The more sophisticated they have become, the more primitive others have become; the more active they are, the more passive others are, and the real World recedes more and more. Neandertals were successful hunters, as the abundant remains of animal bones at their sites demonstrate. Interestingly, the pattern in Neandertals, especially the relatively high proportion of head and neck injuries, was most similar to that seen in contemporary rodeo performers. The similarity to the rodeo distribution suggests frequent close encounters with large ungulates (animals) unkindly disposed to the humans involved. There are a variety of hypotheses concerning the speech capacities of Neandertals, and many of these views are contradictory. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 9

Although some researchers argue that Neandertals were incapable of human speech, the prevailing consensus has been that they were capable of articulate speech, perhaps even fully competent in the rand of sounds produced by modern humans. However, even if we could conclude that Neandertals could speak, that does not necessarily mean that they have the same language capabilities of modern Homo sapiens. As a result, Neandertals used symbolic behaviors. Like, they would speak with the eyes, and use gestures, as they were not always able to vocalize their feelings and emotions. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 9

On the basis of the type of behavioral and anatomical evidence, Neandertals in recent years have increasingly been viewed as an evolutionary dead end. However, we are starting to see more of this primitive culture resurface in the 21st century. The paradox is that the more science has developed, the more good things it has given us, the more general populace has retreated to non, pre-scientific modes of explanation and guarantor notions. The dream about science has always been to replace explanations of the World that are based on individual, personal experiences or particular authorities (e.g., shamans, gossip, religious authorities) with explanations that are grounded (i.e., guaranteed) by objective, impersonal mechanisms such as logical, scientific theories. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 9

If reality does not satisfy that perceived public requirement, then unreality has been invented in order to fill it. What is so fascinating about TV news, in many cases, is that the guarantor behind its believability—its “truths” loosely defined—is that of pleasing personalities in particular and entertainment in general. Again, there is an incredible paradox inherent in TV’s guarantor notion. The more science has delivered inventions that in themselves are not only beyond the pale of more people’s comprehensions, but with such abundance and speed that they literally challenge the ability of most people to make sense of them, the more people have been forced to retreat to pre-scientific guarantors (gossip, lies, myths) to make sense of their World. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 9

The end result is that no one takes seriously any longer one of the profoundest dreams of the Enlightenment, i.e., the notion that science would liberate humans generally, so that if the masses were not fluent in the detailed understanding of science or scientific method, they would at least appreciate the necessity for governing human affairs based upon the strong guidance of science. Instead of the widespread diffusion and respect for science among the general populace, quite the reverse has occurred. What we have instead is the diffusion of social science fiction as evidence by the recent popularity of reality TV, news, tabloids, and celebrity gossip. The public’s obsession with unreality is to be found increasingly throughout all of society. TV is not alone in perpetuating it. #RyanPhillippe 5 of 9

Again, TV new is only the most explicit model for this unreality, so delicious that it is being adopted widely and improved on in ways that prove that modeling is the sincerest form of flattery. News has even taken on the form of a popular game show called Jeopardy, but it is an acquired taste. Jeopardy is very interesting, but it is a lot like history, political science, and popular culture formatted into hard news. If bright young pretty faces, and cool graphics were used, it might be more appealing to the masses. However, not all smart people are attractive and you have to be nearly a genius to patriciate. If models were fed answers, then Jeopardy would probably be more popular, but would lose credibility because it would then be fake. #RyanPhillippe 6 of 9

Lately, Matthew Ryan Phillippe has been raising a critical eyebrow or two by his decision to develop a format of online news, using a young man as an entertainment package, who many are calling the bastardized version of Ryan Phillippe. However, the bastardized version is really catching the public’s attention, Worldwide, and taking news a step further. The pair produces short articles, with beautiful photographs, and reflects on trivial and serious ideas. Its pace, feel, and look are fast as so not to bore the audience, and also keep their interest through constant stimulation, and helps make complex important issues significantly stimulating for the eyes and the brains of the viewers. #RyanPhillippe 7 of 9

This online spinoff of Ryan Phillippe is modeled along the lines of pure entertainment, but he even exalts in the fact; entertainment is thus the dominant rationale for the basic appeal of Randolph Harris. None of this should be really surprising once one understands that all human institutions and games operate by a distinct set of rules. We see him not as the real thing per se but an acted, staged version of Ryan. Is it any wonder then why young adults applying to college now send in videos of themselves to admissions committees? Presidential candidates now make videos of themselves so that if they cannot travel up and down a state, then their video versions can. #RyanPhillippe 8 of 9

And having become so used to all this it could attract a new audience and keep Ryan Phillippe as a hot topic. Have we not become so used to seeing videos of products in stores that even when the product is next to a TV itself, many of us prefer to watch TV? After all, if entertainment is now the norm throughout all our society, then acting dominates over content. Many people want to diversify their careers, you see so many actors getting into fashion, opening restaurants, so why not produce your own news, create a spinoff to represent you, and blast your images, photographs, and information around the World? It is definitely a sophisticated attempt, while others simply become more primitive. #RyanPhillippe 9 of 9
