of self-healthcare for women. Some women find breast and nipple touching neutral or unpleasant. However, others believe nipple and breast stimulation are an important source of pleasure and arousal during self-love or sexual interaction, as it builds the passion and sexual intensity that leads to a climax. A monthly breast examination is an important part of self-health care for women. This exam can help a woman know what is normal for her own breasts. She can do the breast exam herself and can teacher her partner to do it. However, many breasts normally feel lumpy, once a woman becomes familiar with her breasts, she can notice any alarming changes. If there is a change, it is recommended that one consults a medical doctor.

Nonetheless, this is reassuring, 90 percent of breast lumps, most of which are found by women, are not malignant. In addition, women should also have a mammography, which is a highly sensitive X – ray screening test to help detect cancerous breast cells and lumps. It uses low levels of radiation to create an image of the breast, called a mammogram, on film or paper. Mammography can often detect a breast lump up to several years before you can feel it manually; it can also sometimes find cancerous cell changes that occur even before a lump develops. You take such good care of your job, car and house, so be sure to perform the necessary maintenance on your body, when you are 40, that are when you should start having your mammograms, but if you are 50 or older, it is still not too late. With earlier detection of cancer, there is a dramatic decrease in mortality and a huge increase in breast-conserving treatments. The mammographic image also provides information about the type of tumor and the kinds of treatment needed. And lesbians need to pay special attention to their breasts because they tend to be screened less often than heterosexual women because they typically do not have birth control medical appointments.

 Three types of breast lumps can occur. The two most common are cysts, which are fluid-filled sacs; and fiboradenomas, which are solid, rounded tumors. Both are benign (not cancerous or harmful) tumors, and together they account approximately 80 percent of breast lumps. In some women, these lumps can create breast tenderness, ranging from mild to severe discomfort, which is called fibrocystic disease. The cause of fibrocystic disease is unknown, but believed to be hormonal related. Caffeine in coffee, tea, cola drinks, and chocolate may contribute to the development of benign breast lumps. Dietary changes that have helped some women reduce their symptoms include a diet high in green vegetables, milk, water, fruit, fish, chicken, and grains, and low in red meat, pork, fired foods, salt, processed foods, and avoid foods high in fats. Vitamin supplements of 600 units of vitamin E and vitamin B complex in 110-mg daily doses have also helped some women. And there is a third type of lump, which is known as a malignant lump or tumor (made up of cancer cells). In 2014, approximately 232,670 new cases, of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed, in women, in the United States, along with 62,570 new cases of non-invasive breast cancer. That is a huge increase because back 2002, there were a reported 180,000 cases, so perhaps women are being more proactive about their healthcare. (Men can also get breast cancer, but it is very rare, only 1 percent of men ever actually suffer from the disease.) The risk of breast cancer rises with age; however, women in their 20 and 30s can still be hit with aggressive breast cancers with a high mortality rate. However, the good news is that since the 1950s, the number of deaths, from breast cancer, is steadily declining because of early detection.

Unfortunately, the five-year survival rate is lower for African American women than it is for European American women. Only 50 percent of African American women, diagnosed with breast cancers have early-stage and more treatable tumors compared to 62 percent of European American women. Hispanic women, on average, also have lager tumors, at diagnosis then European American women. Socioeconomic characteristics leading to differences in preventative health care probably account for the differences, especially in light of research that show physicians are less likely to refer women of lower incomes for mammograms, but the affordable health care act has granted everyone access to quality medical care, saving countless lives and preventing the spread of cancer. Certain risk factors increase a woman’s chance for breast cancer. Women who have lifetime cumulative estrogen exposure, menstruation before the age of 13, no pregnancies, first child after the age of 30 and subsequent children later in life, never breast fed a child, menopause after the age of 55, obesity, intact ovaries, family history of breast cancer, cancer in one breast, sedentary lifestyle, more than 14 alcoholic drinks a week and a high fat diet will greatly increase chances of having breast cancer. Exposure to environmental pollution, pesticides, chemicals, and radiation is a marginal cause of breast cancer, which is not really researched, but a contributing factor. Growing evidence indicates that some synthetic chemicals found in plastics, detergents, and pharmaceutical drugs mimic estrogen’s effects on the body and can cause cells to grow out of control and form tumors. Can we get an Ice Bucket challenge to bring more attention to breast cancer and spinal bifida?

