| Incident Description | This lady, called Betty, who lives at 1820 Captiol Ave, Apt.604, Sacramento, California asked for a ride to the store, when she got in my car she asked me to take her somewhere else, and I told her that I could not. She got upset and called me names and would not shut up, and after a while, I called her a bitch and told her to get out of my car, and then Betty put both of her hands around my neck, while I was driving south down 19th street and choked me. I was able to pull over and get her out of my car. I am willing to prosecute. |
