Your Eyes Encourage My Love

How brilliant and tender is the moon on the night of every lunar fifteenth. May your life be like this fantastic night filled with happiness and ecstasy. May bright Sunshine, youthful vigor, beautiful appearance and comfortable smiles belong to you forever. These are the days when birds come back, a very few, a bird or two, to take a backward look. #RyanPhillippe 1 of 10

These are the days when skies put on the old, old sophistries of June, –a blue and gold mistake. The morns are meeker than they were, the nuts are getting brown; the berry’s cheek is plumper, the rose is out of town. The maple wears a happier scarf, the field a scarlet gown.  The sky is low, the clouds are mean, a travelling flake of snow across a barn or through a rut debates if it will go. #RyanPhillippe 2 of 10

Narrow wind complaints all day how come one treated him; nature, like us, is sometimes floating thoughts to colorful stars, which know at your beautiful dream every night. What I pleaded with you for you will never forget, and what you told me about I will keep every bit and drop forever. To us, memory will never be gone with the wind, nor will fade with every passing day. #RyanPhillippe 3 of 10

Prayer is the little implement through which men reach where presence is denied them. They fling their speech. By means of it in God’s ear; if then He hear, this sums the apparatus comprised in prayer. I know that he exists somewhere, in silence. He has hid is rare life from our gross eyes. This is an instant’s play, this is a fond ambush, just to make bliss earn one’s own surprise. #RyanPhillippe 4 of 10

However, should the play prove piercing earnest should the glee glaze in death’s stiff stare, would not the fun look too expensive? Would not the jest have crawled too far? Years had been from home, and now, before the door; I dared not open, lest a face I never saw before. Stare vacant into mine and ask my business there. My business,–just a life I left, was such still dwelling there? #RyanPhillippe 5 of 10

I fumbled at my nerve, I scanned the windows near; the silence like an ocean rolled, and broke against my ear. I laughed a wooden laugh that I could fear a door; who danger and the dead had faced, but never quaked before. I fitted to the latch my hand, with trembling care, lest back the awful door should spring, and leave me standing there. I moved my fingers off as cautiously as glass, and held my ears, and like a thief fled gasping from the house. #RyanPhillippe 6 of 10

Just lost when I was saved! Just felt the World go by! Just grit me for the onset with eternity, when breath blew back, and on the other side I heard recede the disappointed tide! Therefore, as one returned, I feel, odd secrets of the time to tell! Some sailor, skirting foreign shores, some pale reporter from the awful doors before the seal. Next time, to tarry, while the ages steal,–slow tramp the centuries and the cycles wheel. Fervent blessing burns in my heart; hopeful smile brings you my infinite love. #RyanPhillippe 7 of 10

Of all the hearts that stand create I have elected one. When sense from spirit flies away, and subterfuge is done; when that which is and that which was apart, intrinsic, stand, and this brief tragedy of flesh is shifted like a sand; when figures show their royal front and mists are carved away,–behold the atom I preferred to all the lists of clay. #RyanPhillippe 8 of 10

I have no life but this, to lead it here; nor any death, but lest dispelled from there; nor tie to Earth come, nor action new, except through this extent, the real of you. You leave with love, yearning and tears. Oh, please take care of yourself. Please believe me, time cannot take pure memory away. Your Spring wind like tender feeling will live in my heart. #RyanPhillippe 9 of 10

I have a little dream. There is only you in it. Your smile and exhortation always are in my heart. I have prayed several times the merging of miracle: Let me look at your appearance and your voice and tell my thinking after several decades. What joy is to health, what pleasure is to longevity, I wish you both every day. Your enthusiasm warm my ice-cold heart; your eyes encourage my eager love. #RyanPhilippe 10 of 10
