As a flag pole sits lonely and the American flag, which was once in perfect condition, that graced the pole was removed former Mayor of Sacramento, California USA Kevin Johnson had a parade, on Friday, 11 September 2015, around noon, for a group of men called “The Hometown Heroes,” who allegedly stopped a terror attack in Paris, France. However, that is very odd because 911 is not a day to celebrate, and mind you, Saturday, 12 September 2015 would have been a better day for the parade because more people would have been off work to see it, and 911 is a very somber day, it is not a day to celebrate. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 6

All this is yesterday’s event. Events of later date have floated from me to the shore where all forgotten things will reappear, but this stands like a high rock in the ocean. On 11 September 2001, people witnessed the first passenger plane slam into the World Trade Center, then they saw a ball of fire, emergency crews, and then people jumping from the tower’s window. As body parts hit the ground, people ran for their lives through the rubbles, ash, and smoke of lower Manhattan, New York USA that morning. There was an eerie darkness through the still-smoking pit where Tower One once stood ten days later. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 6

Memory is the principle of moral degeneration. Remembered sin is the most utterly diabolical influence in the Universe. Some memories people would rather forget and would prefer not to remember. However, Sacramento, California USA seems to be a strange place where anything goes. The former Mayor, Kevin Johnson was allowed to rape girls, embezzle money, sexually harass city employees, hire private employees to conduct city business and even is suing the city of Sacramento, California USA. For the life of me, I cannot understand what is going on in Sacramento, as it used to be a beautiful place. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 6

Traumatized people become stuck, stopped in their growth because they cannot integrate new experiences into their lives. I am very happy to see the American flag because it reminds me of what our service men and women and veterans have done to protect our freedom. How they have given their lives so you can report the news, or manage a building, do research and go to school. Being traumatized means continuing to organize your life as if the trauma were still going on—unchanged and immutable—as every new encounter or event is contaminated by the past. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 6

After trauma the World is experiences with a different nervous system. The survivor’s energy now becomes focused on suppressing inner chaos, at the expense of spontaneous involvement in their life. These attempts to maintain control over unbearable physiological reactions can result in a whole range of physical symptoms, including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and other ailments. This is why it is critical for trauma treatment to engage the entire organism, body, mind, and brains. In the body, healing from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder means being able to terminate this continued stress mobilization and restore the entire organism to safety. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 6

Health conditions are considered chronic if they last more than three months; included in this category are both mental and physical disorders. Of interest in this regard is the manner in which chronic health conditions affect the activity of individuals—for example, whether they can continue to work. Married individuals have significantly fewer chronic conditions (50 percent fewer) which limit their activities, even though they suffer slightly more chronic diseases overall. This suggests that they can cope with diseases better than people who live alone. #RyanPhillippe 6 of 6
