Many of our ideas about the World come from personal observation. We check these conclusions out with other people, and if most people agree with us, we assume our ideas are true.
However, that many not be reality, but these agreements become our commonsense facts. Common sense can be a good source of information for making daily decisions.
However, sometime it is based upon little evidence, limited information, and personal bias.
When this happens, it can hinder our perception of reality because you may eliminate facts, based on insufficient evidence or personal bias.
