Fall of Man: The Devil is a Lie!

To die is the great debt and tribute due unto nature. When we are, death is not; and when death is, we are not. God said, let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the Earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground. This sentence right there tells you that God was not alone, he was communicating with other entities about the creation of man.  The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. And the Lord God commanded the man, to be free and eat from any tree in the garden, but do not eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat it you will surely die. God warned Adam and eve not to touch the tree that is in the middle of the garden, as it is more seductive than anything you know, and it will open your eyes and cause death.  All the sentiments of Worldly grandeur vanish at that unavoidable moment which decides the destiny of man. May I never survive one moment that fatal one in which I shall forfeit my innocence! Arm yourself, my dear child, for the worst; and resolve to lose your life sooner than your virtue.

Therefore, it seems that the Devil does not exist, the Devil is a lie. The serpent was a kind of threshold symbol, and, indeed, he often appears as guardian of the threshold between the World of life and consciousness and the realm of death and the unconscious. The serpent and the tree of life also appears as the link between these Worlds, and are one and the same. The serpent and the tree of life symbolizes the sexual organs of man. Eating from the tree of life is the bond between male and female, or the process of childbirth and death, so one also finds the consummation of their bond made the pathway to the supernatural. The serpent is assigned to tombs in part because he is oracular, he opened the eyes of Adam and Eve, when they bonded, and they became ashamed of their actions and for disobeying God, they lost their innocence.

The serpent or male sex organ penetrating the female was the entrance to the underworld, and association with mysteries of all kinds. The man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God, among the trees of the garden, and they hide from God. Adam then explains to God that Eve gave him from fruit. Eve replied that she was lust full and was seduced by Adam’s manhood. So then God cursed Adam and Eve, and made her childbearing painful and allowed her husband to be dominating. Eve’s offspring were cursed and she is considered the mother of all living things.

Then God said that man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to live forever because he disobeyed. Adam and Eve were banished from the Garden of Eden to work for a living, he placed them on the east side of the Garden of Eden and cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life. Therefore, anyone else who ate from the tree would be cursed with painful child bearing, the cherubim represent the unborn children that fertilize the egg within the female body. This union, as state previously, symbolizes the bridge between life and death, or the World of reality and the womb.

The ancient title of the dragon, derived from the root meaning of womb represents another symbol. An enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns represents the woman does in fact give birth to the Devil and her ends up ruling over Earth as a consequence of man bridging the Worlds through the acquisition of knowledge in phallic terms. Adam and Eve and many others achieved special gifts through encounters with serpents, learning the language of animals, sexual knowledge, and power over death, ability to see the future, and more. In the Garden of Eden, the serpent is the source of all knowledge for Adman and Eve, and even exposes the crude mendacity of the Creator.

Since the Eden myth, like that of Apollo and Python, celebrates the emergence and dominance of a repressive male-oriented religion, the originally benign and helpful snake is put in somewhat bad light, but his primeval role as enlightener still shines through. The serpent is wise and subtle because he has penetrated the secrets of women, these senses of hiddenness and mystery which adheres, in the male mind, to the female reproductive organs. The womb, like a tomb, is a dark and secret place, associated with the unknown and miraculous process. The snake in myth is a bridge to this beyond. Abraham calls attention to the familiar oddity of the Hebrew language in which the word know is applied to the sexual act. The power of the father is established through sexual knowledge, achieved by means of a phallic bridge to the uterus cavity. The mystery of the female is viewed as having been mastered by the father through sexual intercourse. This is reflected, as Abraham notes, in the idea of the all-seeing Sun-god. We still use somewhat phallic terminology to describe the acquisition of knowledge: we speak of probing, penetrating, investigating, prying, poking into, digging, delving, and you see the sexual nature of language. Many people rush to become adults so they can master being separate from God and understand genital sexuality.

If the serpent represents boundary ambiguity, and is seen as a link between bound Worlds, then we may also expect him to appear in the context of boundary-violation. It is in part because of concerns about the violation or permeability of psychological boundaries that the serpent plays so important a role in sexual fantasies. For individuals in whom narcissistic anxieties are severe, the sexual act shatters the body image of both male and female. The boundary between Me and Not-Me crumbles, since the female is penetrated and part of the male disappears inside of another. In addition, psychological boundaries are obliterated through orgasm. The ego dissolves, inundated with impulse, and this may be experienced as a kind of death—as complete submersion in unconsciousness. At the oral level, ecstasy is feared as a bursting or disintegrating of the boundaries of the self. Finally, physiological changes do occur, particularly in the case of impregnation, and in the oral fantasy these assume grotesque proportions. At this level all orifices are mouths, all sexual contact impregnating and boundary shattering. I have no terror of death. It is the coming of death that terrifies me. One can survive everything nowadays, maybe even death.
