Everything seems the same, the faces, the clothes. Your familiar writings and charming voice twinkles in my heart, and you drive us to come back in our glittering points. It is you who open the window of my thoughts, it is you who melt the frost in the bottom of my heart, you make me see the World and appreciate the Spring scenery. I praise the castle in the valley, it surmounts broken cliff, crossing grassland, throwing on rosy clouds, taking stars, singing to the distance…It advances towards the fixed destination and enjoys the bestowment by the nature heartedly. I appreciate your personality very much which is like a minor, you would rather be broken than dustout facts. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 16

Someone believes he is somebody, but in fact he is far away from it, but you think you are nobody, so you start from everything trivial, little by little. In the end, the past droplets have merged into today’s ocean. You never avoid the heaviness of big mountain, you never despise the shallowness of the pool, you are as steady as rock and look white squalls as the real friend in my study and life. You say you love the sea’s magnificence and grandiosity, but I say you love the sea’s character and spirit. I admire the rock standing by the sea, which meets the erosion of the wave. Dear friend, you are the rock which is still unherbed and straight after beaten by the tidy of life. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 16

You can transfer your sadness, happiness, fear, hope, doubt, advise, and anything in your heart to a friend like a repent besides teaching. I can feel the gravity of power, smell the flavor of soil in a creator and see the capacity of creating ability in you. The purpose is to clear our bodies of unnecessary tensions and our minds of extraneous thoughts. We are to recover our centeredness and wholeness. Most people do not move easily from being unaware of their breathing to being aware of it. Yet the direction and process provide a bridge back from dullness to aliveness. It is you who fill plain days with happiness and it is you who care much about everybody. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 16

My love for you is beyond words and you deserve every beautiful thing. I wish you a happy birthday and a happy life! Shift now from the idea of experiencing ourselves as everything to the idea of expressing ourselves in everything. If we are in truth “one,” then we are indeed in the “many.” We show ourselves in the various parts of the World. As we communicate with these parts, we converse with ourselves. There in the counterpoint of part with part we find complexity, our richness, our dynamic. No part of our World is big enough to contain all of us, yet each part of our World contains some of us. “This is not God; this is also God.” Everywhere present yet nowhere contained. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 16

No matter how far away I am from you and how many years before we meet again, I am always missing and blessing you in my heart. When I miss you, ice and snow will turn to tender water flower transferring the scent of Spring. Missing is beautiful loneliness. And only at the time I miss you, loneliness has a special beautiful. Dear friend, let us bury the sweet whisper of the past years in our deep hears and turn to beautiful memory. Let the time we spend together flow in our hearts like a happy river. In the perplexity, we fund clarity. By entering into the pieces and becoming the many parts, we rediscover ourselves. Out-there-in-them we find pieces of ourselves that we have forgotten or overlooked or pushed aside. In the pieces lie the peace. By conversing with complexity, we recover our contact. In the variedness, we discover our vitality. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 16

In the dark night, on the sea, thank you for bringing wind and hanging the lamp of my sailing. It makes my boat of life across the dark nights and waves. I miss our World. I am a little bird under the eaves of the house in my hometown with my wings fraught with your affectionate love. The young birds of that day knew nothing of the blue sky and their hearts are filled with unsolved riddles. Now they can soar in the sky with the help of their strong swings to look for the answers to the riddles. However, no matter how high and how far they can fly, they will never forget their sweet home nor their parents’ bounties in bringing them up. #RyanPhillippe 6 of 16

While we have known this the mystical tradition, we have not, by and large, understood how to find it ourselves. In recent years a behavioral technology has become available that can help us in the task. Biofeedback necessitates the use of elaborate equipment; drugs require the supervision of a trained professional. Because of the risks involved and the rigor demanded, altered states of consciousness out not to be explored casually. In contrast, one of the most helpful approaches to finding oneself in one’s World has been Gestalt therapy. #RyanPhillippe 7 of 16

Gestalt is a German word meaning whole, constellation, configuration. The pattern consists of a figure which is the focal point and a ground which is the setting. The figure/ground relationship determines what is seen and what is not seen. There are several rules crucial to expressing ourselves in everything. These rules help us in recovering our several selves. When acted upon, they enable us to find in the many our one. We tale back into awareness and assume responsibility for those aspects of ourselves that we have put into the World. We recontact that which we have cut off. We reintegrate our complexity into a complementary process. As we are our projections, so we become ourselves. #RyanPhillippe 8 of 16

