Today, I am lucky enough to exchange ideas with your and enjoy infinite happiness. Our friendship is like glittering and translucent gemstones. We wash it with painstaking effort, crave life with honesties and ornament it with wisdom. Look! It is exquisitely carved, jewelry, and priceless. May we cherish life much more. To know your own happiness, and that it is now, nor to leave it to after reflection to look back upon the preferable past with a heavy and self-accusing heart, that you did not choose it when you might have chosen it, is all that is necessary to complete your felicity. Happy is the man who knows his follies in his youth. Every generation has improvements. I have dreams of the future better than the history of the past. Methods of inner imagery are of the utmost value. These methods help release creativity. The inability to allow oneself to relax sufficiently to let fantasy material into awareness seriously restricts the creative imagination. We are always trying to understand or make sense out of our own and others’ actions. It has been said that man has a will to meaning. He strives to find meaning everywhere, and usually succeeds. I am lying in bed, and whatever I need is brought to me although there are no people around. I enjoy the rest, and at the same time know when I have this fantasy, that rest is what I need. I get the message and act on it. I drop some of the things I have been doing and this fantasy disappears.
