No one was born into this World without a real mind. My empire is of the imagination. A Bank Director, reputed to be able to buy up anything–human nature generally, if he should take it in his head to influence the money market in that direction. When in comes to architecture, there is a rendering farm–a bank of computers that transform the raw data pixel by pixel into a finished product, which is hyper realistic, and speaks to the projects goals and the audience. The relatively slight attention given to human nature appears so richly endowed with colors, and textures, and shapes, and is so splendidly organized that it is equipped for joy.

Story-telling techniques are an important part of photojournalism, the images and words draws the audience deeper into the sales pitch. Photographers and architects have it within their power to reflect, to weigh, and to appreciate before one acts. The project manager wants to see happy families shopping at farmers markets, in Autumn, and the museums, in the Winter.

Most, if not all human character, frequently can  be traced back to impression made at so early a period, that none but discerning eyes would ever suspect their existence. The vantage point, the color palette, the time of day, even the ages of the people, are all chosen to make the building more appealing to the masses.

However, when architects want to attract-high brow clients, they pull out the special operations team. Instead of using natural families, they create families that are picture perfect and the architects occasionally revises their plans, after the rendering shows how the building looks, from various perspectives.

One kind of steel or glass may look different in the dim light, than it does in the Summer Sun–mind and matter glide swift into the vortex of immensity. Once a rendering is made publically, developers had better stick to it.

Sometimes renderings use richer colors, wealthier, ornate details, more depth in the façade, and higher quality materials. Imagination is a licensed trespasser: it has no fear of sharks, but may climb over walls and peep in at windows with impunity.

The Sacramento Housing Redevelopment Authority was granted $5,000,000.00 to give a particular building a facelift, and Mayor Kevin wanted realistic expectations, which would create a very romantic and historical cinematic dream of what it is like to be here, in Sacramento, California, USA, but did not want to go too far from reality. It is too often assumed that a person’s fancy is a person’s real mind. Let us not imagine evils which we do not feel, nor injure life by misrepresentations.

This building is not only supposed to represent the city, and state, but also the entire country, and they want it to be the jewel of the block. A pricey penthouse condo, atop the tree tops of the building, should emphasize its sweeping views, of the city below. Unlike a common housing development, which is bright and packed with people, we wanted to give this building a high-end professional setting.

. The images are devoid of people because the artist and architects and neighbors and business owners want wealthy condo shoppers to imagine themselves living in the penthouse, and having a people in the images might be a distraction.

Architects make a very structural photograph, so they select models to be the stars of the photos, highlighting the objects, and offering you, the audience a moment at which the heart occupies the mind, and introspection and persuasion strides over mountains like a fairy tale to distract you from the harsh reality of others.