Meanwhile, if a lump in found in your breast, further testing is necessary. I know a cancer scare might make you feel uneasy, but we have such great medical technology, and most problems can be corrected. Needle aspiration involves inserting a fine needle into the lump to determine if there is fluid inside. If so, it is usually a cyst and can be drained. Conversely, if not a cyst, a surgical biopsy of the tissue of any lump can be analyzed for cancer cells. This is reassuring, 75 percent of breast lump biopsies are negative for cancer. There is also a possible association between breast implants and a form of lymphoma that may develop tumors at a later stage. The researchers conclude that breast implants can cause a new subtype of the rare, yet malignant lymphoma known as Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (ALCL). Nearly, 147,000 women in the United States of America and Canada receive breast implants, and many ill have complications. Worldwide there have been 71 documented cases of patients with anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) in which researchers suspected breast implants to be the cause. ALCL is normally found in the lymph nodes, as well as in skin, lung, liver and soft tissue, but not usually in the breast. Cases in which ALCL developed in the breast region almost exclusively involved patients who have had breast surgery.

 In these cases, ALCL developed around ten years after the operation. The tumors grew in the scar tissue around the implant. Even if implants do not cause cancer, 73 percent of women with saline implants experienced side effects and 27 percent of women had their implants removed within three years because of an infection, a broken or leaking implant, or painful scar tissue. In general, on any woman or in some rare cases men, once breast cancer is detected, several forms of treatment may be used and others are being developed. Radiation therapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, lumpectomy (only the lump and small amounts of the surrounding tissue removed), mastectomy (surgical removal of all or part of the breast), or a combination of these procedures may be performed. In some cases, chemotherapy may be the first intervention used, in the hopes of reducing the tumor to allow more conservative surgery. With mastectomy, the amount of the breast and surrounding tissue that is removed by surgery varies from radical mastectomy (the entire breast, underlying muscle, and lymph nodes are removed) to simple mastectomy (breast tissue, the nipple and areola, and a sample of lymph nodes are removed) to lumpectomy. If the cancer is small, localized, and in an early stage, a lumpectomy with chemotherapy or radiation may provide as good a change of cure as a mastectomy. Breast-conserving surgeries have become a more common intervention in the last ten years.

 The loss of one or both breast is usually very signification and devastating to women, they are losing parts of their body they came to know and love and have grown up with (and to think, some women hide their breast to appear more rugged, and do not realize how grateful they are to be healthy women). Breast symbolizes many aspects of femininity and can be an important aspect of self-image. One journalist, who had a mastectomy, describes the many meanings her breasts symbolized during her life. “I remember the joy and power I felt as a young woman, I always enjoyed my breast, they were petite, but I was sexy and everyone knew it, they loved my legs, eyes, lips, hair, waists, and I was proud of my small breast because there was so much more to me. Even though my breasts were not as large as Tyra Bank’s or Pam Anderson, men still appreciated them. I even wanted them to be noticed under my sweaters, so I would wear shirts and dressed to display what I had, clothes that made me feel good as a woman. What pleasure I had nursing my children, rocking and being suckled by their small mouths, while their small hands patted my breast.” For this woman, she really enjoyed her breast, they were not only ornaments, but provided food for her children and helped her bond to her babies. (Some doctors recommend after about three months, putting children on formula like Gerber Rice Cereal because it has lots of vitamins and will help your baby stay well balanced. Also, breast feeding too long may cause breasts to sage, and it could expose your baby to hormones or chemicals in your system, which the baby may not need).

