Now, there is magic and there is magic of the soul of the World. There is an archetypal image of individual magic of the World by the requirement for control. The purser is a conjurer; he can make a dead man chew tobacco. Magic reveals an image of elitism, of one who seeks special privileges for himself and the means to obtain them. Magic here becomes a way to power, to accomplishment without responsibility, the degradation of soul wisdom to individual omnipotence. The magical World, the inner World, the psychic World is this World of the physical planet and none other. The World is illuminated by exquisite beauty, which is seen in all things. The magical tradition sustains the feeling we all have but never acknowledge, that everything is animated. The perfection of creation is self-evident. There is a closeness to unity and discovery of Self; such a feeling is not animism, for animism is a theory that says the soul life is projected onto an inanimate World from within the human psyche. On the contrary, soul inheres within the World and creates our psyches. Compassion for all; enormous patience; the feeling of at-oneness with others and a concern for their happiness. What is your purpose in life, to just walk around being snarky, spreading rumors, money, and sexual behavior and suggestive speech? Love is a way of being that is forgiving, nurturing, and supportive. It does not proceed from the mind; rather, it emanates from the heart. Love focuses on the essence of a situation, not the detail. It deals with wholes, not particulars. As perception is replaced with vision, it takes no position and sees the intrinsic value and lovability of all that exists. What happens when we enter into the inner sense of the World? We leave the World of space and enter into the World of movement; the noun World is transformed into a verb. Memory is the principle of moral degeneration. Remembered sin is the most utterly diabolical influence in the Universe. I taking the inner sense of the World as if it were spatial, rather than in motion, we are under the influence of man; for that is the deception of man, the desire to make the magical World conform to the spatial World. We see it every day—the desire to visit places literalized into space travel; the desire to directly see other places, the desire to possess other Worlds. Our spirit–it is always seeing gain, acquisition, pleasure, and getting something outside oneself. It is insatiable, never satisfied, and craving—I have to have it! Little that I have ever see is forgotten. I am at those close of many weary days, but there is not one among them all that I could wish to overlook. These new literalizations are where I can be found in exile. Degradation of magic comes about with the desire for personal gain from the magical Worlds. The greatest gifts are not powers such as seership or the attainment of wealth, but the gift of speech, active speech that does not capture but keeps the soul in active motion. A great voice is an ocean. You cannot drain it. It is something found—an addition to the wealth of this life. I possess conscious understanding of this World. The golden eagle in flight images the World of movement, its soul life as rhythm and motion. There is a power pf receptivity. As we let go of negative feelings, there is a progressive movement up the scale to Courage and then beyond, with increasing effectiveness, success, and more effortless abundance. We tend to seek out such people. We say they are high. They give off life energy to all living things around them. They can make a garden grow, people and animals are attracted to them because they influence the lives of all with whom they come in contact with.  #RyanPhillippe 6 of 7

Real intimacy transcends gender and sexual orientation. Intimate relationships promise so, so much, but only delivers what we put into it. This does not mean that it is all work—far from it. Much of what we require to put into it is what we require to extend to the World anyway: our love, our compassion, our integrity, our courage, our yearning for a deeper life. And what a lucid joy it is to enter so fully in consciously shared living—shared heart, shared being, shared evolution—that everything that arises, no matter how painful, is permitted to further our intimacy. And what a gift it is to be so close, so deeply attached and bonded, that we cannot get away, from very long, from facing things that we ordinarily world not face at all.