We are to turn every other-referent pronoun—“it” or “you” or “he” or “she” or “they” –into the personal pronoun “I.” Instead of using the second or third person singular or plural, we are to speak in the first person singular. Instead of saying, “My stomach is upset,” say, “I am upset.” Instead of saying, “People are always hiding what they feel,” say, “I hide what I feel.” The use of the pronoun I transforms alienated experience into owned experience. Life is a journey without an end. Wherever I go, even to the ends of the Earth, I remember clearly your smile, your teaching, you voice and your spirit! #RyanPhillippe 9 of 16

Sunlight and dew endow me with new life; wisdom and knowledge shape me with a new soul. Let Spring flowers bring my heartfelt blessing to you. We are to make the past present. We are to be here-and-now rather than being there-and-then. What initially is not-here becomes here; what initially is not-now becomes now. In transforming lived existence into living experience, there is one qualification we are required to remember. The substance, the base, the foundation, that which stands under our here-and-now, always resides out in the there-and-then. Only in eternity is there no distinction, no separation, no time, and no place. Within history there is always the complementary process of here-and-now and there-and-then. I am not your best student, but you are my most respectable teacher. Today, your student wishes you an eternal youth. #RyanPhillippe 10 of 16

Your patient instructions are turned into wisdom, warm blood and regulations. I thank you for your painstaking cultivation. Within history there is always the complementary process of here-and-now and there-and-then Making the past present means that the there-and-then is available to us for support and substance in our here-and-now. Being present in the past means that there here-and-now is mobilizing meaning and power in our there-and-then. You bring me into a colorful World, a limitless World. My heart is calling you and saluting you. When we fly, embracing the sky with forceful position and ardent hands, we will embrace you. #RyanPhillippe 11 of 16

Stars will kindle your birthday candle, and flowers will be at your side. On your merry birthday night, please accept my small complimentary card. We are to shift from the passive mode of “having” experience to the active mode of “being” experience. Instead of reacting, we act. Instead of receiving, we initiate. Instead of waiting, we intend. We cease to be blank tablets upon whom the environment writes its script. We become writers with our own stories to tell. I do not know how to bless you with my expecting heart. May we meet occasionally in the voyage of life and have a warm smile at the moment you suddenly turn back your head. #RyanPhillippe 12 of 16

Short as it was, our meeting has shaped my life. Please accept my lasting yearning for you, my dear friend. We are to finish unfinished business. Much of the time we clutter our lives with debris from the past. A bit of it represents cherished experiences; most of it constitutes crippling experiences. We hang on to that which we need to let go. In the theological language this “finishing” reflects the experience of grace and forgiveness. We are to push the past into the past; we are to remember to forget; we are to be in the present as we live toward the future. We are required to return in our active imagination to the painful experiences that continue to haunt us. By living in them again we are able to let go of what is back there. We finish the situation. We are freed to be where we are in the here-and-now. #RyanPhillippe 13 of 16

We can let go of the past in order to give ourselves in the present for the sake of the future. May you in your common position make uncommon contributions until you realize your great ideal! How can the frozen World thaw overnight? How can the freshly awakened Earth turn into a World of prosperity? May you accumulate more for some creation. We begin to discover a more inclusive and more including self than we are aware of ordinarily. We become more assertive, not by “taking it out” on others, but rather by finding the courage to be as ourselves. We express more agreement, not by “giving in” to others, but rather by the courage to be part of the whole. Thus, we experience reality in our identity as human beings and express integrity in our identification with humanity as a whole. #RyanPhillippe 14 of 16

We begin to experience the possibility of being both centered as ourselves and care-ful of others. We begin to behave in ways that are expressive of who we are and adaptive to who others are. The key lies within ourselves. The World ceases to be a separate and alien reality. In the Kingdom of Heaven all is in all, all is one, and all is ours. I suggest that for the present all these problems be laid aside, and that a single path be pursued. We have found that out dream represents a wish as fulfilled. Our next purpose should be to ascertain whether this is a general characteristic of dreams, or whether it is only the accidental content of the particular dream with which we have begun our analysis; for even if we conclude that every dream has meaning and psychic value, we must nevertheless allow for the possibility that this meaning may not be the same in every dream. #RyanPhillippe 15 of 16

The first dream which we have considered was the fulfilment of a wish; another may turn out to be the realization of an apprehension; a third may have a reflection as its content; a fourth may simple reproduce a reminiscence. Are there, then, dreams other than wish-dreams; or are there none but wish-dreams? What causes the striking and unfamiliar manner in which this fulfilment is expressed? What transformation taken place? Whence comes the material that is worked on in the dream? What causes many of the peculiarities which are to be observed in our dream-thoughts; for example, how is it that they are able to contradict one another? Is the dream capable of teaching us something new concerning our internal psychic process, and can its content correct opinions which we have held during the day? #RyanPhillippe 16 of 16