Furthermore, breast cancer and its treatments may adversely affect a woman’s sexuality. Women should not have to parade around like Lady Godiva to get you to understand that they are humans and have feelings, too. The stimulation of a woman’s breast, during love making, by massaging, licking or sucking—and the stimulation her partner receives from doing these things and from simply looking at her breasts—are often important components of sexual arousal, for both women and her partner; consequently, surgical removal of one or both breasts may create challenges in sexual adjustment for the couple. And some men might question why some women choose not to have implants after having their breasts removed, but it is not as simple as changing the tires on your car, the process and procedures are very emotional; for a man, it would like cutting your genitals off, and replacing them with something synthetic, might be appealing to some, but may not be something others want to experience. A mastectomy presents unique issues, for a woman, who is not in a long-term relationship. She may have difficulty deciding when to tell someone she is dating about her surgery. Her own feelings of acceptance and her judgment about timing are also important. In addition, she needs to understand that her partner will require some time to adjust to the information about her mastectomy. Still, it may help her to keep in mind that a loving relationship is based on more than just physical characteristics. It is not an easy matter to hit a conscience exactly between wind and water. Amphetamines form a large group of synthetic stimulants, including Dexedrine, Methedrine, and Benzedrine.  Amphetamines were once widely prescribed to assist dieting or to relive mild depression. However, both practices are often frowned upon because patients frequently become dependent on dangerous drugs. Nonetheless, illicit use of amphetamines is widespread. Stimulants are especially popular among people who believe that drugs can enhance their mental or physical performance. Amphetamines rapidly produce a drug tolerance. Most abusers, who begin with a few milligrams a day, weeks later end up taking several grams just to get the same effect. Eventually, some users switch to injecting Methedrine (speed) directly into the blood stream. Of all the ways to administer drugs, injecting drugs carries the most risks as it bypasses the body’s natural filtering mechanisms, against disease and bacteria. Injection drug use is the preferred method, of ingestion, by people, because the effects of the drug are felt faster and the feeling of euphoria is reportedly intense.  

Injection drug use is a high-risk behavior that can be further exacerbated. Heroin, cocaine, crack and methamphetamine are the most commonly injected drugs. Because needles are expensive or hard to come by, drug users often times share needles, spreading sickness and death, by reusing or sharing needles and/or failing to clean the needle, with bleach, after each use. These actions can increase the user’s risk for blood-borne infections, such as the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis C, hepatitis B, and herpes simplex virus 2. In the United States of America, 25 percent of all people with AIDS, have been heterosexual drug users, who caught the disease by sharing needles and syringes, with someone infected by the virus, and in New York that percentage increase to a stark 34 percent. In the 21^st century, Asia is expected to be the large population on Earth with Aids. Therefore, be very careful to stay sober and have protected sex, if at all. Drug usage is also dangers for other reasons. 

Once people who are on meth become psychotic, they are very dangerous. True speed freaks typically go on binges lasting several days, after which they crash from lack of sleep and food, sometimes leaving a trail of blood and inexplicable carnage. A mother in Bakersfield, California, was punished by law enforcement, for stabbing her newborn, while in a meth rage. An Oklahoma woman drowned her baby, in a washing machine, in November. A New Mexico woman claiming to be God, stabbed her son with a screwdriver, last month, announcing, “God wants him dead!” Meth users become completely insane; they are unreasonable. They display very extreme alterations of normal brain function, becoming violent and lashing out, there are not any limits or boundaries to what someone high on meth may do. Also, amphetamines pose many dangers. To stay high, the abuser must take more and more of the drug and the body’s tolerance grows. Higher tolerance can cause nausea, vomiting, high blood pressure, fatal heart arrhythmia, and crippling strokes.

