Much reflection is the secret of all that is excellent in oratory. One is usually more likely to get what they want through peaceful petition and supplication. For example, fans of Aaliyah want MAC, a cosmetics company that sales makeup, to create a line of makeup with Aaliyah’s name on it. Aaliyah was an avid user of MAC, and so her fans and family contacted the company, and started a social media campaign and expressed why they wanted Aaliyah to have line of makeup with MAC.

Within weeks, MAC sent a message out saying they noticed the request and keep up the enthusiasm. So fan kept being nice, peaceful, and telling MAC why they wanted to see Aaliyah’s makeup line, and two week later MAC sent a notice out, saying they hear the passion and it will not be until 2017 that they can consider creating a line of MAC makeup for Aaliyah. So as you see, through peaceful petition and supplication, I am more likely to get my wishes and desires granted and draw the proper attention to my cause.

However, self-preservation is at the bottom of long speaking. Or is it in accommodation to false opinion?  In general, it seems that many people are under demonic possession and brainwashed.  There has been so much unrest in many aspects of American life, but especially in politics. People are so upset about police violence against black men, but they are not looking at the panoramic view of the issue. So far in 2015, 616 people have been shot in killed by police, for various reasons, and only 24 of them were black. Therefore, many people are calling upon their hostility and projecting it unnecessarily.

Also, in more developing news, the City of Sacramento residents are outraged by city leaders and their sex problem. Some are even saying that Sacramento City leaders have a, “I cannot be touched” attitude when it comes to the privileges they extend to themselves. Mayor Kevin Johnson has been accused of sexual harassment several times. He has been accused of assaulting minors, and most recently a female staff member; many of the cases have been settled with no criminal charges filed.

Most recently, a few weeks after Kevin Johnson was accused of sexual harassment, one of the other city council members, Allen Warren, was also accused of sexual harassment. The residents of the city of Sacramento are very unhappy because they feel like the city leaders are out of control, have a blood lust for power and money, and could care less about the citizens they represent.  That is very cunning of these leaders to be so arrogant that they would turn their positions of power against us, and abuse the public. After a passion is excited, there is a danger of tearing it to rags.

Besides the sexual harassment scandal, May Kevin Johnson is suing the Sacramento News and Review because they discovered that Kevin Johnson was using city email accounts for public and private business and that he was also using private email accounts to conduct city business and they wanted these messages released to the public. So Mayor Kevin Johnson used the Sacramento News and Review, after using $700,000.00 of taxpayer money to increase his staff. So, Gawker Media is stepping in to help Sacramento News and Review because the Mayor is acting unethical.

Keep in mind while all of these sexual harassment claims and lawsuits are going on and staff increases are going on, the city of Sacramento’s unfunded liabilities grew by another $102 million in the past year, and now stand nearly at $2.3 billion. And taxpayers are going to have to pay for these expenses by higher taxes and fees, and reduced services. Leaders should remember, Kings are accountable for injustice permitted as well as done. We know what to pray for when we pray, that God’s will may be done, and that we may be resigned to it.

A circle of love is drawn around the city of Sacramento, and all. No harm can enter that Sacred Circle, for it is the Love of God. It is a complete protection from all evil. I will fear no evil, for God is with me. There is no evil and no harm. I am free from all sense of fear. Love surrounds and protects me. I draw around me a circle of love and protection. This represents God’s Loving Care and Eternal Watchfulness. Out of the darkness of the long night the Dawn has come. I rise to meet the new day, filled with confidence and strength.
