Are Your Employees Really Working or Blogging?

The agitation of the mind baffles all the power of medicine, and till the mind is relieved, the body can never be restored. It is impossible to study the human frame without a little studying the human mind. You hear some employees complaining that their computers are slowing them down, or not moving fast enough, and they are upset about how much of their time the computer waste because their are other projects an employee can be working on. However, there is another side to this story. While some are hard at work, and trying to make their computers run faster, others are doing something else–stealing company time. I supposed there are somethings you just do not need to know, I suppose. I am just spying on them to see how they waste their time daily. Employers complain that $3 Billion a year is being wasted because employees are not using their time wisely. I would recommend that managers and CEOs monitor internet usage of their corporations…Many of your employees are only pretending to be hard at work, at the computer, several of them are working hard on personal blogs and basically stealing from your company. Basically, a lot of employees are using blogging to hide the fact they are on social media chit chatting, during work hours. These employees are smart enough to not use their own names when they create the blog, or their pictures so they do not get caught. You think your employee is typing a document in work, but they are working on a blog and it is sometimes hard to tell. You managers and CEOs already know what facebook and twitter looks like, so employees have friends on blogging sites and they chat all day long, and when you come by, it looks as if they are really typing a document in word, when they are horsing around on company time. The imprudence of our thoughts recoils upon our heads.