 Uppers can also lead to a depletion of the body’s energy, fatigue, depression, terrifying nightmares, confusion, uncontrolled irritability, and aggression. Along with overextending the body with stimulants, this behavior may lead to self-starvation, sores and non-healing ulcers, tooth grinding, chronic chest infections, liver disease, high blood pressure, and brain hemorrhage. Amphetamines can also cause a loss of contact with reality known as amphetamine psychosis. Affected users suffer from paranoid delusions that someone is out to get them. Acting on these delusions, the speed freak may become violent, resulting in self-injury or injury to others. Wesley Shermantine and Loren Herzog, were dubbed the  Speed Freak Killers  after a 15-year methamphetamine drug-induced killing spree that began in 1984 and ended in 1999. The two were teenagers when they went on a rampage, killing more than 20 young women, mostly, and some men and burying them in the Central Valley. 

The Central Valley of California is a hub of the nation’s methamphetamine distribution network, making extremely pure forms of the drug easily available locally. And law enforcement officials report widespread meth abuse is believed to be driving much of the crime in the vast farming region.  In Salinas California USA, Robert (Bubba) Hanrahan, age 41, oversaw the establishment of Street Gangs in San Francisco, California and other surrounding Bay Area counties. Norteño gang members engaged in drug trafficking and violent crime. From 2004 and 2005, Robert Hanrahan was the primary supplier of methamphetamine and cocaine to the San Francisco regiment. In January 2006, while Robert Hanrahan’s Salinas, California drug case was pending, he fled to Mexico. However, on 12 November 2006, Robert Hanrahan was apprehended at the U.S.-Mexico border. 

Most recently,  30 September 2014, in Sacramento, California USA, Robert Hanrahan was sentenced by United States District Judge, honorable William B. Shubb, to 31 years and three months, in prison, for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine, United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner reported. Also, the Federal Bureau of Investigations also reported that, This case and a related indictment have resulted in a number of significant sentences: On 21 April, 2010, Manuel Gauna was sentenced to more than 21 years in prison. On 13 December 2010, Richard Mendoza was sentenced to 17 years in prison. On 22 February 2011, Bismark Ocampo was sentenced to 28 years in prison. On 25 May 2011, the trial defendants were sentenced to the following: Larry Amaro was sentenced to 40 years in prison. Ernest Killinger was sentenced to 362 years in prison. Gerardo Mora was sentenced to more than 33 years in prison. Jason Stewart-Hanson was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

 And furthermore,  25 July 2011, Gabriel Caracheo was sentenced to 25 years in prison. On 27 July 2011, David Ramirez was sentenced to 15 years in prison. On 26 September 2011, Fernando Villalpando was sentenced to 20 years in prison. On 17 October 2011, Faustino Gonzalez was sentenced to more than 15 years. On 28 November 2011, Oscar Campos-Padilla was sentenced to 14 years in prison. On 24 September 2012, Rebecca Guzman was sentenced to 14 years in prison. On 22 January 2013, Juan Gallegos ( Wino), was sentenced to 28 years in prison, and on 23 December 2013, Carolyn Huerta, was sentenced to 10 years in prison. It is a devil of a thing to have no conscience! More sin is the only anodyne for sin, and the only way to cure the ache of conscience is to harden it. No war finishes without far-reaching results, and the conscience of a country, like the conscience of a man, may be too severely tired.

Bribed conscience makes hypocrites, frightened conscience makes fanatics, but reason-drilled conscience makes incarnate devils.  Along with the drug cases and Senator Ben Hueso’s (Democrat of an Diego) DUI arrest and second arrest for embezzlement, and Ronald S. Calderon, age 56, of Montebello, California being arrested and charged in a 24-count indictment, by a federal grand jury, for mail fraud, wire fraud, honest services fraud, bribery, conspiracy to commit money laundering, money laundering, and aiding in the filing of false tax returns; in conjunction with his brother Thomas M. Calderon, age 59, also of Montebello, California, a former member of the California State Assembly, also charged in the money laundering conspiracy and with seven substantive counts of money laundering, brings up so major concern about the unlawful, and unethical behavior demonstrated within the Latino political community. Whenever a lie was necessary for their occasions, they brought it out with a careless ease and breadth altogether untroubled by the rebuke of conscience.
